We tested each of the components when we first got it. Then one day she was doing laundry and she happened to bump the button with her laundry basket and I got 2 phone calls, one from Guardian, one from Emergency Services and the fire department. She didn't know what had happened at that point, but it was a good, quick response.The length of the lanyard is too long. They are very courteous and helpful. When I had to set it up and I was having an issue they talked me right through it and we got it working with no problems. It's a sense of comfort, knowing that there's another set of eyes to provide quick, rapid response when needed other than just relying on our neighbors to notice it.

They answered me immediately. And it was clear and precise. I like how helpful the company is. I've accidentally pushed it before. And there were people who answered the phone. You can understand them and they have all your information. I just think the company is great. I don't like how small the button is. I accidentally hit the button and the girl on the other end knew all my information and I could understand her. She made sure it was me who was calling and made sure that it was just an accident that I hit it. I was crying and she was not judgmental and not angry that I didn't need anything. I have had a good experience with it.

I like the feeling of knowing that my dad can get help at any time. If he falls he just presses the button. He's primarily Spanish speaking and has a hard time communicating and just thinking clearly in general. Medical Guardian is clear and they know what's going on still asking basic questions when something happened and he can actually communicate with them very well. He used it when he fell and he wasn't sure he needed help and he decided later he was hurting too much that something was wrong and he did press the button to get the help he needed and they took care of everything. They answer the questions I've given them and they've offered additional information.They're just always available and help a lot.

I now live alone due to the recent loss of my husband. I contracted with Medical Guardian should I need assistance when I am alone. I recently did need to contact Medical Guardian after injuring myself in my yard. I was pleasantly surprised when the gentleman on the line called me by name when he answered my call. The paramedics were immediately dispatched and before I could contact my designated family member to notify him of the situation, he sent me a text saying that Medical Guardian had notified him that paramedics had been dispatched snd he wanted the know what had happened. I was pleased with professional, yet personable, service from everyone I encounter.

To me it's not expensive at all as far as the peace of mind that comes with knowing that there's a simple way to get to your family members when needed. I would recommend them highly to elderly people or elderly family members that need assistance to let someone know if they need help. I talked to a representative just a few days ago about getting another lanyard for the button, so they're sending me one and it should be here tomorrow. There's been a couple of times that it's gone off accidentally as far as pressing the button not knowing and then they called us or if they couldn't get in touch with us they call the EMT's but we just let them know that everything was fine. I have no complaints about them.

I like that I don't have to think twice about my safety, I have the complete package, I have the bracelet and watch, and I have the necklace and I feel secure in the house. If anything happens I just have to press the button. As a matter of fact I pressed it a couple of times by accident and medical alert was right there responding. I'm very happy with it. Everything went smoothly so I knew that it really works well. They responded very quickly and very pleasant and reassuring. I would recommend it to anyone if you have issues with falling or if you just live alone because you never know when you can be put in a situation that is kind of life threatening that is a good insurance program to have.

I like that its easy to use and understand the only thing that I don't like is that I keep getting messages saying back up your system. I did give a false alarm once and I was glad they responded but it's kind of a silly story but I was at work and I was cleaning a toilet and evidently and I leaned over I pressed the button and that was upstairs and so an alert went out Thank god I went down stairs the voice from my boxing she's not responding I couldn't get to the box some time so I receive a phone call right after that and then I am thankful for I told them I accidentally press the button and so they did list it a false alarm if I hadn't got down stair she was she'll send an ambulance with I'm glad that I had that protection.

Its a little expensive but when you think what its does its worth it. I think its a very handsome watch that I charge at night I'm just very very happy with it. I got a call a few days after I purchased it from people wanting to test whether it worked and stuff and it was a confusing call and that was the call where I ended up accidentally signaling our neighbor and stuff so I think that there's probably some training needs to go on in of your help staff not the not the emergency help staff but the watch helps have and but anyway I really love the thing I don't wanna be too negative about the health experience it was only one experience and it was a little bit sloppy.

