It has a lot of good benefits in all different areas. Whether for, medical, fire, burglary, or anything, it goes a long way, and I'm proud to be a customer of Mobile Help. They give you good, adequate information, enough to go on; you feel safe and secure. Any question I ask, they come along with it, they don't hesitate. So when I ask any question on a particular item they successfully answer it. The device itself works and when I carry it outside, it works wonderfully. For me it's good that when you live by yourself, independently, you feel secure. You can do almost anything when you have Mobile Help, when you need the help.

Visiting Angels suggested it to me. MobileHelp is very simple to install and set up. I didn't have a chance to test the device, but they called and walked me through the testing of my device to make sure it worked. I like the simplicity of the device, but I would suggest changing the wristband for the wrist itself, because it produces a rash. I also have a concern about the necklace. It's extra sensitive. I don't know if it's a good thing or bad, but I had to take it off recently and I dropped it, and it called in an emergency. I've also gotten on my bed and the same thing happened, so I'm concerned that I might over use the help and I don't want to do that so much like I'm crying wolf. They call if I need them within a matter of minutes, though; it's no more than 5 minutes.

I've fallen a couple of times in the past and my kids wanted me to have something for when that happened. Since I kept seeing their ads on TV, I decided to go ahead and get it. So far I haven't had to use it yet, I haven't had it for very long, but I've tested it. After setting it all up I pushed the button to make sure it worked. The alarm went off and it caught me by surprise, but everything seemed to work ok. That was the only time I dealt with customer service and they were very nice. My only two problems with it is that I don't like the necklace at all and that the service is a little bit expensive.

I ride motorcycle with my daughter and about a year and a half ago we had an accident. I couldn't get up to my phone, so I was stuck until someone else called 911. After that my daughter thought it best to have something that I could use if that happened again. Since MobileHelp wasn't home-based like all the other services we saw, we went with it. The service is convenient. Their customer service is very helpful and polite. Even when we realized that they had all my information wrong, they were very nice about it. They're sending me out new papers now. You can always get someone that's right here instead of someone out in India.

They were recommended by a friend. When I first called I got a great response and they answered every question that I had. I felt very comfortable with them so I just went ahead and ordered it. I have not had to use it since I got it but I was impressed with the prompt attention they gave me when I needed help. I was having a problem with the device, it was not charging well, so I gave them a call. The technician was very thorough and kind in explaining everything to me. It turned out that I had not connected the charger correctly and needed to change that. He talked me through how to fix it in a matter of minutes and things worked well after that. The 3 pieces of equipment that they give you are very easy to use. I have the hand held device, the watch, and a pendant that I can use in the shower. I just very comfortable with them.

I had seen them on television. We've had to use it a couple of times already and every time they do what they should do. They call us and come out to get my husband if he needs them. I do have some feedback about the button. They should change the wristband and make it a little bit bigger. I don't like wearing the necklace type thing. I'm also worried about the speaker thing that you have to use to talk with them because we have to speak very loudly into it. Since every time we've needed them we've been at home, that hasn't been a problem at all, but we don't know how things will work out when we're out.

It was just so much! It had better coverage, it had better equipment, and the service has been great. I was provided with so much information, and every time I do my tests on the equipment every month, there is always someone right there at the snap of a finger to help me. There is just wonderful, wonderful service, and I'm totally enjoying having it in my home. They give you the right equipment. There's a medallion that will notify them if you should have a fall and call. If you wish to wear a watch, they also provide that. It's just wonderful, and the monitoring equipment is just great. I haven't had to use it yet but I just get up in the morning and put it on and I just wear it all day long and it just really makes you feel secure and you know it that if something does happen that day, someone's there to help you. Its an all-around great company, and I am fully satisfied with the equipment, the customer service, and the safety level that it gives me. I've already recommended them to a couple of friends.

