I saw them advertise in AARP. After that my daughter and I called and talked with your customer service and it sounded like the right choice for us. I've been just using it for one month, but 2 weeks a go it went off 2 or 3 days in a row. The emergency team showed up in my home because I wasn't able to get to the phone and cancel it, but they showed up quickly and I'm satisfied with it. I wear it all the time and I never leave the house without it. I don't see nothing wrong I'm content with it. I wear the blue button all day long everyday and I wear the watch whenever I take a shower before bed. The people that I have talked to were really courteous and understanding.

I read up on the different ones that are out there, and MobileHelp has got what I need. They were nice enough to send me the information I needed, and it's worked out fine. We ran a test on it, and everything worked out. They answered the test alert, so I know that they are there, and that I would have help as soon as I needed it, and that they would contact my family to let them know I was in need. I feel like I can trust it, since they've done everything they said they were going to do. Every time I've been in contact with them, they've been real pleasant to work with, and helped me with whatever I needed. Hopefully, I won't really need them, but I'm an old person living alone, and I know it's good to have peace of mind. I'm pleased that they're as efficient as they are.

I really can't say I did a lot of investigations, but I had bought a different one, and it was extremely heavy. I wore it for 2 days, and it had to come off. I felt like I was carrying the weight of the world around my neck. I got a call from someone at MobileHelp mentioning their FDA approval, and I switched following that. They took down all the information over the phone, they had all my contacts in order, and they have since called me once to see that it was received and that everything was fine. They've got excellent customer service. They have been very, very good to me, and I'm very happy with the product. It is lighter; I really don't notice when I have it on. It's extremely comfortable, and I like the bracelet one for when I go out. I have not had to use it. I did press the button to see that it worked, and they were right on the phone. They knew my name, they asked what was wrong, I told him that I was just trying it out, and they were extremely helpful.

When I was looking into getting a system like this, what got my attention about MobileHelp was their personality, and the way they used their knowledge. They knew what they were talking about regarding their systems, and they still managed to be very pleasant people, too. They seem to care and are concerned about their customers. They checked up on me to see how everything was going for me as a new customer, because they wanted to make sure. Instead of the necklace, I got the unit that I can wear in a case on my belt. I have tested it a couple of times, because they say you should test it at least once a month, and soon as I tested it, they called me right back in less than five seconds.

I had been in the hospital, and my balance is not good at all. I was thinking about a friend who has fallen, and I had seen MobileHelp's ad on TV. I knew I would need help in the event of a fall, since I'm by myself out in the country. I thought that getting this would help me, as well as satisfying my kids and my doctor. I love it. MobileHelp is the best system I've ever come across, and I've mentioned that to others, too. I bumped it once; I barely touched that thing and the alarm went off, but I appreciate them answering so fast, because I've really been wobbly. I really appreciate the job they do; they are so good.

I like the idea of having someone to get you help if you fall down, and that's what the advertisement I saw was about. That's why I got mine, because I live alone and I'm 81. If I fall down out in my yard, there's nobody else to hear me, so I need it for my own security. I don't use it all day long when I've got my phone with me, but if I'm in the garage, or go out to feed the birds, I wear it. I have it in the bathroom, so things of that nature, too. They have called me a couple times, and I think it's great. I have my extra keys in a lockbox, and I didn't start using the MobileHelp device until that was installed, because emergency responders couldn't get in otherwise. I think they did a good job.

I had contacted and talked to two different other agents. With one I would only be covered up to four hundred feet from my front door, and the other one was for inside only. I wanted to go visit a friend in another state, and I wondered what would happen if I had a fall while I was away. I needed something better, and then I saw MobileHelp's ad on the TV. I took down the number and called the very next day. They've got feelings for people. They don't rush you, and they take the time to explain everything to you. I have not used it yet, but I bought it in case I need it. I wear the necklace except when I sleep, because it would get stuck under my arm and go off, so I don't sleep in it, but I wear it all the rest of the time. I take my little mobile thing when I'm out in the car in case something happens, so I can tell them where I'm at and I can hear what they want me to do. You don't have to wait for them to answer if you need them. They're there, and that's what it should be like.

