I was browsing around the internet and I found that Medical Guardian has really good rates and reviews. That's why I chose it for my mom. I used it one time when she feel and they answered very quickly. She either wears it as a necklace or as a wristband throughout the day.

It just got it barely. I haven't had to use it yet, but I feel good with it. I like the response and how fast they are. I just like the freedom not to go hiking and I don't have to worry about having seizures and be up all by myself.

I live alone and I thought that it would be a good idea. I never used it, but I feel comfortable that if I do they'd be right here for me. I think it's easy to wear. It's not too heavy and I keep it on all the time. I keep it with me in my bed at night so that if I need it, I can get to it real quick.

My granddaughter chose it for me. I have not had to use it yet. I don't like to wear it. The wrist watch is a pain in the neck. But when I'm not going to charge it I keep it in my pocket. Medical Guardian always answers it when you call them.

I got it for my mom, she wears it every day when she's at work. She accidentally bumped it a couple of times and they called right away, wanted to make sure that she was ok. It is very simple to use it and charge it. So far, we haven't had to use it for emergencies. We have come to trust how it operates so it's all good

I haven't had to use it, once accidentally I pushed the button and they called to check to make sure everything was okay. It's really the price of it. I like to wear the wrist watch but it is sort of irritates my wrist. I feel comfortable with Medical Guardian because I know if I need it, I'll be glad to have that.

Medical Guardian was a recommendation from a friend. I have not had to use it but I just wear it. I had an experience where I was not at home and not one could be reached to support me, but the fire department showed up at a park where I was having a picnic. I'd like for it to be more disguised and not look like a medical awareness device.

I'm 85 years old, I live alone, I'm handicapped and I feel very secure it with Medical Guardian. I've never had to use it yet, thank goodness. If I should fall or something I need help to get up. A friend told me about Medical Guardian. I personally think it's too expensive but I didn't know who else to turn to. I have not had to use it fortunately. Only one day my granddaughter pushed the button and they are called immediately and I was really impressed. I believe that they do what they say they're going to do.

My friend suggested Medical Guardian, because I had a bypass operation with my heart and I live alone, and it's a good idea have one in case something happens, if I fall down I have a better chance that some ambulance comes, forth otherwise nobody ever finds me. I tested it a couple of times, I was actually surprised for the self-serving

I've never really had to use it yet, I just test it once in a while and I got a response right away. I think the necklace part could be a little better. Medical guardian needs to be a little cheaper after you've had it for a year or two.

I got it because I saw an advertising in one of my magazines. I've never had to use it actually. I broke the wrists band and I call them up and 3 days later I got one in the mail. No matter when I test it or anything, there's always somebody right there.

When I got to use it, it's worked out well. The staff is good, whenever I call with Medical guardian they've always been very accommodating, if I need help, paramedics come. They did very well at customer service. I'd recommend them to other people.

I liked what I've saw with Medical Guardian and I also like the price. I like the fact that I have one unit. I use it in my house and right outside of my house but I have the other one that I can take with me wherever I go. I think we got it 3 years ago and we did a lot of research and decided that was the better deal and the better one. We only had to use it one time, but not for an emergency, the device stopped working and then we had to reset it up and re-plug it, and the they helped us with that. When we have any question customer services has an answer

I just like the features that were provided it. The installation was so easy. We had installed in my parents' home. We tried to get the program set up, I will say the initial set up and getting them on the phone was a bit difficult, otherwise anything else we've had to deal with them. They and me used it twice for medical emergency.

It just seemed to have the best reviews. I got it for my mom. We had one situation where my mom had to go into the hospital and they were very accommodating. Then my mom was going to be attended by a nursing home for a few weeks so they put the account on hold and the charges for those couple of months.

I live alone and my niece decided the Medical Guardian is the best option for me. I had some problems with my heart, I'm not being able to call my son because I couldn't remember the name, if I have an emergency I just press the button and they call to my son and call to the EMS at the same time. I don't like it is kind a bulky, I would probably wear it all the time if it wasn't so big.

We have been experiencing high call volume as of late, but we are actively working to address this issue and you should be seeing improvements the next time you call in. With regards to how far you can go from home with your Mobile Guardian, it has an unlimited range so long as you take the mobile base station with you. We include a handy carrying case for you to carry the base, which you can tuck away in a bag or purse if you so choose. When at home, you can leave that mobile base in it's charging cradle and use either your neck pendant or wristband to call for help if needed. The buttons have a range of 350 feet to your base and should cover you well within an average sized home. I bought Medical Guardian because it has really good reviews online. I just carry it with me all the time; When I'm out or in the house. The device's not as good as durable as I'd like. I have the device that has GPS and I already tested it a couple of times in a pretty populated area and the device didn't work, so, That's worrying me. When I tested it at home they answered me very quickly. I hope that Medical Guardian can improve more in their areas of coverage.

I'd had a bad fall and needed some protection. I saw it on television and it looked like it would fit my needs best so I decided to give it a try. Since I got it, I really haven't had to use it, but I got a call from them once. I accidentally bumped it or something while I was working in my yard. An ambulance was there right away to check that I was alright. They were really nice too. Overall they're just pleasant to talk to and they respond to any concerns you might have. They're there for me and occasionally call me to see that I'm ok. They're just very attentive.
