System is complicated for my elderly mother to hear, use and understand. The company avoids false reports by utilizing a robotic call system that is difficult to understand and means that the average response time is well over a minute. Last week when she accidently called for help, after finally getting connected to the live station, we were put on hold because all of the operators were busy! It took over five minutes to get to a live person! I was told this was unusual, but it did happen! Customer service has been great to work with up until I voiced a suggestion about the confusing robotic instructions. The Tier 2 rep was rude and argumentative.

I did not care for the first person I spoke with regarding a system. The second time I called to order a system, I had a pleasant experience with the person who helped me. I have called customer service several times within the first month after receiving the pendant. The service was very good each time. They were helpful and friendly. The one downside so far is that the pendant needs to be charged more often than I was originally told.

I know you fully disclosed the fall sensor is not 100 % accurate but it has already missed on fall and came on twice on times that were not falls. I didn't know it until a couple hours ago but it was not working .I had to call tech support and they said it don't show it was even set up right. I had to have someone else set it up and I seen them do it and heard was working. But I guess it wasn't plugged in properly .it is now working fine .thanks to a very patient tech support person

My hearing impaired neighbor was never able to hear the response team talk to her through the device. She fell and was trapped between a wall and her tub. Another neighbor and I found her 5 hours after her fall. She was wearing her MobileHelp neck fob that detects a fall. I called MobileHelp to inquire if a fall was registered. They said she fell at 9:47 am and declined help. That can not be true because whenever i was with her testing the device she couldn't hear what was being said by the MobileHelp employee. I was assuming they would send the ambulance if they could not understand what was happening on my neighbors end. I was to be the next person they called, I wasn't. Very disappointing!!!

Like that the pendant is small and I hardly notice I'm wearing it. I like that I can weekly check to make sure it's working properly. It's so easy to check. I like that it has a GPS so that my location will be available if I need help and can't vocalize.

It appears to be working well, and I feel very comfortable having it. The fall protection seems almost too sensitive. If it flops slightly as I pull it out from under a shirt or jacket to be outside the clothes, it sometimes goes off. Also the low power seems to have gone off two times at about 5 A.M. If it actually is about to fail, that's fine, but if it is low but not failing I would prefer it go off at a more reasonable hour.

I am loving the GPS unit. It fits nicely between the "Girls" so it is always within reach. When I dress for bed I put on the bracelet. Always connected and feeling very secure. And it is half the cost of Life Alert system with GPS. And every piece is waterproof. No worries about dropping it into water.

If you have a loved one that is handicap or elderly. Even if they stay with you or alone. This device works perfect. One day I had a long day at work. We have been a customer for almost a year. They are incredibly responsive and easy to work with when you are an active customer. Mom recently had a stroke and now is in Hospice care. So I called to cancel. They told me they won’t cancel until the equipment is returned and gave me the address to send it to. I packaged it up, took it to UPS and that afternoon started getting fall detect calls from them. I told them what was going on and the only thing they could do is put a 12 hour hold on contacting 911. I called Customer Service, finally got a supervisor who told me she took care of the problem. Not even back at Mom’s side 1/2 hour and received another call for fall detection. I finally called 911 and explained the problem and to not waste their resources. Unfortunately they have to go when called. Just didn’t want them breaking down my door since we are all at Hospice. Then this morning at 4:28 am my phone rang. I thought it was hospice telling me Mom passed. Nope it’s MobileHelp asking if I need help. When I said no she said she saw the note that the service had been cancelled but called anyway. She put another 12 hour hold on it. Really? My Mom is dying and I’m having to deal with this? I really liked Mobile Help up to this point but the last few days has been a nightmare.

The written material enticed me to buy. The first phone interaction with a salesperson was very positive. He carefully worked through the options and made a convincing sales pitch for the one I chose. I got a follow up phone call that night which asked for my address, which I had given, but apparently needed an apartment number - which was unnecessary. A few days later I received a very obnoxious call from someone who insisted that I had not bought the phone even though I had, and wanted to sell it to me. Unfortunately my daughter in NYCity was suddenly hospitalized and it took a while to straighten things out. Since then I seem to get called to finish off the information at just the wrong times.. So my two pieces of advice is to have better communication among your sales reps, and to schedule the phone call with me

I have not had reason to use it yet. What I really like is the GPS capability. I was told due to coverage in all 50 states, if I was visiting out-of-state, went to a mall and fell down in the mall, they would know EXACTLY where I was down to what store I was in or in front of. Help would immediately be there.

Promises, promises, too bad they aren't kept. I received my Mobile Help devices several months ago. Fortunately, I have not had to use the system so I cannot tell you anything about it, however I can tell you that their advertising sales promise is disappointing. A friend recommended Mobile Help, I provided that information upon sign up, and two additional times since my friend is entitled to a $25 gift card based on her recommendation. My friend still has not received her gift card, and on my last call I was told they didn't have any record of her referral....so now she waits until Dec 3rd, and who know if she will even get it. If not, I am going to look for another company.
