The only thing I don't like is that the fall detection didn't detect the fall and my husband did fall. One time when we first got it we left the pendant in the living room and it went off in the night and somebody was talking in a loud voice saying "you have ten seconds to answer" or something like that and it kind of scared us.

It's too sensitive. I can't even really wear it. It's difficult to pin the help button to the wall, it doesn't have the right adhesive to the back. The button also needs to be attached to a string or something, it's not secure enough.