I was up late one night looking up lots of different options, comparing costs and what they were able to offer. When I called MobileHelp, I spoke with a very nice young man who answered all of my questions, and they've always answered my questions immediately ever since then, too. I let him know that I had more concerns than just falling while in the house, because I certainly didn't intend to spend the rest of my life in the house. He told me that I could get a GPS device that I could just carry with me whenever I went outside. That has certainly worked out well for me because I'm living on the West coast instead of the East coast now. They told me that during that process I could just turn off the big unit and carry the GPS with me. I don't really know how much other units cost, but I just picked MobileHelp on the basis of the equipment, including the GPS, and the fact that with the lock box on my front door, nobody would be breaking down my door if I needed help. Once, I was fumbling in my purse for something, and accidentally hit the GPS. Immediately, I got a call from MobileHelp to see if I was okay, or if I needed assistance. I'm very positive about my experience so far. They've been very kind and I'm very happy. So far I haven't needed assistance, but I feel good about the fact that it's a Florida company, they make the equipment, and I can come and go, and that if I need help it's there. I have the necklace, and its chain is lovely and sure beats the black string that most of my friends wear, but my neck broke out. I have various skin problems, so now I just wear the bracelet.

I read an article on MobileHelp in AARP magazine. It was easy to understand, short, to the point, and economical. My most important comment is the highly professional quality of the respondents in the office, and the clarity of direction for use. I lost my device and was looking for it during a fitness program, and they were polite and understanding. I recovered it and put it back to use, and it was a very smooth process, so I think the personnel are outstanding. They're polite, very patient, people responding, careful to make sure that I understood what they were saying, and very prompt. The device is loud enough for me to hear with hearing aids, as well as with understanding the clarity of expression. It's simple to install, with few pieces, and it's uncomplicated. The problem is that I think the monitor is pretty large, and the case is very inconvenient to carry with me on my clothing. That's my only problem: that it's cumbersome.

I'm a diabetic and it's kind of hard, so I wanted to give them a try, and I called them. It's convenient because wherever you go, it goes with you. You don't have to be at the house, so it's always handy. I've got my pendant around my neck right now before I go out to the drugstore to get my medicine, and then I've also got the mobile device in the pouch and the watch on my wrist, so I'm ready. Hope nothing happens but I'm ready, and I depend on it. I'm glad I got it. My friend pressed my watch by mistake, and a lady at MobileHelp called to ask if I had any problem. Her voice came through so clear, she sounded like she was on the front porch at my door. I loved that.

MobileHelp seems to take better care of their customers. It just went off last night, and then when I called and told them it went off, they were so polite, so nice and said "I'm sorry I woke you up," and things like that matter. They're informative, they're not robotic, they treat you like a person, they're very nice and they're very polite and they seem to really, really care. I trust them, and it's hard for me to trust anyone like that when it comes to my health. There are several reasons why you should have it. It's great if you live alone at any age and you need help. They're there to help you, and that's very important. It doesn't only have to be just because you're sick or old or whatever; if you live alone for any reason, you need this device in your house. It's very affordable, too.

I called a lot of different outfits, and somebody recommended that MobileHelp would be a good one. My children also talked me into it. I haven't had to use it as yet, but I know that it's very simple. I wear the wristband, and if I ever go out of the house anywhere, I take the portable unit with me. In the event that something were to happen, I'll push the button so that I could talk to the people and tell them where I am, because I do live live in the woods, so to speak. It's very convenient. I wear the wrist band while I take a shower and if I'm gonna be somewhere else where I need my normal watch on, then I use the the necklace. I have the lock box on the door which is very clever, because if something were to happen to me inside, they'll know how to get into the house. That's a very good idea. The price was also very reasonable, and we were able to set it up so that my kids are paying for it for the first year, and then I'll pay for it afterwards.

