The device is uncomfortable to wear, and not that reliable. There was a time when I pressed the button and needed customer service, but they did not get back to me at all. I was very disappointed.

I have had a couple experiences so far with it malfunctioning, or not working. I had to wait until the next day to call for a replacement because the number I received wasn't a 24-hour number.
