I would rate higher but sometimes they don't answer the page instantly but there is sometimes a 30 second or more delay. I'm assuming this is only because of the high call volume on the 1st of the month

Going out a lot at my age could be a little risky, so I figured a service like this could keep me safe. I'm not really sure what devices my son bought for me, but it goes around my neck, and it has a charger. Either way, I don't like the system. It's been an average experience.

It's easy to use. I had another system before, and all I did was push the button that I was wearing on my pendant and I could talk to them, but you can't do that with MobileHelp. The device works fine for me, however, I'm worried that it won't go off if I fall. I already dropped it a few times, and nobody came online.
