I have not had reason to use it yet. What I really like is the GPS capability. I was told due to coverage in all 50 states, if I was visiting out-of-state, went to a mall and fell down in the mall, they would know EXACTLY where I was down to what store I was in or in front of. Help would immediately be there.

Promises, promises, too bad they aren't kept. I received my Mobile Help devices several months ago. Fortunately, I have not had to use the system so I cannot tell you anything about it, however I can tell you that their advertising sales promise is disappointing. A friend recommended Mobile Help, I provided that information upon sign up, and two additional times since my friend is entitled to a $25 gift card based on her recommendation. My friend still has not received her gift card, and on my last call I was told they didn't have any record of her referral....so now she waits until Dec 3rd, and who know if she will even get it. If not, I am going to look for another company.

I have been a member one year plus. I am extremely satisfied with this system. Response time is immediate, even if you accidentally hit the button. Also when traveling, I notify them where and how long I will be gone. I truly appreciate the safety and peace of mind. Recommend this system. Thank you for being there for me.

I have been using Mobile Help for about six years. They are excellent. If you ever have problems with equipment, they replace really fast. My wrist piece (looks like a watch) I have knocked it apart twice. They mail me a new one---and a spare---at no cost-----immediately. I would highly recommend them.

I have been using Mobile Help for several years, for my 102 year old aunt in Pennsylvania, and got my 47 year old daughter who has multiple Sclerosis, in Massachusetts. We have all been very pleased with the services provided, prompt response and caring customer service.

I resisted getting any type of "panic button", because I was "too young "--I'm not; I'm 77. Friends encouraged me because I live in a 3 story home and live alone. I often drive to and from St. louis area by myself. Now that I have MobileHelp, I M NEVER WITHOUT IT. I am more at peace knowing I can be in instant contact.

My mother has had the Mobile Help service for over one year now and we have been very satisfied with it. All the equipment works as advertised. The staff responds promptly to any alarm, calls me and calls 911. My mother has the Mobile Help Duo and the fall detector.

My overall experience has been totally satisfactory. One observation Is the leather belt unit case becomes unserviceable annually. A ballistic nylon case might be a better choice. Regardless you replace unserviceable items without hassle

I have never had to use the service for an emergency, but I wear my device everywhere. every test has been excellent and the one time I called accidentally the service was spot on. I feel so much more comfortable - and safer - having the safety net of Mobilehelp, at home, but more especially when I am traveling by myself.

I was upon purchase of Mobile; impressed with all of the information they required to prevent any slipups; if and when they were contacted. I have had it for 1 1/2 yrs and love the security ofr being able to get help if I need it. I was putting groceries in my trunk and leaned against the cart and set it off and didn't realize until I got home and the police came to my door asking if I was OK> It is great to know they will check on a person like that. I have had falls before with broken hip-leg and spent time recouping in a nursing home now I am able to be at my own home and I turned 92 in Oct.

I bought MobileHelp for my 83 year old mother. She was, at first,, hesitant to use it. Now she takes her pendant and her mobile device with her and leaves her cell phone at home. I did a ton of research and they really are the best value for the dollar. Great product and great people.

We liked that you could select, who would be called if help was required and we added the fall button so the call for help is automatic.
