My system did not activate with 2 pretty hard fall. Unreliable equipment False Promises- tell you up front there will be no questions asked or hassles upon cancelling service- the operator did, then she transferred me to another sales person offering me a better deal and then I got a call a few days later from another person. A typical.com company- nice up front to catch you then not deliver on anything they stated up front.
