I can't wear the one around my neck because I am a heart patient and have to wear equipment with a strap across my body and I am afraid wearing the alert would interfere and cause the alarm to call you when I would not need it to.

Have been trying to get a return label from Mobile help to send item back via FedEx 3 months ago nothing happens, even called them, now after shutting down mobile help devices, they have the gull to charge me over do bill when this device has not been used for 3 months ,won't even return my call. maybe my state attorney general office, BBB, Federal trade commission should go after them sign very disgusted.