My son found out about MobileHelp while he was researching fall protection for me. I think the service will be really good if I ever need to use it, because I have had a few false alarms while I was in bed, or sitting down, or bending over to pick something up, and they were quick to respond. That's nice because I can't move around very fast. I try to use the device while I do little things around the house. I wear the one that goes around the neck. When I called about it, they were very nice to me. Their staff are very responsive and eager to explain to me exactly what's going on, and they let me know that I was wearing it too low, and that can contribute to the false alarms. They told me to put it up higher, against my sternum.

It's just a great company; the best I've ever seen or heard of for medical health devices. I had a stroke in 2011 and so I have some problems with my balance and stuff. I wouldn't go with any other company than MobileHelp. It's the most affordable for my budget, and when I fell down about 3 or 4 months ago and the chest button went off, the fire department came to my house in about ten minutes. They've answered every question I've ever had. They went through the bill and explained everything to me. I'm on the monthly payments, because they were doing over three months but I couldn't afford that since I'm on disability, so it's perfect on everything for me.

I was looking for something and saw an advertisement for MobileHelp, so I called them, and the person I spoke with was very nice on the phone, so I got it. The customer service seems to be okay, I don't have any problems with it. My husband wears the wrist watch, and I carry the mobile thing when we go out, just in case something happens to him, but we haven't had an instance to use it. I feel comfortable with it. I feel like I can leave the house without worrying about him, because he'll get help if he needs it. That's all I care about. I'm assuming that if I push the button, they will come on. They were trustworthy, and I would recommend them.

I watch their commercials all the time, and I learned that MobileHelp knows what's going on with me and what kind of medication that I take, and I felt I was more safe with them, because the other one I had only worked in the house, so they could do me no good when I go out anywhere. Now I'm secure with Mobilehelp, all over. If I was to fall in the shower, or anything that would happen, then can get to me right away, and that's a good thing, especially with the key box, they can get inside the house if I was to pass out while locked inside. They're good. Hopefully I don't have to use it, but if I do, at least I know they're there. I feel secure. It's not hurting my budget; it's right on. I love it 100%, and I tell everybody about MobileHelp. I talked to my sister about it, and she's supposed to be calling and checking into that for herself. When I spoke with the representatives, they amazed me. They were so helpful to me, and they have a lot of patience, too. Any questions I had, they were there to answer it.

I had to bury my husband, and my brother-in-law said he wanted me to sign up as quick as I could for one of these, so my daughter checked with about two to four different providers, and from what we read, this is the one we knew we wanted to go with. I haven't had to use it at all yet, and I haven't fallen, and so I don't have any experience with that, except I do have it here and it's hooked up. So far they've answered all my questions and responded to me in a timely manner. I felt like it was awfully expensive, I really really did. I'm having to pay bills, and hospital bills, and nursing home bills, and this was just another bill, and it was much higher than I thought it would be. I don't have anything negative to say about them, though. I've already had two or three people come in the house who've taken the information about Mobile Help, because they felt like I made a step forward being positive about it, and so they've taken the information so they can also call.

I'm 77 years old and live by myself, so I thought I needed this. I just put the wristband on my arm, and I haven't used the necklace so far yet. I'm not too fond of the necklaces. I had one from somewhere else. I paid $365 for it, and they informed me about two months ago that it was just for around the house! You pretty much have to be housebound all the time and I was shocked. Other companies like that wanted more money for less than what Mobile Help provides. I've got the doorknob, I've got the bracelet, the necklace, then that little thing that goes into the battery to put anywhere I want to'it's the best thing I've ever seen. They have better instruments than anybody else I talked to, and they're for everybody, to use in the house, or when I go somewhere, it's nationwide, it's not just particularly around the house, so yes, I suggest it for anybody. I'm goanna recommend it to my neighbor across the street; she's 92 and she gets around better than I do.

