When I first signed up, they did not get the protocol right for calling when my Dad falls. So, the first call out was not as we had thought we had set it up. My Dad was a bit upset about it.

I keep getting phone call after phone call and form after form and finally I got a phone call from them telling me they had no information about me yet even though I had paid two and half months. If I put the device in my pocket book and then put it on the floor it indicates I have fallen.

One time it scared me to death. I was in bed and I was sound asleep and the device went off and I had not idea how to shut it off and the siren was going and I didn't know what to do so that was not a good experience. The bracelet is okay, but I don't use the pendant anymore because they said it was real sensitive and it just goes off so easily.
