I like the key option that they have so emergency responders can get in even if the door is locked. I wish that they didn't have to have 2 devices for the home and for outside the home. It would be better if it was one device.

It's a little large, but I think all of them are going to be if you put in a GPS. I've tested it several times from different places and they give me the exact address of where I am. The personnel are kind and clear.

I didn't realize I had to charge it so much. I have to charge it every day. I think the booklet is very badly writing. It doesn't tell you you have to charge it every twenty four hours. It doesn't tell you that sort of things. There are a lot of things in the booklet that are not obvious and need to be made a lot clearer.

I like how they are always there to help when you need them. The medical alert device doubles as a watch so I don't have to have two things on my wrist.
