I’m not using it because it is much too sensitive and I set it off. I don’t like that I have an ambulance at my door. It works fine when I test it once every couple of weeks, it is just much too sensitive.

Hope I can learn to use it better and learn how to deactivate it when it detects a nonevent because it has detected two or three falls that never happened and when I tried to cancel the alarms, the EMT people care anyway because it did not cancel the alarm.

My tests always fail. My son talked to a customer service representative and was told that my coverage from AT&T was very weak. My son tried multiple locations throughout the house and even outside and could not get the reception above one bar. I’m not sure if the tests won’t work that an actual emergency call will work!
