The device goes off on accident, and seems unreliable. The paramedics don't know the code to the lock on my door that MobileHelp gave me. I had to call 911 for an emergency, MobileHelp didn't help me.

It has been very reliable, I have used it three times. I like the alert button and the alert necklace but I don't like the portable unit that you wear because it is not always convenient.
