I am not the client - I purchased Mobile Help for my mother. There were some difficulties with setup even though my sister and mother read the materials carefully. So far it seems like a good product...knock on wood, we haven't had to use it for an emergency yet. Hopefully they are better at answering emergencies, than they are at customer problems. Wait time was ridiculous first time, last time was better.

I've only had to speak with them a couple of times. It took them like thirty seconds to help me with my problems. I tested it actually a few days ago. We got a quick response. I would say within fifteen to twenty seconds there was somebody asking if any help was needed and what they could do to help. From when I started talking to the guy about what the device was about to receiving the device, it's been a very efficient process.

I like that I can go a long ways outside of the area and it will tell people where I'm at no matter where I am. I've tested the device and I've also pressed it accidentally and they call back.

I was doing laundry and didn't realize that it bumped the machine and it went off and I couldn't figure out why. I figured if I were to fall, I'm really glad I had the help. When it did go off, they answered immediately and I had to figure out why it went off.
