It's a pain in the butt because you have to take too much stuff with you. Whenever I go out and I put it in my purse and then I've got to wear something around my neck and that watch that's awful looking. The light on the other unit is too bright at night and keeps me awake.

One time, my device went off at one o'clock in the morning. I was just laying in bed asleep, and it went off. It went off again at 6 o'clock. Thankfully I haven't had any more false alarms since then.

Thank you for your feedback. Are you wearing a fall detection pendant? If so, we do not recommend wearing those to bed because they can cause false alarms when you move around in your sleep. My children got MobileHelp for me, and it's gone off three times on accident, causing ambulances to get to my house. Thankfully, this shows us that their response time is very immediate. I don't like that it goes off without me even touching it, which is why I had ambulances at my door.

The GPS does not work well in my tall building which is something I worry about. The watch did fall apart at one point in the shower, and it takes a couple of minutes for them to respond instead of the 17 seconds they said.

the lanyard connection to the actual unit is cheap and gets caught up in the lanyard string. Also the wrist band is not comfortable. The last company we used had a very comfortable and water proof fabric band.

You can put any necklace/chain/lanyard of your choice on the standard neck pendant lanyard and as for the wrist band, any standard watch band can be put on instead.
