I can push the button and help will be there in minutes. I like that I can wear the device in the shower and I can be 300 ft away from the station and it will still work.

I have both devices and I accidentally shut it off and the book said that if I push the button and hold it for five seconds I could reset it and it doesn't seem to work.

When my mother fell, it triggered an alarm and then when she first got it, just bending over it triggered the alarm, so I'm not quite sure this unit is really working as we want it to work. The salesman was really good but when I called the technical service, that wasn't so good. I'm not so sure it's the right product for us because it didn't work when we wanted it to work.

I can take the watch with me all the time. I pressed the watch and they immediately called the fire department when I fell. It is good if you can afford it.

There have been false alarms and they don't seem interested in helping prevent them from happening. When the false alarms happen, it says to press the button to cancel the emergency which doesn't work. You can't cancel it and you have to speak to somebody.

my wife has not had to use the device but i think it is very over priced for what it is. the frist time i talked to someone about this product they gave me a much lower price because we have purchased one for my wife's mother but when i called back to buy this one they would not give me the discount, this is why i gave the low rating

Can't use the fall pendant because it is too sensitive and goes off with every move. The GPS should be incorporated into the regular neck pendant instead of being a separate devise. It is hard to remember the devise when going outside.
