It's easy to use. I had another system before, and all I did was push the button that I was wearing on my pendant and I could talk to them, but you can't do that with MobileHelp. The device works fine for me, however, I'm worried that it won't go off if I fall. I already dropped it a few times, and nobody came online.

This system does not notify me to check if the it's working correctly, but it does have the GPS so I kept it. It's easy to use and to set up and I like the fact that I can take it out of my house without a problem.