I got MobileHelp because it could go with me wherever I went, so that I would have that protection, and it was reasonable. My daughter and my sister are the ones who insisted that I have it. I wear the pendant. I put it on in the mornings. I have the main thing in the living room, and it's a good device. I put it together myself, which is incredible. It works continuously; I just leave it plugged in. It's very clear and simple to use. I haven't had to use it but I know it's there, and it's convenient. I would recommend it to anyone in need of it; I have already to my younger sister. I turned it on when I first started using it and I had a couple of questions, and they answered them immediately. They were good answers, and I felt like they did care about what I was asking and were sincere.

We got this system for my friend after I had seen it on TV. He's like 84 years old, and he likes living alone. I figured that was the best route to go if he wants to live in his house by himself; to have something there that would alert responders if something were going wrong. Just recently when we set it up, one of my grandkids was here and pushed the button out of curiosity, because she's 2. The lady came on the line right away and asked if it was an emergency and whether we would need the ambulance to come out. They've also already called three or four times to check and make sure everything is working okay, and that he really likes this machine.

I called and I talked to this lady, and I liked what she told me. I had one before, but it did not include falling, and I have fallen quite often, so I wanted one that would work with that too. I've caused it to go off a couple of times by accident, but I have not fallen, and I have not needed it since I got it, but I wear it everyday, I sleep with it, and I take a shower with it on. I've called a couple of times to ask a question and they've been real pleasant and helped me. At the moment, I'm happy with it. I paid the first installment and I haven't gotten another bill yet, but so far I'm satisfied. I've already recommended it to two friends.

Right after I got MobileHelp and set it up, I needed to use it when I was alone the very next day. They responded very quickly. All the emergency vehicles seem to respond fast once they know that they were called by this company. Our pressure alarm system went off a couple of times by accident, too, and they came on the system right away. A good thing about it is that it wasn't complicated to turn it off, it's very very simple, which is great because I can't remember a lot of instructions. It's fast, it's efficient, and it's simple. The quick responders explain things well, their questions are clear, they seem to be familiar with everything. They come with all the appropriate information, so they're not fumbling around about who I am or what I need.

MobileHelp was a referral for us. The promotions they have offered us have provided a little piece of equipment for free, and if we were to cancel our membership, we will be able to keep that item. Everything that I ask for, they've been very good at doing. For any instructions, and just anything that we needed, they were excellent. It worked immediately and there was no problem setting it up; it was very easy. We had to use it once where the patient fell and needed help getting up. He pushed the button and help was there right away. They did an excellent job of helping him to get back up on his chair.

There were a couple of times where my husband fell and had to press the alarm, and they contacted me. It offers easy access, it's light weight for my husband, it's very discreet, and it works for our home because we have two levels. The intercom is very, very good, and picks up from a long distance. It even works when we travel out of state. They gave me quite a few different payment options that I like, and which work within our budget. We've told two of our friends about our experience with MobileHelp. They had good follow-up, and they didn't call and bug me all the time! I looked at other companies, too, but they called me night and day, and they sold my information to everybody, but MobileHelp didn't do that. They gave me a direct number and I was able to speak to an agent directly.

More than anything, my kids wanted me to have this, because I'm 75, and you never know, you know? They're away up in Vermont, so they wanted to make sure I have some backup. It was available quickly, and my son was able to help me set it up before he went back to Vermont, and it works well. I wear it when I'm here at the house, in case I fall and can't get up or something. I think the main thing is that it's a way to feel secure that someone could come when I needed them, and that's worth while. The value for the money is good. I've used a similar device in my house in Vermont, but it was provided by the hospital; it was some life line kind of equipment. They said they can do it down here, but we decided when we got down here that we really needed to get one that we could depend on, and that's why we contacted Mobile Help.

