I fortunately have had no reason for alert service since put into service. The wrist band is comfortable and wipes clean easily. Hook up was easy, in fact I wondered if I did it correctly because it was easy.

After spending ample time calling and speaking with different companies, MobileHelp was the most cost efficient and offered more security than other companies. There were some problems with order processing, but overall nice customer experience.

Easy to use, lots of vendors. Be sure to do the survey right away or they’ll pester you continually until you fill it out- even if you haven’t used a vendor yet.

Pleased with the reliability of dispatchers, and quality of equipment. However, the "fall detection" feature does not seem to work with any dependability. My husband fell 4 times without detection, yet the device reported a fall once when he did NOT fall. Although I was assured the company would refund the $60 paid for 6 months of fall detection, the company pro-rated the refund. Otherwise, I would have scored them higher for trustworthiness.

Took 3 three calls to get a return call. our base & necklace kept going off & we nor cust. serv. could get them both off, took several calls to get it done. we held the base & the necklaces down for 20 sec. like told & still would not go off for us. also the first day we got two odd people come over on the base itself had noting to do with Mobile Help.

Nice people to speak with however the product did not meet my father's need. Equipment slow in answering when you push the button to call for help. Took 45 seconds then they would have to ask what the problem was and get info then they had to call 911. I could call 911 on my phone faster.

I'm still in the evalutaion stage. I set it off by mistake wearing the fall button around my neck so now I'm wearing the bracelet. I take the speak part with me when I go out and wear the necklace. It would be better if the bacelet had the GPS and ffall detection as well but it doesn't.

I've had this for 3 1/2 years. The people answering when I push the button are always helpful and courteous. I like that it works outside of the home, especially when I'm driving. I would definitely recommend this product.

THIS PRODUCT PROVIDES SECURITY NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE. IF YOU STILL DRIVE IT'S AN EXCELLENT DEVICE TO GO ALONG WITH YOU. HAVE HAD IT FOR YEARS AND USED IT ONLY ONCE. WHEN OUT OF TOWN I TEST IT AND THE SERVICE PROVIDES THE AREA YOU ARE IN SO YOU KNOW IT'S WORKING. IT'S THE BEST.

I called once so far because I fell. The operator could not here so she tried to call. My phone was not close by but thankfully Paramedics did come to help. Why don't they test it at fixing first to make sure they can hear you all through my apartment and I was close

Many seniors are bent over. The pendant is therefore too long...it hits our waist. Having a sweater on, prevented the fall button to detect that I fell down. It won't work with a coat on. Otherwise, I am pleased with the product, even though I haven't used it yet.