I was with another company that didn't cover my actions while I was out and about. It only covered when I was at home. That's why I changed to Mobile Help. Compared with the other companies that I've checked into, they're very reasonably priced. I'm handicapped from back surgery, neuropathy, and vertigo, and I was falling quite a bit. I haven't had to use mobile help since I had it, but it gives me security in case something did happen. I'm also a care giver for our fifty eight year old mentally challenged son, so I have a lot of responsibility. Mobile Help helps me feel secure, both in my home and out and about. I am very happy with it.

From what I've read and from what other folks said about it, I thought it would be a good idea to sign up. I haven't had any problems at all. I like that I can wear the bracelet instead of the necklace, that's just easier for me. They do everything they're supposed to do and they're pretty consistent about their service. When something comes up they get a hold of me. They were also very patient with me after I lost my husband last October. My son in law had to come over and help me because there were just times when I couldn't answer when they came on. He helped me get everything resolved together and things worked alright.

A few years ago I was still working a lot, now I live in Florence, Oregon, which is a retirement city. Because of that I thought it would be good to have one of these just for security. I usually go out and play bingo a couple days a week, so I liked that it can still monitor me while I'm away from home. I can get a hold of medical services in case I fall. The buttons are very sensitive. I wear the one that goes around my neck and the alarm has gone off a lot whenever I turn around in bed at night or if I accidentally bump it. Other than that though, it's fine. I've been with them for 5 or 6 years and I haven't had any other problem with it. It's a little high on the price side of things, especially since I'm a senior citizen and I live on a limited income. Still, it's well worth the price that I pay for it.

I had used it before until I switched to a different company when I left the state. They were not as good, so when I moved back to Florida MobileHelp was the first company that I called. I was just very happy with them and how they had treated me in the past, they had done a good job. Recently I fell and damaged my leg pretty badly. I was bleeding profusely and couldn't get to the phone but thank god I had the device around my neck. I called them and the paramedics got here within minutes. They saved me quite a lot of grief. Their equipment works well, it holds up and everything. I feel very safe with them because no matter where I go it's there. I can take a train, travel on plane, or just go shopping and they'll know where I am. Though the device that you wear on your wrist or on your neck is not as attractive as I think it should be. I'd love it if it costed less money too, but it's a necessity in my life. The price is fair and pretty competitive compared to other companies. Still, I'm satisfied with it. I would not live without it.

We had another service for my dad before but since MobileHelp had the feature of letting my dad leave the house if he needed to so we decided to give it a try. It's a really quick and convenient service. We've used it twice, but both times have been by accident. The first time happened when we just got it. The button got pushed somehow and all of a sudden we heard somebody talking to us from the living room. We were trying to figure out just what it was until we realized it was the mobile unit. We canceled the ambulance and everything, but we realized then that it all worked great and that they responded quickly. The second time happened a couple of weeks ago. My dad was going out in the car so they put on the necklace and had the monitor with them. When he put on his seat belt, the buttons got pressed and continued to be pressed. MobileHelp was trying to contact him but couldn't because of that. They sent out the emergency team and got a hold of me. I was able to find them and got everything straightened out. They worked really fast for us. If it had been a real emergency things would've been alright. I was very happy about that.

I liked it since it had the fall feature and they were the kind of company that is easy to work with. I haven't had to use it, thank goodness, but it has been reassuring for my mother to have it in case she falls. The button is very sensitive so it has been going off a lot. She has to be very careful when she takes it off or sets it down since it could go off just with that. Still, when that happens they call us right away and ask us if everyone in the home is ok. If we don't hear the alarm go off, we always get a phone call. The people are always very professional. We can leave our home knowing that my mother will be alright. It's a good program.

