I was told it was an all-in-one unit and not a two part unit. The unit that makes the system work has to be charged. I am not happy with the service. It goes off for no reason without any movement on the bed. It takes forever to be answered. It goes off about 15-20 times connecting the call. I'm very unhappy with their service. I was misinformed, misguided, and I won't be going back.

My system did not activate with 2 pretty hard fall. Unreliable equipment False Promises- tell you up front there will be no questions asked or hassles upon cancelling service- the operator did, then she transferred me to another sales person offering me a better deal and then I got a call a few days later from another person. A typical.com company- nice up front to catch you then not deliver on anything they stated up front.
