My biggest concern was if I fell not at home would I get help. I got the one that goes around my neck because that's got the G.P.S. system. It seems like it would work when I need it but it goes off when I don't need it.

I touched my mobile unit and even eight or more times there was no answer then I pushed the base unit and the finally answered and admitted they saw my call several times. But they offered no reasion why they didn't answer me.

If you are working in the yard and you axidentaly hit the button and you do not know it because the machines are in the house so here comes help that you do not need. Their solution is to carry the big talk thing with you. So I just cancelled moble help because I was not taking the items with me.

Yes, the mobile device can easily clip to your pants/belt in the mobile case so that you by change you accidentally press your button, you can easily cancel the call. I didn't like it at all and I turned it in. I tested it once and it seemed to be working but the battery didn't last very long and they didn't provide a large enough wrist band for men. I couldn't get mine on and they said they sent me the largest one.

We are sorry to hear you didn't like our equipment! The battery on our wrist button lasts about 5+ years, and we will send out a replacement once we get a low battery signal. As for the length of the wrist band, you can change the wrist band to any standard watch band that you like if you need a different fit. Thank you for your feedback!