I didn't do a thorough check on what other companies offered and their prices so I just ended up going with Mobile Help. They just seemed to offer everything I needed and since I've fallen 6 times in the last year and ended up with two black eyes because of that, I felt like needed it. Sometimes they will call me and tell me that they received an alert even though nothing happened. I really appreciate that. I know that they are paying attention and attending to any emergency that might come up. Anytime I've had a question and call them they all seem to be very knowledgeable about the system. They give me the answers that I need without hesitation. On an occasion I fell down the three steps of my front porch and the thing didn't really catch on to the signal. They didn't call me or anything and I'd like the thing to pick up 100% of the falls, so I'll have to check with them. The device itself is a little too big. With the way technology is now I think they should be able to make it much smaller. Besides that, I'd like the monthly charge to be cheaper, theirs is one of the highest prices out there. I'm 84 years old, so every dollar counts.

The main thing was that it was affordable. There were other services that were $100 some dollars for the first payment and after that every monthly payment was a lot too. With MobileHelp you had different options for payment plans and they were pretty affordable. I haven't really needed to use it, but I know I have it if I do. I test it every month to make sure that it's working alright. It's a really handy thing to have with me when I'm away from my apartment. Customer support is very nice, supportive, and compassionate. They're really understanding too, that's why I like them. It makes me feel great to have the protection that I need and I know I'll be safe if I ever do need it.

I started having bizarre allergies where my tongue would just swell up and sometimes even my throat. When that happened, I needed to be taken to the ER. Since I live alone, my children wanted me to have something in case that kept happening so I could be protected. I have the wrist watch and the neck pendant and I think they're both good. I also have the bigger unit that I take with me when I have to go out. I usually wear the necklace when I'm in my house. I haven't used the device yet, but I feel comfortable having it around. Whenever I do my test, they are quick to pick up. It's reassuring to know that they help is there.

Several of my friends have it and since it seemed like it served their needs rather well I thought it'd be good for me too. I think I've only called them once for an armband that I wanted and I haven't received it as of yet. I'm still pleased with them though. The button has gone off by accident several times. On one occasion I was over at a friend's place and we were playing cards. She leaned against the table and that set off my system. The ambulance went to her house and everything. She set it off once again but we were able to abort the alarm the second time so things went well. The system worked as it needed to.

I looked at the advertisements of several services and they gave me just what I wanted. At the time I just didn't have anyone else around to help me and, on two occasions, I actually fell and had to wait a long time before somebody actually came along to help me out. With MobileHelp, they would know if I fell and would make sure that I was ok if anything happened. It also had the best price around. Their people have been very helpful and nice. I haven't used it yet, thank goodness, but I wear it all the time, including when I walk out to my yard or when I'm out and about. I also have the one that goes right around my neck, I like having them both. I never go out without it and keep it right next to me when I sleep. There's also another piece that I keep in my living room. It gives me a sense of safety that I just didn't have before. It's there if need it and I feel more at ease than before.

I got it for my wife and I because I liked a lot of the features and things that they included. They have a lock box so that emergency people can get in without breaking down my door. I also liked the speaker system since we can have one of the units in the bedroom and another one in the main living room area. Along with that they also gave me the fall detection button, a regular pendant, and the watch. Both my my wife and I use it. She is disabled and has fallen a couple of times so I was afraid that if I wasn't home she would be in danger. I usually use one when I'm working out in the shop since I work with a lot of power tools. The devices are easy to use. The fall pendant has a magnetic latch so it can't strangle you or hurt you. It's very easy to pull it off your neck without hurting yourself. I check it once a month as it was recommended and I've set it off accidentally too. They always respond within 20 or 30 seconds of pressing the button. It's an easy system to deal with. There's almost no maintenance needed for the speaker and I really appreciate that. The documentation that they include is great too, it made the setup very easy. Customer support has been very helpful whenever we've needed them, but we really haven't had many reasons to call them. Having it makes me feel safer. It gives me peace of mind.

