If the subscriber pushes the help button on the wrist button or the neck pendant, the monitoring center will first come over the base station, no response, they will call the subscriber, still no contact, help will be sent. It is not necessary to have a conversation with the monitoring center to get help. Typically if the subscriber cannot get to the base station or the phone after they have pressed the button, they probably need help. I haven't set it up yet so I can't speak to how it works. The blinking light on the bed side table unit is annoying. I'm sure the unit will perform as advertised but since I haven't used it yet, how can I accurately give feedback?

I haven't used it yet. I had to adjust to the flashing light in the bedroom and the bracelet i wear on my arm has come unbuckled three times.

Hi Shirley, Please contact Technical Support at 877-827-6207, Option 1 for assistance with your system. They can send out a new wrist button if needed. You can also put any standard watch band on your wrist button, if that works better for you.

The battery has a short life. 24 hours. If you don't plug it up every day it will go out.

Hi Jackie, The mobile device has a battery life of 24+ hours. Most customer leave it on the cradle charger until they leave the house, this way it is always charged.
