The device my mom uses is very reliable. Its also very easy to use. She had a fall the other week and it alerted all of us of her condition.

The device is uncomfortable to wear, and not that reliable. There was a time when I pressed the button and needed customer service, but they did not get back to me at all. I was very disappointed.

I get a couple of false alarms, I didn't press it but it must have bumped against something. But, they were right there when that happened.

I have had a couple experiences so far with it malfunctioning, or not working. I had to wait until the next day to call for a replacement because the number I received wasn't a 24-hour number.

I have tested it several times and sometimes it will take quite a few rings for someone to answer me. It is comfortable though, I use the wristband.

I don't carry a purse, so it can be hard getting the device to clip on to me somewhere. Everyone there has been very helpful to me though.
