I would rated a 5 but the service does not work in mountainous areas, where ATT doesn't serve. We are on verizon, just can't believe your service can't work off Verizon. Other than that, great product easy set up...but dad hasn't used yet because he is living with us and the ATT doesn't work in my area

Scott was very helpful when deciding which unit to purchase for my mom. Emergency response so far has been good as well as customer service. However, my mom fell twice and the micro mobile device 5.0 lite necklace did not detect both falls (I know it’s not 100% proof). However, it detected other accidental mishaps when she didn’t fall. Unit needs charging every 2 days (very inconvenient) as opposed to 3-4 days. Setup was pretty easy & merchandise arrived pretty fast.

I like the peace of mind, knowing we are somewhat protected. dependent seem to be a little sensitive to movement. It may bump against my chest and I get a fall alert. I would like it to be a little less sensitive.

I have had the system for over a month. It was easy to set up and I have worn pendant almost all of the time. I have accidentally set off alarm 3 times, but it was very easy to cancel. I did not care for the first person I spoke with regarding a system. The second time I called to order a system, I had a pleasant experience with the person who helped me. I have called customer service several times within the first month after receiving the pendant. The service was very good each time. They were helpful and friendly. The one downside so far is that the pendant needs to be charged more often than I was originally told.

I especially appreciate the pad lock on my front door so if I ever need emergency assistance, my front door won't have to be broken down. Instead, the lock can be open and a front door key is inside. Setup was easy and not complicated. What can be easier!

Customer service spent considerable amounts of time with me troubleshooting the first device and the subsequent model that was sent out. Older .odel was more compatible with cell towers in the area. I know you fully disclosed the fall sensor is not 100 % accurate but it has already missed on fall and came on twice on times that were not falls. I didn't know it until a couple hours ago but it was not working .I had to call tech support and they said it don't show it was even set up right. I had to have someone else set it up and I seen them do it and heard was working. But I guess it wasn't plugged in properly .it is now working fine .thanks to a very patient tech support person

My hearing impaired neighbor was never able to hear the response team talk to her through the device. She fell and was trapped between a wall and her tub. Another neighbor and I found her 5 hours after her fall. She was wearing her MobileHelp neck fob that detects a fall. I called MobileHelp to inquire if a fall was registered. They said she fell at 9:47 am and declined help. That can not be true because whenever i was with her testing the device she couldn't hear what was being said by the MobileHelp employee. I was assuming they would send the ambulance if they could not understand what was happening on my neighbors end. I was to be the next person they called, I wasn't. Very disappointing!!!

Like that the pendant is small and I hardly notice I'm wearing it. I like that I can weekly check to make sure it's working properly. It's so easy to check. I like that it has a GPS so that my location will be available if I need help and can't vocalize.

It appears to be working well, and I feel very comfortable having it. The fall protection seems almost too sensitive. If it flops slightly as I pull it out from under a shirt or jacket to be outside the clothes, it sometimes goes off. Also the low power seems to have gone off two times at about 5 A.M. If it actually is about to fail, that's fine, but if it is low but not failing I would prefer it go off at a more reasonable hour.
