I wear their medical device around my neck, but you have to be careful because it's easy to hit it on something, then set it off. I prefer wearing it around my wrist better. When the alarm does get set off, they are immediately asking me what I need.

This battery charge lasts much longer than other companies, I'm out of the house for a long time and I don't want it to go dead on me. One time I used it to test it and it took a very long time before somebody got to me, they said it was a normal time but to me it was a very long time. I don't trust it 100%, if I go up a distance away from where it's being charged I think they would hear the alert but wouldn't be able to hear my voice. Customer support is always there for you.

A big reason why I picked them was the price. I could basically get two devices for the price of one. I've only had it for a couple of weeks but I'm actually a bit irritated with it. I just got it and, of course, I had a false alarm. They were timely in answering; it didn't take them long to come on the phone and ask me if anything was wrong.

My husband and I live in a retirement home where the head nurse gave this to us. My husband has the one that automatically sends an alarm to the system if he falls. I didn't feel like I needed that one, so I use the other one. We haven't had to use it but I can tell you that just to putting it together was a lot of work for us and our daughter.

I did not use it at all, I sent it back before I tried it at all. When I got it they assured me that it would be cheaper than any other one out there. After everything was factored in I realized it wasn't. The one I have now is cheaper, but I have to take it off to charge it a lot.
