MobileHelp is very sensitive. It went off when she fell and they call immediately if it goes off and ask if there is anyway they can help. They are super efficient.

The one time I tested it, it took six or seven minutes to answer the phone. I dislike that I have to carry the other receiver around and I can't contact them with just the thing around my neck.
