Have been trying to get a return label from Mobile help to send item back via FedEx 3 months ago nothing happens, even called them, now after shutting down mobile help devices, they have the gull to charge me over do bill when this device has not been used for 3 months ,won't even return my call. maybe my state attorney general office, BBB, Federal trade commission should go after them sign very disgusted.

I’m not using it because it is much too sensitive and I set it off. I don’t like that I have an ambulance at my door. It works fine when I test it once every couple of weeks, it is just much too sensitive.

Hope I can learn to use it better and learn how to deactivate it when it detects a nonevent because it has detected two or three falls that never happened and when I tried to cancel the alarms, the EMT people care anyway because it did not cancel the alarm.