My husband is on the early stages of Alzheimer's so I wanted to get something he could use to call for help if something happened. He doesn't know how to dial 911 anymore, so we needed something that was simple for him to use when I'm not around. That was the driving force behind us getting it. He has the little necklace and the button that he carries in his pocket. All he has to do is push the button and someone is going to be able to talk to him immediately and help him if something happens. I wear it too. Since it has GPS I have it with me all the time when I'm away from home, even if my husband is with me. If I need help for myself or for him I can just push the button and they will be able to find me and talk with me if something is wrong. Thank goodness I haven't had to use it, though there have been times when I've set it off accidentally when I'm working in our yard. It's just amazing how quickly they pick up the phone or call me back to see if we're ok. Somebody will always come and give us assistance. I think it's a very good service, especially for women who are the primary care takers for their husbands. I believe we don't really think about our own safety until something happens and then it's too late. With this it is really simple to get help. The booklets that they send you are very easy to understand, even for someone like me who is no good with computers. Even setting it up and testing it is just very easy. I'm quite happy with that. Everything they told me when I first called them to ask about the service has been very accurate. I thought it was going to be more expensive than what it has been for the kind of protection that it provides us. I'm pleased with the price and the fact that I can pay for three months at a time. It gives me some comfort to know that they'll be there to talk to me pretty quickly. I have all the confidence in the world that it will work.

They offered the features that my dad needed. When we called the customer service representative was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge. They were very kind and patient when answering our questions. My dad has used it once, though it wasn't necessarily for a medical emergency. He was out driving and the bridge that he usually crosses over was closed that time. Since he has no cellphone and he couldn't find his way, he used his device. The representative actually guided him to where he needed to go and he arrived to his destination. They are just excellent! Everyone there is just very helpful and patient. I'm very happy that my dad agreed to get this device and I'm really glad that his experiences with them have been positive. It's well worth the money and we're all very pleased with it. Overall it's a very effective service.

I just went and read reviews online. To be honest I didn't research much, but I picked them from the top reviewed services and I'm really glad I did. I'm very pleased with them. I usually put the sign they gave me on my door. That way when I leave I don't forget to take the base thing with me. The equipment itself is very light, which is very important since I wear it around my neck. It's so light that I don't even notice that it's there. There was a time I had to use it when I fell in my apartment. I was on the floor and couldn't get up so I called them. Even though I was pretty far away from the little machine the lady that came on was able to hear me and I could hear her. In 5 minutes they were in my apartment to help me. They were very nice and everything just happened very quickly and efficiently. That quickness is very important, especially if you have a heart attack or something like that. It works really great.

I read a magazine ad where it just sounded like a good service. I talked to them and it seemed like they had the best price for what you got out of it, so I decided to go ahead and switch. I haven't had it for very long so I haven't used it, but I always wear the button around my neck. It's very lightweight and easy to carry it around. If I go out then I take the handheld one with me. I always have to remember to take that one out with me and put it in my purse, but if I have it I'm covered when I'm out. Actually, they gave me a little reminder that I put on my doorknob, so I see it when I'm going out and I always remember to take it. I had problems with my previous service since the alarm would go off on its own, but I haven't run into that with this one. Customer support also helped me work out the best payment plan for me. I pay for 6 months in advance and I get a better price with different options. I'm very happy about that.

The way they advertised it informed my choice. I tend to travel, and I wanted something that would help me not feel isolated. I wondered if it would definitely work, because I depend on it. It happened that I had the device in my purse. Something put pressure on the button, and they called me, so that convinced me: oh yes, this works. They are quick to respond and I appreciate that. The system works for me and what I need it for. I don't have to be at home. I do a lot of gardening in my back yard, and I worried about how far I should be from the device while it was inside at home. If I walk my granddaughter to school, I put the portable device in my pocket, or it could attach on my belt loop. I have the other devices with a bracelet or around my neck, so we walk to school and I'm not concerned. This is such a pressure reliever. I can walk to school and come back, and all along it's like somebody else is walking along with me. Somebody has my back in case something happens. I've already recommended it to friends.

I didn't really do a lot of shopping around. I just saw their add in the AARP magazine and decided to get it. So far I haven't had any problems, but I haven't had to use it. I've accidentally dropped the device and I've gotten a quick response from them. It is a really touchy instrument you know. I've gone to put it on my night stand and set off the alarm that way. I've got to be really careful with it. I don't feel like I'm getting my money's worth since I can't wear it at night for fear of setting it off when I roll over. When that happens they call me and I'm really glad they do that instead of calling 911 right away. I don't want to alert the fire department or the police department if there's no emergency.

