It's a lot of money and I am not crazy with how the system works. I don’t like that I have to take it with me everywhere I go. I don’t understand the different colors that show if it is connected in my house. It may be good, I just don’t know enough. It worked when I tested it but it goes off in the middle of the night to tell me the battery is low and that wakes me, which I don’t like.

I am not happy with the bump feature. I thought I had it figured out and I bump the damn thing and it goes off and I tell them I am okay but they still call the emergency people. I have to much chest so the necklace does not fit correctly.

Wish they would implement new technology, where it works off a satellite or phone towers so you can wear it anywhere. The button is kind of hard to push but I like everything else. It works fine.
