It was the low cost. Mr. O fell in the bedroom and broke his hip. They came and rushed him to the hospital. We were in the hospital for several months and he ended up losing his left leg. I do believe it takes them too long to answer. We really appreciate the services Medical Guardian provides and we're glad to have them.

I saw a commercial on TV and the price seem reasonable. I wear it everyday around my home all the time. I've never had to use it other then doing occasional tests. The staff has always been very efficient and friendly. I like the idea of having a lock box on the outside of my house.

I got Medical Guardian for my wife after she became immobilize after back surgery. She never had to use it, but it felt good to have it. She doesn't use it as often since she's doing so much better now. It was small and convenient, perfect for her.

A friend of ours researched it and what appealed to us about it was that it had a GPS unit that was all in one bit. You don't need to carry separate pieces for it to work. That way, even if you were away from home, they could locate you. So far it's good. When we test it, they respond quickly. It's like having an insurance policy.

I compared Medical Guardian with other devices on the internet. I wear it all the time. They're phenomenal. Anytime you set it off, even by accident; they contact you immediately. It's great. It's easy to work with and isn't intrusive in your life. It's a great product that offers excellent services.

It's been quite a while ago, but I did a comparison and determined the best one for me. I accidentally set it off after leaving church, they sent an ambulance to my church and they were wondering where I was because they knew I was there attending. They were pretty quick about it, I've never had to use them personally though.

Medical Guardian was a family recommendation. I got it for my mom, she is 94 years old so it's just the mainly the peace of mind usually we tested it and it works fine, but fortunately we haven't had to use it, it's just good to know what's there.

I gave it a try and it's paid off, it has truly helped me a lot. I was out in my yard and I fell. I couldn't get up so I pushed the button, they contacted my brother and the paramedics. They took me to the hospital. They were very courteous. It hasn't failed me when I needed it.

They contacted me. I don't use it everyday, but in the two times that I have called them, they treated me and then down in the hospital within ten minutes. They arrived faster than of the others and they gave me excellent service. They're easy to work with and they'll answer all your questions. It's definitely worth it.

It was well rated, but it does take a while for me. It'll take a bit to connect to an operator when you're laying on the floor in a very uncomfortable position. So I prefer using my phone. It's a bit bulky, I don't like wearing bracelets, so I prefer the necklace. It's a bit chunky and medium size, so I put it inside my clothing these days. I'm in a wheelchair so there's not much room for it to be as accessible then to put it inside my clothing. It is a bit pricey, but again the sense of security is excellent.

Part of it was the great price. We never had to use it for an emergency. I would like them to bea bit more proactive though. If the device hasn't been tested in around 4 to 6 weeks. I would like them to be a little bit on hands with it. My complaint is that wristband. I've had a lot of trouble taking off that wrist band when I shower then I have a lot of trouble putting it back on. It would be better in my opinion if it was more like a watch band.

We chose it at the time for the ability of being able to take it out of state. To take it anywhere around the United States. We like it since it's portable. I've had a couple of light heart attacks, I experience weakness in tremors and some falling after that. I know this was related to my light heart attack. They've always been there even if I hit by accident. I don't really recommend the watches.

When I became old enough to need this type of service, I got a recommendation from a doctor about Medical Guardian. It's been very helpful and I like the option as a bracelet, I wear it all the time. I haven't fallen and haven't really needed it other to do checkups on it. I'm very pleased with this service.

It was given to me as a gift from my sons, I've had it for a year and a half. I have used it around 3 times. I've been ill and wasn't able to move, I had to call them because I couldn't walk and they needed to bring in a chair in so I could get my stretcher. They've always been there when I needed them. I got Medical Guardian a couple years ago for my dad. We have not had to use it yet. I just did this just peace of mind knowing he is wearing it, if he needs help he'll have to use it. We've tested it a number of times and they responded immediately and appropriately. The only complaint is the wrist band falls and my father lost it a number of times.