A friend of mine had it. I liked the wristwatch and I just thought it was a terrific idea to get it. I'm on oxygen 24/7 and I've lost a lot of weight, I mean, I was 220 and right now I'm 140. Because of that I don't really go out much. I just go to the doctor to get my blood checked once in a while and sometimes I do some shopping. Since my friend got a $25 bonus for referring someone, we just went with that. We just called the man and got it. I've never used it but I'm very happy with it and I have no problems. I use the watch type thing since I'm in the house most of the time. The other company I was with would take a long time to respond. I could be dead by the time I got on the phone with them, so I'm happy I switched to MobileHelp. I'm very pleased with it, it's just perfect.

I looked things up on the internet before getting anything. The main thing that I wanted was something that I could use to get access to help even if I was out of my house. Another thing was the accessibility of the service and the fact that they would take you to a specific hospital if you requested that from them. If you call the police to help you in Philadelphia they'll just take you to any hospital they feel like, so having the option to choose was important too. Because of that, I decided to get Mobile Help. I keep the little gadget charged and when I go out I put it in its special case. I don't leave without it. I have that cardboard card on my door know that reminds me to bring it with me which is very helpful too since I've almost forgotten a couple of times. I've accepted that the button is kind of temperamental. It has gone off without me even noticing. It happened once while I was in the shower and they came in to my apartment looking for me. I was astounded by how fast they came out to help me. I think that what happened was that the button on the wristband got pressed when I took it off. I think that a lot of people in the condominium where I live could benefit from using these devices. They should go to major cities condos and give demonstrations to the elderly people that live there so they know about it. A lot of the people that live out here don't know about these devices and are intimidated about using them. They should come out here and show them just how easy it is to use. It's not that expensive either and it gives me more security.

I used to deal with another company before switching to MobileHelp. I had a lot of problems getting through to them. I tried using the base and eventually they also tried giving me a GPS thing to see if that would fix it, but the problem was still there. Their price was a little higher too, so I just wanted to switch. I had to stick with them until the contract that I had ran out, but after that I went with MobileHelp. I had actually seen them on TV before. At the time I was just having a lot of trouble with my acid re flux and I would end up in the emergency room fairly ofoten. I haven't really used MobileHelp's equipment, but I've tested it a couple of times. Last time I did that there was some kind of problem with it. After I called, it seems like the thing went off 3 different times and contacted emergency services. They ended up calling me to see if I had an emergency or something and had to tell them 3 times that it was just a test. Still, I think it's very good.

We live in Illinois, and bought this protection for Edith, in Washington, DC. Unfortunately, Edith decided she did not need this function yet. We returned the equipment within 30 days for a full refund. The initial representative, Marina, was very friendly and helpful in working out what was needed for this particular situation. Later, Customer Service ws also helpful. It was a bit difficult getting the equipment returned within 30 days. You could be more helpful in arranging pick-up for return (since we don't live in Washington, DC) I feel that the capability, process, and equipment are very good from my experience. Perhaps we can try again in a few years. Thanks. Bob Vanderburg for Edith Baudon

I haven't had to use it, but I've accidentally set it off when I plop the thing in my purse or drop it on a surface. I was unhappy with the company I had before, so I decided to switch. There has not been a time when I needed to use it. I wear the neck piece everyday and I have the alarm system in my bedroom. I also have it all set up in my bathroom, so I'm protected pretty well all the time. The button is very convenient too since I can take it anywhere I could possibly need it. The company itself is outstanding. They're far superior than the one I used to have before, especially in terms of customer support's courtesy. At one point we had some difficulty when trying to figure out things through email. They were trying to send me all the information that I needed but for some reason it wasn't coming through. In the end they managed to get everything to me and things went perfectly. They've helped me every time I need them and they've straightened out any problem that comes up. They are always very courteous, considerate, and patient. They have been endlessly patient when trying to help me understand just exactly what I'm doing with the device. I really appreciate that. It has been a very pleasant experience to work with them. I sincerely appreciate them. They're marvelous.