My husband will be going off working or fishing or something, and my daughter that was living with us leaves me on my own sometimes. I suffer from vertigo and epilepsy and a lot of other health issues, and there's peace of mind to know I only have to push a button, because sometimes I can't even see straight enough to dial a phone, not even to dial 911. Knowing there's a way to reach somebody, because I'm alone a lot now, that peace of mind can't be beat. I've already been recommending it. Typically I just wear the wristband monitor, and I just go about my daily routine, and I know it's there if I need it. So far I've been fortunate enough not to. The necklace is not really an adequate option, because it gets tangled up in my very long hair. That makes wearing the wrist band the right way for me, but I have very tiny wrists, and the watch band is almost too long; I really could use a smaller band. When I called just to check in, or the one time I accidentally hit the button, they were really quick getting on to it, so I'd say they're doing a good job. Every time I have spoken to somebody, they have been very courteous and understanding, and willing to explain and explain until I can understand.

They seem to provide everything that I wanted, so I thought that would probably be a good choice. I don't consider the price to be out of line. I think it's alright; if I didn't, I wouldn't have chosen it. I haven't had it long, and I haven't gone through the periodic check, but I'm well pleased. I use the wrist watch type, and I wear it all the time. I accidentally set it off yesterday when I was buttoning my shirt, and got an immediate response. I apologized but they said not to be concerned, they will reset it, and they were quite thorough in their checking to make sure that it was me and that I was okay. By itself that was reassuring. I carry the mobile unit with me whenever I go out. The one here in the house was inside when I set it off. It worked very well, but I wish it had been just a little louder, although I could hear a woman talking and it took just a few minutes to figure out what it was, but I am pleased with that.

I had checked the other companies, and I liked the benefits and the things that Mobile Help does clear across the whole United States, no matter where I'm at, so that was my deciding factor. I've already recommended it to two or three people. The quality is very nice. it's very easy to read and use. We haven't had to use it yet, but we wear the pendants and the watch and everything. When we first got it, my wife had hers on'she's got the one that if you fall they call you'and she came into the room where I was and said, "I think that I pushed the button or something because they're talking to me," and they came back in a just a second. They were so quick getting back to us, so that was a one of the factors about why I like what I've got. I hope when the time comes that we have to use it, it's as good as that.

This service was recommended to me by a friend of mine who has it. He had a fall and broke a bone, and he used the thing. Help was there right away; within 20 minutes he had an ambulance there, and they took him to the emergency room. He thought the response was so good, and he recommended it to me. I took his recommendation to buy it. I haven't needed to use it yet, but I feel safe with it. I had been trying not to have to wear something like that. I have a couple of friends that had other agencies, and they have problems, and I wasn't going to try it, but my gentleman friend told me that it was such a good thing, and would give me peace of mind in case I'm out and about and something happens, or in the house, because I live alone. I haven't had to use it, thank goodness, but I feel better havang it. I haven't had any real trouble, so I can definitely recommend it too. I use a bracelet because I had trouble with the little button on the pendant. The first time I wore it, that thing popped off. Luckily I was at church, and somebody found it and returned it to the office, and I got it the next day, but I didn't know how to reattach it. I spoke to someone Sunday morning'I didn't think that anybody that would be able to help me, but sure enough there was an agent there'and he told me that they would send me a new button, that it'd be there in 3 - 4 days, and it was. So they sent me that new one, which I just received yesterday. In the meantime I've been wearing the bracelet. I don't wear it in bed, rather I leave it on my night stand.

A typical day with it also includes taking the dog for a walk every morning, noon, and night; and also driving. Their people are very knowledgeable. If you have questions, they answer them, and if they don't have the answer, they find somebody who does. Their response time is tremendous. I feel more secure knowing that I have it. It's easy to assemble when you first get it, and it's easy to use to test every month. They respond to you by your phone and text message, and they talk to you on the device. Carrying the device is easy; they give you a nice case to put it in, so if you're walking or whatever, you can just hook it to your belt or purse. In the car you can put it in the visor. The watch is great; I use that in the shower and in the pool. It's just easy to live with, it's not something clunky that sticks out like a sore thumb and people ask you, "what are you wearing that for?" I find that more and more of my friends have them than I knew before, though. They didn't want to talk about having them, but now that I have one, they mention that they have one too. A couple of them have switched to Mobile Help because they like the product that I have better than what they had, and also the cost: they have different packages where you can pay different ways, and when they find that out, it works out better for them to go with Mobile Help, so I'm pleased with that.