I don't like the chains on it its not really chain like rope or something makes my neck itch anyway that's about it everything else is just peachy, I haven't had this one very long so I don't know I loved the company I loved the costumer service I mean its a great company I had it before and then we returned it and I kept falling and they decided my daughter just thought that I needed it back so I went ahead and ordered so I have it again and it makes me feel safe if I fall. I had to use it when I fell I pushed the button they called my daughter who was in as of behind my daughter in a little house and they called her she came out right away they called 911 they came out it was rather quick actually I don't know how long but it was pretty fast response. Its a great company great costumer service I mean the people that take calls I mean the button push and say they're wonderful they're easy going and they I mean they just pretty good people they're friendly.

I like the fact that I could wear it around my neck also I could wear it clip to my waistband or clipped in a pocket that is nice because during the summer I don't know. I don't want to always have something hanging around my neck and that is not have to be charged often and also that it can travel with me when I checked I could take it on board a plane and it would not impede any of their communication devices on the plane as you know they asked you to turn it off all of your electronics so I did have to check since I do travel frequently so that was good to know that I could do that and I have recommended it to other people that you know that are living alone. My husband passed away three years ago and my daughter and son-in-law were concerned that because I lived alone I needed to have access in the event of an accident and I'm seventy-seven years old. Testing it was very easy and I also needed to let them know about the lock box which did not fit to my door because I have handicap access so their were very patient about that and I let them know that I have another lock box so It was very easy to set up too. Felicia was extremely helpful and so with the representative that I talked to when I asked about whether it was a device that I could take onboard on plane. I think it's a little pricey for some people fortunately I don't have to worry about finances that some people do and so I would say that its a little pricey for some folks.

Top of the line. I had a little trouble and I had to call them about the spring around the neck and they fixed it, that's the only problem I have had with this unit. I test it about once every week to make sure that it's working because I'm out in the country and I have also been in the car driving somewhere and it would go off and it is also picked it up out on the road. I live alone and it is for safety to me. I'm not afraid I feel like that if I needed it for anything I could use it. Several times I have bumped the thing and made it go off and the office that goes into have been very courteous of saying you know Miss are you okay, blah blah blah and I really like that. I like that even if I make a mistake by hitting the button they are still there to see to make sure that I do not have an emergency.

I don't have anything I dislike. I like that they are prompt and how easy the website is to use to make some changes to in the profile and be able to add people in your contacts and so for that very very user friendly I love that. The actual device itself is excellent. We did have one incident where it was an accident as a matter of fact she didn't really fall but the thing built around her neck and they called and so that was it was good that we had that. I think I think it's a good product I really do I'm impressed with it and the customer service. We had tested it first and they immediately got on the phone with us came out over the intercom of the box that's in the house. Any questions I have had I've contacted and they've been able to answer my questions very quickly very courteously. The one thing I will tell you I do like is I wasn't talking to somebody in India, I was talking to someone that can speak English very clearly I could understand them they can understand me very well so that obviously makes a big difference to me as far as customer service goes. It's doing everything that we want to do. It's been wonderful. It's been a real life saver for us.

I've never had any problem with it so it's great. They seem to be very quick to respond. One time I set it off accidentally when I was trying to open a box and I held the box up against my chest to get the top off and then I forgot I was wearing this you know set it off and they called me instantly and said you know we've got your alarm blah blah blah and I was like well no actually it was a mistake I didn't mean to turn it off but if it has been a real emergency instead of just a mistake they did respond very very quick and I think they even called me again like an hour later to make sure I was okay I was like well I was okay to begin with thank you. So I think customer service is good and also I did call one time I had a question about how often to charge it and they were very nice and they explained a bunch of things about it. I think their customer service is very good.

I like it because it's comforting to me to know that I have something I can call in and get help right away because my kids don't live here so I like that part of it a lot. I did have to use it one time it was about it was about a week after after my son bought it for me and I had the necklace on and I fell in my living room and hit the hit the hutch and broke the glass and had glasses falling all over me and but then when that stopped then by the time I had pressed the Guardian button and the police were on their way already. Someone answered within seconds from there and asked are you injured, are you hurt and I said yes I am and I need some help because no one else is here. They called my daughter too. That's the only time I had to use it and it was it was wonderful to have and I feel very secure wearing it now because I know because I know it works and they answered right away. So I'm very pleased with it.

