The system isn't loud enough to be heard clearly in the next room and the operator cannot hear us either unless we are close to the unit. The response time can take well over a minute, which would be a long time in a life critical situation.

Thank you for feedback. If the monitoring center does not make contact with the user after an alert is received, help will still be sent out. Typically if the user can't get to the speaker or phone to let them know you don't need help, you most likely need help. We would like to investigate the response time further, as over a minute is not a normal response time. The device is way too sensitive. It goes off way too much. We had four calls in one day because of movement. They do come out every time the unit goes off, it just goes off too much.