I used to have a different one a long time ago but I couldn't take it with me wherever I went. In the end I made the decision to switch to MobileHelp. About two weeks ago I was out doing something and I hit the button without knowing. I had the little unit in my walker and all of a sudden I heard it go off. I had to try and step out to a quieter place to speak with them but apparently they couldn't hear me. They said they would send someone to my house but since I was out I was worried they would break my door down. I tried to call them back to tell them not to do that but nobody answered. In the end, they actually tracked me to the GPS thing and it was all ok.

I have to balance both of my hips since I had had replacement surgeries. I used to be with a different medical alert company that just wouldn't work outside of my home. It just so happened that the two times that I fell happened when I was out, so after that I decided to switch to MobileHelp. I like that I can take it out with me if I have to go to town or when I go to see my doctor. It works both at home and away from it. I wear the necklace everyday and keep it on my night stand at night. It has gone off a couple of times when I wasn't even wearing them, sometimes at night. I haven't figured out why, but when that happened I just answered the phone and explained that everything was ok. Customer support has answered all my questions. Anytime I run into any issue I can just call them and ask them about it. It's also very affordable for me.

I got it since I live by myself at the end of the road. My daughter lives in town, but I usually see her once a week, so if anything happened it would take them that long to find me. Usually I get up in the morning and put the necklace on. I take the speaker part with me when I go around the house. I feel a lot better having that on me. So far I've only done tests on it, but I'm assuming that everything will be fine if I need it. I did see other services that were cheaper and I would like this one a lot better if I could have it for $5 a month, but that's not going to happen. Still, I'm happy with what I've got.

I'm still an active person, I go to the store and I'm out of the house fairly often. Because of that, I wanted a device that I could take with me to get help if I needed it. Everything is comfortable to wear and use. The one that I carry with me has a built in clip, so it's easy to just put it on my coat's pocket and take it with me. I've got it on me all the time and it's just really convenient. So far I've never had to actually use it. I accidentally pressed the button once though and I got an immediate response. All I had to do was tell them that it had been a mistake and that was that. Still, they called right away to see if anyone needed help, that was excellent. It makes me feel more secure.

When I checked they had the highest ratings out there, so I got it. I've never actually used it, I haven't had the need for that, but I put the pin on first thing in the morning. I have it on me all day in case I fall or get hurt and take it off when I go to bed. One time the button came loose from the cord and got lost somewhere outside. I called them and told them about it and they sent me a new one immediately after that. The only thing I don't like is that there's no specific button to test the device. I have to do that once a month or so and I have to use up the main button and dial in as if it was an emergency when I'm just testing it.

My wife has Alzheimer's, so she wears it and always has it close in case she needs it. They were very informative when I had questions and they gave me the opportunity to try everything out and make sure that it all worked before I was obligated to buy it. We've had it for 3 months and she hasn't had to use it yet. She has accidentally activated it a couple of times though, and everyone has been very prompt and on the ball when that happens. From that I'm glad to know that we'll get a prompt response and that the people on the other side of the phone are knowledgeable. I like the fact that, when the battery starts to run low, it gives you a warning so we can plug it in to be charged. It's also got the tracking device so if my wife wonders off I can still locate her quickly. I'm really happy with the service that we have.

I liked the products and options they offered. You can pick between the necklace, the bracelet, or have both of them. You can also get a door lock to put an extra key in it for EMS. It was all much easier to use than the one I had before and they didn't give me as much as MobileHelp does. With the device it's easier and faster to get the paramedics out here. I haven't had to use it yet, knock on wood, but it all seems to be ok. Customer support is very conscientious of who is using their products and they stand by it. If you don't like something about the ones you have, they will exchange it for something else. I haven't had to do that myself, but it's an option. I'm perfectly happy with it. I've recommended it to a couple of friends, especially one of them who has seizures and passes out. With this, they don't need to press the button, the device will just detect the fall and send the alert. With this you get a lot more than what you pay for.

