Very quick response so far I have not used this for actual medical help (thank God) accidentally set my gps mobile help button by accident but sometimes it happens but then I am assured it is working because I always forget to do a test.

I have had the produict for five months and have yet to call for service. I'm 92 years old and still reasonably active and it gives me confidence to travel outside of the home, knowing that help is just a click away. I'll rate the service after the first use. for nowit's a 10. Jack Singleton

I have not had to use the service; but several times have depressed button accidentally and the response is immediate. I was upon purchase of Mobile; impressed with all of the information they required to prevent any slipups; if and when they were contacted. I have no fear the response will be immediate and I will be taken care of.

Peace of mind using the MobileHelp Call system is a huge understatement, the call system and the portable GPS system work wonderfully. Each and every time that help has been requested it has been answered quickly, professionally and efficiently dispatched.

i rate Mobile Help a 10+ in all categories'. i have come to rely on this system entirely and in the absence of wearing a necktie, it had become my necktie. i have used the system twice and it has responded to my expectations. i wouldn't be without it. i don't like to think about having to live without it.

Very pleased and very much appreciate the personal contacts with Reps when I have called for needed information and advice. One friend whom I recommended MobileHelp has also expressed to me how pleased she is with the service given to her.

I have had it for 1 1/2 yrs and love the security ofr being able to get help if I need it. I was putting groceries in my trunk and leaned against the cart and set it off and didn't realize until I got home and the police came to my door asking if I was OK> It is great to know they will check on a person like that. I have had falls before with broken hip-leg and spent time recouping in a nursing home now I am able to be at my own home and I turned 92 in Oct.

I got this system for my dad. The MobileHelp rep was very professional and helpful. My dad ordered the Duo system as he is very active and he now has emergency coverage wherever he goes. I did extensive research and MobileHelp really does offer the most system for your money. Very happy with every aspect of this product.

I bought MobileHelp for my 83 year old mother. She was, at first,, hesitant to use it. Now she takes her pendant and her mobile device with her and leaves her cell phone at home. I did a ton of research and they really are the best value for the dollar. Great product and great people.

I purchased MobilHelp for my Mom. Customer Service was super and they worked with me to get the right system. My Mom is active so the fact she can use in anywhere is great. We liked that you could select, who would be called if help was required and we added the fall button so the call for help is automatic.

Fantastic system - easy to use. The person I spoke to was very helpful, explained how to set up the system, (it was so easy). My sons are happy as I listed them as emergency contacts. I am wearing the fall button and the one time I fell I was connected to the emergency service very quickly.

I am very pleased with MobileHelp's Duo system. I purchased it for my father and it was easy to set up. My dad is more comfortable knowing he can easily connect for help. He is also using the fall button which I think is very important.

We have had a lot of equipment malfunctioning. Then to set up new equipment technicians are not 24/7 so we have been without coverage that we are paying for.

Pendant and wristwatch bad design with buttons too easily set off by simple normal actions such as moving in bed while sleeping. Alert buttons should be inset as to prevent accidental alarms !

Good service, but pendant is needing 3 hour charge about every 16 hours. Where I live all signals are weak except AT&T. I don't think they are using AT&T as promised.

Device is working but no one answers the call first to see whats going on. They sent help but we were just testing the equip. Still not working properly. Need a person to answer call, then do whats needed. Then if no one answers home call, then send 1st responders, cops, etc. Please get this fixed. Ill try again in aa few days.

Terrible, battery was dead in 2 days after full charge & response time after I hit the base was over 5 min to get them to call 911. I would suggest you get a pendant that doesn't need battery charged & if possible call 911 yourself (with a smart phone)
