My children got MobileHelp for me, and it's gone off three times on accident, causing ambulances to get to my house. Thankfully, this shows us that their response time is very immediate. I don't like that it goes off without me even touching it, which is why I had ambulances at my door.

The GPS does not work well in my tall building which is something I worry about. The watch did fall apart at one point in the shower, and it takes a couple of minutes for them to respond instead of the 17 seconds they said.

the lanyard connection to the actual unit is cheap and gets caught up in the lanyard string. Also the wrist band is not comfortable. The last company we used had a very comfortable and water proof fabric band.

You can put any necklace/chain/lanyard of your choice on the standard neck pendant lanyard and as for the wrist band, any standard watch band can be put on instead. I wear the fall necklace, but it is too touchy. The device went off in the middle of the night I wasn't even moving. I have complained about it being too touchy and nobody seems to be doing anything about it. It's gone off half a dozen time when it shouldn't.
