Two thing bother me with the system. I am constantly setting off the fall button accidentally, if I move to fast or roll over in bed it's going off. The other is that the band on the watch button irritates my arm.

It is too expensive. When I called to cancel my service, they dropped my bill by half which means they were charging me double what they needed to be charging me in the first place. It is not very impressive and hard to get a hold of somebody though it is better than nothing.

The fall detection pendant goes off when the person has not fallen or activated. While we receive text messages when an alarm goes off it should state the name. I get calls for a couple family members.