I read their Ad in the AARP magazine and decided to give it a try. I haven't had to use it yet. I've had it for a couple of months now and one day I did accidentally hit my wristband. I got a bit of a courtesy call from them on the device that I can take outdoors and things were fine. Later on I called to ask some questions and the person I talked to was just so helpful. He told me different things about the alarm, including how to turn the signal off when I accidentally press it. I can just hold the button until the little red light that comes on turns green to do that. He also put me at ease regarding pressing the button by accident. He told me not to make myself sick over it and that that happened sometimes. I appreciated that so much that I almost felt like calling them back to tell them they should promote him. I like that they communicate with me and the way they keep me up to date on everything. I have a lot of confidence in them and it's satisfying to have the device around, it offers me a lot of help.

Since I live by myself, I had been thinking about getting one of these. After seeing it advertised on TV I decided to just give it a try. Before the system was set up, I actually fell in my basement. That happened at 10:30 at night and I wish I had had everything up and running then. I was able to get out of there and get to a hospital, but I ended up spending a week in there. Now I have the pendant on me all the time. The mobile part of it, the one you carry, is on its charging station. I haven't really left so I just keep it there. I haven't had a reason to use it, but I've gotten a call from them to check in on me and things seem to be working.

I had been a pastor for 45 years until I retired. I live alone since my wife is in a nursing home because of dementia. At the time I retired, I had heard of people who had falls when they were by themselves. I even heard about someone that had a massive stroke and died in her home and her body wasn't discovered for six days. I'm actually in pretty good health at 80 years. I'm a runner and do other things to be in good condition, but I still live alone and I didn't want to be a victim of the things that happened to other people. I wanted to have a device to get help. I saw an ad for MobileHelp and recognized it as a good product, so I decided to sign up with them. I liked that they had a fall device that I could wear in the shower and their batteries had a longer life. Supposedly it can last up to a year functioning without problems. The device itself charges up in 15 or 20 minutes, even if I've been wearing it all day. I have the outdoor button on a bike since I go biking sometimes. That way if I get into trouble while I'm out riding I can get an immediate response from someone. It doesn't matter where I am. Several of my friends had had bad falls on the ice, one of them actually broke their wrists when they fell. Because of that I always take out the mobile unit, even when I go out to get the mail or something like that. Recently, after clearing the driveway of ice, the alarm went off and they called me. Things went along beautifully and it was almost immediate. I know that if I actually fall they'll call me right away. I'm very satisfied with them.

I had used it once in the past and was very happy with it. I had to discontinue my service back then because I couldn't afford it. After being in the hospital for a while I came home very much decided on getting back with the service and getting the health unit back. When I registered, the customer service people that I talked to were outstanding. They had good follow up since I had to talk to my children before making my choice. They said alright and called me back when I had asked them to. They have been very patient and kind. I have no complaints against them. I haven't needed to use it thus far though. I'm still on a walker and have fallen 5 or 6 times since I came home in November, but all those times I've been fortunate enough to be close to a phone or cellphone. It's still a very handy thing for me. I like that I have the choice of going with the neck or watch type of unit. I use the watch 90% of the time since I don't like the necklace. It just gets in the way when I'm doing things. The watch is kind of neutral so it goes with anything that I wear. It also stays put and doesn't slide around my wrist. I've always had good service. It's worth every penny that I pay for.

My sister has MobileHelp and she was very happy with it, so we got it for someone else that needed it. On a typical day he just wears the neck piece. He usually wears that one because he has some trouble buckling the wrist band one. So far he hasn't had to use it, though he did have one accidental call. When that happened, I had to take the call since my mother had some trouble managing it and he couldn't reset it with the wrist one. They were very quick to handle everything and were very courteous about it. I haven't had any problems with it and I've been very happy so far. It is a little bit pricey, but it's worth it since it's just reassuring for the family to know that he has it.

