The concept is good, however, the nuisance factor having to either attach the transponder unit to my belt or find a pocket for it is a big negative. I am currently looking at the alternatives. The John Walsh idea is interesting me, I will probably drop Mobile Help in favor of the alternative.

The bracelet is a little too sensitive. I've set it off when I was just putting it on. Now, every time I'm about to put it on, I pray it doesn't go off. Besides that, the people I spoke to were all very courteous and helpful.
