I got it after I saw it on TV. I live by myself so I needed it for protection. Customer service is very useful. I feel like the fall detection button should also be on the wristband. It is also a little too expensive for someone that lives on a fixed income.

My brother read about them in AARP and thought it would fit my situation well. The sales person that I talked to was really convincing and persuaded me to go with MobileHelp. I just got it and, of course, I had a false alarm. They were timely in answering; it didn't take them long to come on the phone and ask me if anything was wrong.

My sons went and bought this for me. I think it was in part because of the price. I have a breathing problem. Last time I used it, it took them eight minutes to get out here and pick me up. Had it been really bad, I wouldn't have made it.

My husband and I live in a retirement home where the head nurse gave this to us. My husband has the one that automatically sends an alarm to the system if he falls. I didn't feel like I needed that one, so I use the other one. We haven't had to use it but I can tell you that just to putting it together was a lot of work for us and our daughter.

I did not use it at all, I sent it back before I tried it at all. When I got it they assured me that it would be cheaper than any other one out there. After everything was factored in I realized it wasn't. The one I have now is cheaper, but I have to take it off to charge it a lot.

I was told that if my father had an emergency, he would be able to talk to someone with the object they had for around the neck, and that was not true. I was misinformed about the device, and that is upsetting. He would have to have another device with him that he can't remember to take with him.

I have had it only a month and hard to rate. The fall button is very senitive. It has gone off many times and not because of a fall. If it touches my clothing or body just right it goes off. I'm wondering if I made the right choice to get the extra protection.
