Someone told me about Medical Guardian. I researched four different companies and the top option was this one for the accessibility for older people and user friendliness. Medical guardian it seems to be best one after we researched, that's why we bought it. I couldn't use the necklace because I have a problem in my vertebrae so I have to use the bracelet but after I wore it for two months my hand got really sore, I took it out, and my hand went better, so, right now I'm just carrying away the device with me all the time. I just tried it once for test and it works really well.

I Went online and the service has a really good reviews, I've never used it, I bought It for someone else and he only used it once, was accidental but they respond quickly and all worked out fine. Th only problem is when you have a big house you'll need more receiver boxes in order to communicate to the device.

So far things are ok. The problem is, this one is only good when I'm at home. If I'm down in Arkansas or something it just won't work for me. Other companies have it where, no matter where I am, if I push the button I will get medical help.

I think they are a reliable company. They told us we should test it at least once every month, so we do that. Every time I had to test it, it seems like there's always somebody on duty at the other end of the line. They respond appropriately and ask us if we're alright.

So far it works. I feel safe with it. I keep it right by my bed and I know its there. I have called in a couple of times because they had first said that I should do that at the end of each month. Last time they told me I didn't need to call anymore, that they would call me instead. The dilemma I have now is that I never know when they're going to call. I never know if I'll be around when they do that.

It's for my mom, she is hard of hearing. She can have it on always, even when she is in the shower. When she pressed the button she was able to hear what they were saying and speak with them.