We had a different company before that had this thing where you needed to be a certain distance from the monitor for it to even go off. That was a problem for us since my husband is dying and he needs the alarm to work no matter what or where he is. Since MobileHelp follows you everywhere, not just in your house, we decided to get it. They have different choices and they offer them all to you. You can choose the one that works best for you, be it the necklace, the arm band, or anything. It's all to make you comfortable. Customer service is phenomenal. They helped me figure out the billing with Medicare and insurance stuff and everything went very smoothly with that. They are very competitive price-wise. They offer better services than other companies. I wish they could insert themselves into hospitals in the state of Oregon so that they could ensure that people get the right apparatuses for what they need. Their response time has been good. We push the button accidentally all the time and they don't fuzz about it. They'll be there if you push it, accident or not. The ambulance gets there quick enough as well, I'm convinced it will save his life. In all honesty, we're supposed to keep him in a facility. There are times when his blood gas is not working well and he falls out every fifteen seconds or so. There's really nothing we can do about that at home. Thanks to MobileHelp I can care for him at home rather than sending him to a hospital.

I liked the fact that it had no contract and that it could travel with you anywhere in the States. You could take it to the grocery store or the backyard and it'll work. They're very good. Knock on wood, I haven't had to use it yet, but my grandson has pushed it accidentally a couple of times and the response we get has been immediate. Every time that happens they have been ok. I apologize for my grandson pushing it and they're very nice and helpful about it. It's no big deal and I don't have to worry about it. I just got a statement for my payment that's due next month. I really appreciate that since I'm an elderly person with a very short memory, so receiving that is very helpful.

We had a different company and we just were not satisfied with it. We would lose connection with them all the time so we searched for a different service. MobileHelp seemed to be the best one and it was also reasonably priced, so we picked it and paid for a year of the service. We haven't had to use it yet, my wife just wears the wristband all the time. The only problem we've had is that it gives her a rash, so she has to change the band from wrist to wrist. The system is just up and running and it has been effective as far as we know. We've had no reason to call them since we haven't run into any problems. There hasn't been any emergencies either, but we know that if anything happens we can just punch the button and get 911 over here. They're a good program.

I saw it on TV and they talked about how you can carry it anywhere. They mentioned you could have a necklace, a bracelet, and a third one that you could carry to get help if anything happened while you were away from home. I had been wanting something like that for a while. At the time I was scared of having nothing with me when my kids went to sleep since I get dizzy a lot. Anything could happen in the middle of the night, so having it now makes me feel better. I carry it with me all the time though lately my kids have been around me very often. Still, I have it mainly for when I go out by myself. That way if anything happens I can just push the button and call them. So far they have been very nice and generous. One time I called them at a time when they couldn't attend to me, but they kept my number and gave me a call back to know what I had to say. I get billed every three months and that helps us a lot. Since I'm on a budget, this helps me pay for it and still be fairly stable. I'm completely satisfied with it. I know they'll take care of me if I need help and thanks to that I'm no longer scared of doing the things I need to do.

I used to have a decent one since I'm diabetic and get dizzy sometimes. When I saw their commercial I just thought 'you know what, that one is not like the other ones, so I'll give it a chance.' At the time I could cancel the other one since I had been with them for 6 months already. So, I did just that and went ahead and got MobileHelp. I like their wristband, the necklace, and the other one that you can put on your waist and take everywhere. Since I'm retired, on a typical day I'm at the mechanic doing little jobs on cars and stuff. If anything happens, I have it there for that. I'm very happy with it. I accidentally hit it once and then, five seconds later, the phone rang. That was during Christmas and they confirmed that it was actually me, that I was alright, and were also able to tell that I was in Tucson, Arizona. It worked great. Now my brother and I are going to get one for my mom and sister since they've both fallen quite a few times.
