I purchased MobileHelp for a family member because I work the evening shift, and she falls sometimes. The device itself is too sensitive. There would be an operator calling us when she's lying down, so I can't say I'm so satisfied with it. However, their representatives were great.

Their billing service is terrible because I'm supposed to be paying quarterly and I found out that I've been paying 4 payments every single month. They refused to correct that, so I would never use Mobile Help again.

I wish I gotten the watch. Necklace is heavy and cord not comfortable on my neck. I live in a townhouse so will throw it around neck to go up and down stairs, but once on a certain floor for a while, lay it down close to me. I have about 10 months to go with this annual contract. Should have done research better.

On 16th at 4.45 am i knocked my unit as i was packing.it bounced on a shelf then landed on tiled floor. It didnt alarn then hiur later and 450 miles driving ir went off. Was phone calls to me and my daughter. I couldnt hold button as i couldnt reach itv we hile driving they seemed not to understand on the phone had to shoot over and over no no help need . Very off putting???

The pendant can get in the way when I take off my seatbelt and other movements. It's easy to accidentally press the button. But I understand the need and I wear it every day but not when I'm sleeping. It's right on my night stand and I don't forget it.

I HAVE A CONCERN WITH THE SIGNAL BEING SO SENSITIVE. I THINK I WOULD DO BETTER WITH A WRIST BAND. This device registered a "fall" when it merely touches a surface. I like the fast response from the team when it does send a signal.

I have a small complaint that may or may not make a difference as to whether I continue with MobileHelp. I am having difficulty hearing the individuals when they speak to me. I have the volume up as far as it will go. I last spoke with a person from near the unit but what if I am in another room. Is there anything that can be done to make the volume coming from your end louder.

PROS: Compact size. Customer service very nice. The option of cancelling a false alarm without issues. CONS: Fall detection sensitivity very easy to set it off just by certain movements. No adjustment for sensitivity.

It let me know when battery was low by voice, e-mail & notification on my phone. I'm still learning all the features. It seems to me that the battery does not last a full day & that concerns me. I'm active from 5:00 am to about 8:00 pm. Maybe it is something I'm not aware

Too many devices to learn about at once. I just need the base station and the mobile device. I was not told that I did not have to get the wall button, wrist button, and lock box. I am paying for these but not using them. The lights on the base station and mobile device when on the charger are much too bright at night. I cannot sleep with the bright lights on so I cover both at night now only to learn that this is not a good idea because it blocks the sound system.

That sent the wrong equipment the first time. It was corrected the second time except the door lock had the wrong code. So now they are sending a new door lock. So let's see what happens the third time. I did talk to technical support and they were very supportive. A plus for technical support.