It's small, it's easy to carry and seems to work fine, has a fairly long charge time. It lasts for a long time after I charged it up so. I didn't realize that I needed to have a special subscription to have fall detection and I took a hard fall and it didn't activate so I was kind of disappointed with that but then we upgraded. Every so often I'll activate to make sure it's working and an operator answers and so that's good. Well I say 5 but you know we haven't had it that long and I just called this morning to make sure everything was working okay. The customer support is seems to be quite good.

They are there immediately and they're very patient. At one point we didn't know that my husband had pushed it or fell against it or something and they kept calling my house to get me to find out what was going on. It was easy to test by just pushing it. What I didn't like was not being told ahead of time that it needs to be worn outside of clothing twice my husband did have a fall and nobody responded because it was like under his coat. It gives me peace of mind when I'm not with my husband. I know somebody will respond. He does not like to ask for help and has had falls and doesn't call anybody on the phone.

I like the company because they're very courteous and they're right on top of the game. Anytime the alarm goes off I got a representative right away and I'm glad I haven't used it in emergency. Well whenever it was tested or whenever it went off by accident they were very attentive. The device is very sensitive, if it pushes up against something it automatically triggers. I'm having a little bit of difficult time trying to get my mother to wear it on her wrist or around her neck. The customer support was excellent and they were very courteous, they're very attentive, they answer the call right away so there was nothing derogatory that I could say about the company.

I have not had to use it yet thank goodness but the peace of mind that gives you knowing you do have that option is wonderful. I would say one thing that I guess there is a little bit of a feedback, I have had a power outage here not too long ago and it came on saying there was a power outage. It came on saying there was no power detected. I tested it when it was first put on but I have not tested it since. What I like about it is the feeling of safety that I have. I live all by myself and I have had medical issues in the past and unfortunately now I've just been diagnosed with a rare blood cancer so I feel very vulnerable and it certainly gives me a feeling of peace and knowing I've got help a button away. Medical Guardian is very proactive and if they suspect anything, if there's any little blip I do get a phone call to verify so I think they're very alert, very good. Sometimes it goes off and I have the command center will come on saying they're going to send somebody and it usually is something I bend over or anything like that and it just it'll go off so I think it needs to be on. I fell the other day first time I was doing something with my dog and I lost my balance myself and it did not go off when I needed it to so that wasn't good but I still knew I have the option I was fine but I have the option to push it but it didn't work when I fell.

I like the ease of use, my senior parents that are using it and the one push button is pretty simple simple way to go. In emergency situations responding quickly and and taking care of the issues is what's the most important and through the test program that's the experience that we've had that they're there and they know how to do their job well. Fortunately we haven't had an actual incident where the devices had to be used but we have tested it a number of times and the respond or on the other end was quick to come online and were very helpful answering any questions we had during the test. I've never questioned the price for the safety and peace of mind that it provides us.

I live alone so it's very important for me to have it in case I hurt myself I have somebody right there that can get here to me and help me. I have no reason not to trust them. Fortunately I haven't had to use it, unfortunately sometimes I accidentally knock it, punch it the button and you know the call goes then I can stop it and they're very helpful and understanding when I when I do that. It is very valuable to me because, like I said, I live alone and it's very important to me to have it to know that there is somebody there if I should to come ill and can't help myself they rescue me right in my front door. This is a great service for seniors to be having now especially when they live alone. No I think it's pretty well for everything.

I can talk to the dispatcher as well as the person who inquires about my wellness. A little particle of food got caught in my esophagus and it wouldn't go down and I was choking and got help. A paramedic and an assistant came and they talked to me and stayed with me until I was better. I was in a mess and Medical Guardian got help without my even talking when I was in trouble. Their customer service is so consciencious. I'd compare the price of Medical Guardian with going out to a couple of lunches each month and I'd say the peace of mind is worth the sacrifice. It's the best money I've ever spent.