I live alone, and I'm almost 84 years old, and I'm not too steady on my feet when I'm out walking in my yard. My children decided that they thought I needed a device like this. I haven't had to use it yet; I've been very fortunate. I do keep it with me. I don't use the bracelet, I wear the necklace, and I feel very comfortable with that when I'm outside by myself and when I go into town. It works; it does what they say it'll do, and I'll very likely tell a friend about it. I have set this thing off, I think like three times since I've had it, hitting it or bumping into something, and they have called me back right away. I find that it takes awhile for them to turn it off. It says to press and hold the button, and I do that, and it still keeps beeping and saying this is an emergency, but finally they pick up and ask me if I need help and if I'm all right. I really like it, and I think it's one of the best ones out there. I know help is there if I need it.

Some things I liked are the app they have available for medication reminders, the features update, the different personal monitoring technology they have available, and then the automatic fall detection. The medication reminders have been helpful, in case someone forgets to take their medication. If there's an actual fall, and nobody's there, and they go unconscious, they will detect the fall 98% of the time, so they don't have to press the button. It works 100% of time I've tested it, like they say to do every month. It's all functional and good, and it has a battery back-up for 3 days, so it's very good in an emergency where the power is out. The customer service staff are friendly and knowledgeable about any questions that you may have.

Two things stand out: their medicine reminder was simple, and so were their fall detection devices. This is for my mother, and the only time that she has interfaced with the folks from MobileHelp'other than set-up'is when one night it give a false reading that she had fallen, and she heard them on the speaker and told them that she was fine. That was the end of it, so she felt assured. My brother who helped set it up said that this staff on the other end, both from the technical support and from the call center, really understood how to speak with an elderly person and make my mother feel good. They've always been very polite, responsive and professional.

From the beginning up to now everything has been great. The salesman was very knowledgeable of the product, and they were courteous, they weren't pushy. It's so much better to have it in my home and with me, I highly recommend it. It is a good value for your money. They've got the best equipment. If there's any motion such that they think you fell, they automatically get ahold of you. They have a GPS button that you can carry with you when you go outside, so you're secured all the time with it. I never really had an emergency yet, but the response was really, really quick when it went off on its own. They would ask my name and they would want to make sure I was okay, so I really appreciated it. They're prompt and courteous, and they do their job.

We had a previous company, and we just weren't satisfied with it, so we just decided to go ahead and go, and I talked to somebody on the phone about Mobile Help. We're pretty satisfied with it; there were just a couple of minor things that we had to have adjusted, but we've recommended it. She uses it all day and it's uneventful; she's not really healthy, but she does what she can around the house; cooks and cleans the house, and we go out and get medicines, and go to doctors, and stuff like that, so we're in and out of the house mostly. Every time something's happened, if she lays it down wrong or something like that, they called me and they asked me if there's been a fall or something, so they're aware of what's going on here.

I did research on other companies that provide the same or similar service, and it best meets our needs. After talking with them, I liked what they had to offer, and we're very pleased with it. The sales team was very knowledgeable, and they were very personable to the situation at hand, and seemed to really care about making sure we had what we needed. I like the fact that they don't contract their national call center out, but rather it's within the United States, so I don't have to worry about her trying to talk to somebody that has an accent. They kept it real simple when they were explaining it to me, and asked a lot of questions about our situation to make sure it meet out needs. We've already recommended it, though we haven't had to use it yet, but it was very easy to set up and test, and we know that it works. She did dropped her fall button necklace accidentally one night when getting ready for bed, and within fifteen seconds they were on the speaker asking us if everything was okay.

