Customer service is great! Both the sales rep and the tech support folks were extremely helpful, answered all my questions and gave me some good tips and pointers. The unit that has fall detection is a bit clunky and takes some getting used to. If you are a small person, I recommend getting the adjustable lanyard. The standard one hangs down to my bellybutton and swings around a lot, which gave me some false fall detection alarms.

My husband passed away Nov. 2023 after 50 years of marriage. A fall is what caused his death. So my sons wanted me to get a fall monitor for myself. It makes me feel a lot more secure. I have not fallen as of this time, but have bumped the monitor and got immediate response. I highly recommend.

The lock box on the front porch is such a great feature and the learning curve is not bad at all. I feel so much better knowing that my mom, who lives alone at 85, would be taken care of in case of a fall. Everyone has been so incredibly helpful

Mobile Help definitely works well. Our problem with it is getting adjusted to using it without setting it off when living our daily (or nightly) routines. We seem to accidentally press buttons. We need to find ways not to set it up so that we won't have the EMT's show up at 4 am and our son receives a phone call just because one of us rolls over in bed. We are adjusting and our family feels comfortable knowing that it really does work and we are safe.

I really like the service. They are quick to respond to the devices dropping on the floor or accidentally hitting the device. I have been fortunate that I have not fallen but only had false alarms. Luckily, my mom hasn't needed it yet for emergencies, but she accidentally pushed the button and the efficient call centre responded immediately and would not hang up until they were sure that Mom was actually safe. I have not had it connected long enough to rate it. I had a delivery problem. I asked how it would be delivered and was told it would be delivered by US mail - not UPS or FedEx. Since I was on vacation I gave the address of the Post Office mail box which was NOT, I explained , the actual house address that needed to be used for UPS or FedEx. I was assured the box would come via US Mail. My vacation home is in the country, one mile down a pvt road from the stand of mailboxes. The box containing the unit did not come by US Mail. It was delivered by (can’t recall) either UPS or FedEx who LEFT the package at either the GATE of an unoccupied house or on the front porch of said house. . Problem is they were not at home for over a month. Had the package been delivered to the mail box, I would have gotten it. This, not knowing exactly when it arrived, which is why I explained it needed to come via mail. Bottom Line - finally my cousins returned to their cottage and luckily found the box and delivered it to me bi finally got it set up today. I feel I lost at a minimum of one month’s coverage. Can you arrange for my start date to be the date I actually booked up the unit?

Every time I put my device on the charger or just take the lanyard off my neck, I need to be very careful not to set off the alarm. So far, all of my alarms have been accidental, but the responce to hold the button in if a false alarm, was immediate. Excellent Co.

Happy with the service so far. Feel better having the service as I have a lot of stairs and was always worried about falling and no one knowing for a few days. My kids call just about every day, but sometimes I am out or napping, so I don’t always get the call. With Mobil Help I feel like I have someone with me all the time just incase.

Dislike the size of the device that hold my help button. WAs automatically mailed to me with NO information to choose from. I have hit this large button accidentally three times and the response from team members has been swift. It has is difficult for me to respond instantly because my phone is not always instantly easy to reach and I need texts because I don’t hear welll.

Also, he just recently pressed the button because of a medical issue and Mobile Help sent the EMTs right away as well as reach out to me. So far this has been a great tool to make sure my dad is not really alone.

System is complicated for my elderly mother to hear, use and understand. The company avoids false reports by utilizing a robotic call system that is difficult to understand and means that the average response time is well over a minute. Last week when she accidently called for help, after finally getting connected to the live station, we were put on hold because all of the operators were busy! It took over five minutes to get to a live person! I was told this was unusual, but it did happen! Customer service has been great to work with up until I voiced a suggestion about the confusing robotic instructions. The Tier 2 rep was rude and argumentative.

I have had the system for over a month. It was easy to set up and I have worn pendant almost all of the time. I have accidentally set off alarm 3 times, but it was very easy to cancel. I did not care for the first person I spoke with regarding a system. The second time I called to order a system, I had a pleasant experience with the person who helped me. I have called customer service several times within the first month after receiving the pendant. The service was very good each time. They were helpful and friendly. The one downside so far is that the pendant needs to be charged more often than I was originally told.

I especially appreciate the pad lock on my front door so if I ever need emergency assistance, my front door won't have to be broken down. Instead, the lock can be open and a front door key is inside. Setup was easy and not complicated. What can be easier!
