All aspects of the Mobile Help device, as advertised were met. The set up, use of the product and payment were clearly explained and understood. The device provides comfort whether in residence or miles away. Thankfully, I have not had to make use of it yet!

My overall experience has been totally satisfactory. One observation Is the leather belt unit case becomes unserviceable annually. A ballistic nylon case might be a better choice. Regardless you replace unserviceable items without hassle

I have never had to use the service for an emergency, but I wear my device everywhere. every test has been excellent and the one time I called accidentally the service was spot on. I feel so much more comfortable - and safer - having the safety net of Mobilehelp, at home, but more especially when I am traveling by myself.

Very quick response so far I have not used this for actual medical help (thank God) accidentally set my gps mobile help button by accident but sometimes it happens but then I am assured it is working because I always forget to do a test.

I have not had to use the service; but several times have depressed button accidentally and the response is immediate. I was upon purchase of Mobile; impressed with all of the information they required to prevent any slipups; if and when they were contacted. I have no fear the response will be immediate and I will be taken care of.

i rate Mobile Help a 10+ in all categories'. i have come to rely on this system entirely and in the absence of wearing a necktie, it had become my necktie. i have used the system twice and it has responded to my expectations. i wouldn't be without it. i don't like to think about having to live without it.

I have had it for 1 1/2 yrs and love the security ofr being able to get help if I need it. I was putting groceries in my trunk and leaned against the cart and set it off and didn't realize until I got home and the police came to my door asking if I was OK> It is great to know they will check on a person like that. I have had falls before with broken hip-leg and spent time recouping in a nursing home now I am able to be at my own home and I turned 92 in Oct.

I bought MobileHelp for my 83 year old mother. She was, at first,, hesitant to use it. Now she takes her pendant and her mobile device with her and leaves her cell phone at home. I did a ton of research and they really are the best value for the dollar. Great product and great people.

We liked that you could select, who would be called if help was required and we added the fall button so the call for help is automatic.

Pendant and wristwatch bad design with buttons too easily set off by simple normal actions such as moving in bed while sleeping. Alert buttons should be inset as to prevent accidental alarms !

Good service, but pendant is needing 3 hour charge about every 16 hours. Where I live all signals are weak except AT&T. I don't think they are using AT&T as promised.

Device is working but no one answers the call first to see whats going on. They sent help but we were just testing the equip. Still not working properly. Need a person to answer call, then do whats needed. Then if no one answers home call, then send 1st responders, cops, etc. Please get this fixed. Ill try again in aa few days.

Terrible, battery was dead in 2 days after full charge & response time after I hit the base was over 5 min to get them to call 911. I would suggest you get a pendant that doesn't need battery charged & if possible call 911 yourself (with a smart phone)