I researched it and I figured it would fit what we need for my mother. She is 94, and she lives with us, so when we are not at home I like for her to wear it. She is very active and independent, but it helps to know that help is here if she should need it. We feel very comfortable having it here in our house, and for her to be able to use the on-the-go device for when she leaves, I feel very relieved to have them here with us. I feel confident that they will be here in case we need to do use it. They have been very helpful with us, and they explain things very thoroughly. We appreciate it. It's easy to use and it's available. She has accidentally pushed the button, and they have been very kind when they have come on the speaker, and they're very understanding when this happens.

I had a look at the consumer reports and my own research. They cover the all the scenarios I can think of where I might need help, having the watch, the pocket speaker, and then the fall alert sensor. It's all very high-tech. I had an accidental button push, and I had an immediate response; somebody was there to talk to me, asking questions'it was quite comforting. Thank God I haven't had to use it, but I sure feel safe knowing it's there. They just have good follow-through. It's simple and they're not over-marketing it. It's been a pretty good experience so far, so I wouldn't have much reason to doubt them.

First of all, the price was very competitive, so that was good. The second thing was that it had someone to answer a call at all times, and then it had two different devices to use: one is fine in the winter, and the other one I probably will use in the summer'I wouldn't want something around my neck in the summertime'so having the wrist band was a good idea for different weather and different occasions; when you're dressed up you don't have a black thing around your neck. Lastly, the people that I know who have it had been satisfied with it. Everything I tried has been excellent. It certainly it will provide me and my family with a sense of security that I hadn't had before. The only time I called was to make sure that they were working. It was quick, efficient, and they answered all of my questions and went one step beyond. Not only did they answer my questions, but wanted to know if there's anything else that they could do to help me, which was a very nice and positive response.

I am not stuck to the house; I travel. I'm 84, and I'm on oxygen, but I'm still driving and moving around, and I thought that would be better for me because of the GPS that they have. They can pick me up wherever I may be. The other unit I have is only for the house, so that's why I chose it. I think it's a reasonable price. It takes me around and makes me feel better, and I could afford it. I would recommend it to those that feel capable of using it, If they are mobile people and going out; but if they stay in the house they would not need all of that. I keep my master unit in my bedroom. When I'm ready to go out I take the small mobile ones that I have in my dining room with me. The only problem that I was having is that the one you wear around the neck was really sensitive, and they had to show me to how to pull it above my breast bone so it would not go off. Every time I've called them they were right on the ball to answer my questions. They've been very positive with me.

I had just called there one day, and they had a great deal, so I knew this was going to be the company I need to go with. They give you two devices, one that you can wear around your neck, and then another to go wear around your wrist as a watch. If you can't get to one, you can get to the other one, so that's good. I really don't have good balance. I fell down and I had to call Mobile Help so someone could help me to get back on my feet, and they did. They came in with minimal call time and they helped me to the best that they could, and I was very impressed and satisfied with that. The service that they used to come in and help me was very local: the fire department around the corner. They're very trusting with the employees and the people that came in to my house, to accommodate me. I would recommend Mobile Help to a friend.

I tried another company, but the advertisement I saw on the TV for Mobile Help company was a lot more protective for me 'cause I'm 81 years old, and I figured, why not get the best if I'm gonna get one? If you watch the advertisement, you can see that you're getting everything you need for a pretty reasonable price, I thought. I've been out to a store and I've brought the one that's used for traveling with me. I hadn't had to use it, but I felt safe that I had it. I like the key lock system, too. I just feel that it's a good company, and all the equipment that was sent to me is everything they said it would be. I think everybody is very safe with that system; I don't see any glitches in it whatsoever. You're safe whether you're driving in your car, fall down in the bathtub or any of those things.

