I had to have someone else set it up and I seen them do it and heard was working. But I guess it wasn't plugged in properly .it is now working fine .thanks to a very patient tech support person

So far I am very pleased. Customer service is excellent. The equipment is nice and easy to use. Testing the system is easy and goes through each time I try. I have not had to use it for an emergency, so hard to predict, but I feel pretty confident that it will work as expected.

My hearing impaired neighbor was never able to hear the response team talk to her through the device. She fell and was trapped between a wall and her tub. Another neighbor and I found her 5 hours after her fall. She was wearing her MobileHelp neck fob that detects a fall. I called MobileHelp to inquire if a fall was registered. They said she fell at 9:47 am and declined help. That can not be true because whenever i was with her testing the device she couldn't hear what was being said by the MobileHelp employee. I was assuming they would send the ambulance if they could not understand what was happening on my neighbors end. I was to be the next person they called, I wasn't. Very disappointing!!!

Like that the pendant is small and I hardly notice I'm wearing it. I like that I can weekly check to make sure it's working properly. It's so easy to check. I like that it has a GPS so that my location will be available if I need help and can't vocalize.

It appears to be working well, and I feel very comfortable having it. The fall protection seems almost too sensitive. If it flops slightly as I pull it out from under a shirt or jacket to be outside the clothes, it sometimes goes off. Also the low power seems to have gone off two times at about 5 A.M. If it actually is about to fail, that's fine, but if it is low but not failing I would prefer it go off at a more reasonable hour.

This device gives me and my friends peace of mine. It is light weight and hangs around my neck with a breakaway cord. It does have a long charge and I put it on the charger every 3rd night for my peace of mind. I'm out and about in the community without the fear of falling and not getting help when I need it.

I am loving the GPS unit. It fits nicely between the "Girls" so it is always within reach. When I dress for bed I put on the bracelet. Always connected and feeling very secure. And it is half the cost of Life Alert system with GPS. And every piece is waterproof. No worries about dropping it into water.

The above rating has nothing to do with service but it has to do with billing. My mom paid in FULL with her VISA by phone with the agent who signed her up for an entire year the day we ordered. She got a letter a few days ago stating that her bill was overdue. So now she's trying to follow up on your poor accounting. She's in her 90's and doesn't need this extra headache. Please follow up and clear up her account.

The gentleman called me and stayed with me on the line until 911 took over and EMS arrived. While this was going on, we were contacted by the call center that her fall had been detected. It lasts one day then recharge. If you ask the people about it they say it last 3 to 4 days without having to charge it. If you read the booklet that comes with it it recommends charging it everyday. We had two new machines and either both of them are faulty or the people you ask them about it don't know what they are doing. But they are good to respond if they think something happened at home.

Mobile Help came through. Mom needed their help and they answered within seconds. Mom had fallen and had a hard time breathing, so Mobile Help called an ambulance which took her to hospital. The person at the Call Center was compassionate and reassuring with mom. I am so glad we decided to buy these devices, just in the nick of time , as it turns out. I have had several false alarms including one when I was actually falling but was able to catch myself. The operators are so nice and tell me not to worry about false alarms-the goal is getting me help if I need it. I am very impressed that they ask if anyone around me needs help. With the proliferation of mass shootings this is a very good question. Another family member or friend could have a medical crisis while with me. What a good feeling to know that I could be of help.

While my mother was getting out of the hospital I was looking for I was looking for something to help her when she got home. I Called life alert and wasn't really happy When the dispatcher couldn't give me any information but wanted to send me a brochure in the mail. My mother was due to get out the hospital in 3 days and I needed something quick.. I called medical health and talk to Thomas and he walked me through it and I set my mother up That day and being that she Lives in Florida it got to her in 2 days and we were able to set her up With GPS and Fall protection. We got her pinged and put it on charge. I'm thankful that this product is able to follow her when she leaves the house. And because she has had balance issues I'm glad also for the fall protection. She's had it over a month now and still wears it every day so thank you. I wasn't going to write a review initially because we hadn't yet had to use the system thankfully. That changed the other day when my grandmother wasn't feeling well. She ended up being okay, but the peace of mind that the mobile help button provided was essential. She was away from her phone and it was the only option to reach out to myself and my father. The operators were very calm and helpful and got in touch with me within seconds. That real world test was worth the one year subscription alone. I fell at the mailbox and hit my head on the car hubcap. You called me immediately. I did not lose consciousness and was able to speak to the woman through the pendant. She was helpful, knowledgeable, calm, and stayed with me until I was safely back in my car. Three kind men picked me up and put me in my car. During this time she offered to send paramedics. I am an emergency room nurse and checked myself when I got back in the car. No signs of a head injury, I was able to walk and talk, and I did not lose consciousness. Therefore, I declined the paramedics. She recommended I not drive, but as I am now alone, I had to do a few things. She also offered to have a medical person check on me when I got back home. It was so comforting to be able to speak to a friendly person with medical training while I was going through this ordeal. My biggest fear was falling and not being able to get up. Having this lanyard has given me a new sense of security that I lacked before. I need to thank everyone I have interacted with since I went through the learning curve of learning this new equipment. All have been kind, patient, knowledgeable and very reassuring. I am less scared now to move around. I cannot think of any system improvements. The design and thought that went into developing the 24/7 support network has been exhaustive. My only comment is that is was not initially clear to me who to phone for questions. Should I push the pendant? I did not want to summon help for just a question. It would have been useful to me to have a phone number prominently displace for the user to call that was not an emergency issue. If there was a phone number available I missed it. Otherwise, I am more diligent about wearing the pendant because I know how wonderful your system works if I fall. Thanks, Leslie Warbrick RN PhD

I imagine it works fine. But honestly, the medallion that is worn is way to large and heavy. My great aunt won’t even use the service. Her mother had one decades ago and was much smaller from a competitive company, not Mobile Help.

I have a small complaint that may or may not make a difference as to whether I continue with MobileHelp. I am having difficulty hearing the individuals when they speak to me. I have the volume up as far as it will go. I last spoke with a person from near the unit but what if I am in another room. Is there anything that can be done to make the volume coming from your end louder.

Too many devices to learn about at once. I just need the base station and the mobile device. I was not told that I did not have to get the wall button, wrist button, and lock box. I am paying for these but not using them. The lights on the base station and mobile device when on the charger are much too bright at night. I cannot sleep with the bright lights on so I cover both at night now only to learn that this is not a good idea because it blocks the sound system.

That sent the wrong equipment the first time. It was corrected the second time except the door lock had the wrong code. So now they are sending a new door lock. So let's see what happens the third time. I did talk to technical support and they were very supportive. A plus for technical support.