I've got a lot of medical issues, including having had a heart attack and a stroke. I signed up for MobileHelp in case something else should happen, because I've lately been feeling like I might black out sometimes. So far there have just been a couple of false alarms where I pushed the button by accident, or my kids pushed it when they thought something was wrong when I couldn't get up one morning. I was okay, though, and so I just carry the device with me just in case. I also have the padlock on my door, so that any medical assistance can get into my home with just a passcode. So, I like the equipment they have, and as for their people, they're thorough, and respond to the call as soon as possible. They have the best response to care for their customers, even if it's a false alarm. They tried to make sure that I'm okay.

I saw it on television. I called them and I liked what I heard, so that's what we got, and I've recommended them before. I've not had to use it at all, but I'm glad I've got it, because we're getting up in age a little bit. My husband has a tendency to fall, so we've gotten the fall button and the mobile. We're safe wherever we go. It's convenient. He doesn't use the fall button necklace unless I'm not here. If I go somewhere and he's by himself, he'll wear that, but we wear the bracelets all the time. I don't worry about him as much if I'm not here because I know that he can get the help he might need. We've got that little lockbox thing that you put a key in and put it outside, so if something happens and I can't get home, somebody can get in there and come help us. From what the young lady told me, they'd be here if we needed them. We just like the security of being able to get out and do what we need to do, and not have to worry about it.

After 33 years, I'm divorced, and I have grand mal seizures, and I live by myself. This is the best way to get in touch with somebody if something did happen to me. I'm unable to talk to the person, and when I fall down, I really won't be able to get up. That's why I wear the watch and the necklace. I bring them when I go out because I never know when a seizure is coming. As soon as I got it they called me to test the stuff out. it works, and it just seems to me like the best way to go, they've got the best equipment; it's waterproof. I've already told a couple of friends about it. I push the button and within 10 seconds they're on the receiver.

I saw their advertisement on the television. Having had a fall, I knew that I would need that kind of equipment. Everyone I spoke with was very informative about the system, and very polite. I wear it around my neck constantly. As soon as I get up out of bed in the morning, I put it right on. I know that the information will be given to the correct people if I need it in an emergency. I'm just very pleased with it. I talked to a young lady that's a friend of mine. She had gotten a postcard in the mail from another company, and it was a little cheaper. I can't say anything about it because I didn't try it, but I told her about my experience with MobileHelp. Right now I am on disability, and the value seems pretty reasonable for the service I'm getting.

I loved my sales person! Her name is Molly, and she just was a sweetheart. MobileHelp had a price I could afford, and I liked what it did. I had been with Life Alert for four years before, and I decided that for my budget and what I needed, it would be a good fit. It was awesome! In fact, yesterday, when a friend of mine was here, he dropped a bag of canned goods on the floor, and instantly the machine came on and said "we just got notice that you had fallen. We will call the emergency squad immediately." I was able to get the machine and pressed the button to say that it's okay. They immediately came on and said, "are you sure you're alright?" They were very supportive. Besides that, I like it better than Life Alert for a couple of reasons; it lights up so I can see it 24/7, and I like that it's a lighter set of equipment'it's easier to carry. I already have very definitely recommended it. I think every person in my age group, and younger, especially when they live alone, should have a system. It's the best insurance policy that I have.

What caught my eye was mobile the word mobile, it would allow me to be still be mobile. I'll be able to get around and stay safe. I wear it all the time. I just got back from a doctor's appointment, where I took the base unit with me along with the automatic fall detection pendant. I only take the base station with me if I'm going somewhere, wherever I happen to be going to. I feel safe with it. Whenever I need help I had to call for, they've given me very good advice. When I first got it and I didn't know how to use it, I called and just got someone's advice about it. I'm just glad that I chose MobileHelp, because it allows me to remain mobile. I can go wherever I need to go, and feel safe, knowing that if I fall and become unconscious, there'll be someone there to respond to it. It has GPS system so that they could triangulate where you're located, and they send an emergency response team. That was another thing that impressed me, so that's why I've recommended MobileHelp.