I understand that Medical Guardian is the best when it comes to fall detection, which we're concerned about. I just tested it yesterday and it was calling, contacting someone several times. I like the professionalism and respect with which people treated me--they are very clear to make sure if you're just calling to test or whether you need assistance. I'm very happy about it, also I would like to just say that I tested it in my basement and the call failed. Five minutes later when I got upstairs, the police showed up and talked to me, and they were very polite. Because no one heard from me, Medical Guardian called the police to come and meet me.

The device seems to be well made, I've never had to use it. I got it because the family wanted me to, but I'm really in very good health and have never had a need to use it. It's convenient to carry around with me. It works as it is supposed to when tested. When I initially set it up, I had a number of questions, and they were very good about answering them. It was easy to understand, they answered the questions promptly and didn't talk all around the bush to sell me a thousand other things I don't need or want, they just focuesd on exactly what I wanted them to answer. They are a capable, honest, and direct company and I'm glad I went with them.

Well so far it works and its easy to understand. I've tested it several times, the people are always very very cooperative, courteous, and friendly. I feel comfortable calling and that's important. And onec I was going to call and test it because I asked them about calling our daughter and they said they didn't have her phone number so they referred me back to the office we went through and somehow we hadn't gotten that information. We had mailed a copy but I had a copy so we just put it in online and it seems like it's working. All of the support people have just been outstanding. I feel comfortable talking to them and they seem glad to be talking to me. Just good all the way around.

I like everything about it because it actually notices immediately what's going on and I get a response within about ten seconds. I have a heart condition and without Medical Guardian, I probably wouldn't be here making this review. It's with me all the time so I can either push the button if something's happening or if I pass out I know that somebody's coming within minutes to take care of me. I was getting undressed and it slipped off and fell on the floor and I left it there and in less than ten seconds I had a response asking if I was okay, did I fall, mentioned by name, and so it definitely works.

A gentleman who I'm helping to care for has thed device. He's alert, however he's kind of weak and he takes physical therapy, and I have the freedom that I can go out by myself and feel assured that if he should need help that he could push the button and I will be called and I can return home within a few minutes. I'll tell you the first time we used it, he used it. It was I think very very early in the morning and his bedroom is in the back of the house and he got up and was in the bathroom and he slipped and he was calling me, my bedroom is in the front of the house I didn't hear the call so he used his device push the button and he alerted the people to call to call me which they did unfortunately I had my phone turned off even though it was by my side, I felt stupid. And then but I was awakened by the EMS people who came to the house and they were knocking on the door and then I realized that he did need help, I wasn't aware of it at first but the EMS people came in and and we got two of the individual and got him up and they checked him out physically and ask me questions medically and he was fine he was very alert it's just that he could not get himself up.

It's easy to manage, it's nice and small, and it works wonders. One day, I kind of slipped from my hands and went into the couch and it immediately detected the fall. In one or two seconds, they were like, "Mrs. Rodriguez, do you need help?" It's good and I like it because it's easy and I know that I am safe--that if anything were to happen--one touch of a button and I'll have the help that I will need. And it's so easy to charge you know you don't have to get batteries and you don't have to plug it in no nothing you just take it out of your neck and just place it and the thing and it charges by itself and the charges good.

I am a 24/7 caregiver for my wife. We recently had an incident in which I inadvertently left my hearing aids in a cleaning device. At the same time, I also accidentally turned off my cellphone. My wife, who is unable to walk or talk, and is essentially confined to her bed, tried to get a hold of me. After numerous attempts, she thought something might have happened to me, because I am always responsive and that just never happens. She pushed the Guardian device at her bedside. Guardian knows that a call without a voice would be from my wife and they called my cellphone and before summoning emergency personnel. they called the home phone. I answered and, though embarrassed, an unnecessary emergency response was avoided. My sincere thanks to Guardian for their professionalism throughout this ordeal.

I don't know if there's anything on this I dislike about it. Everything about it is fine to get comfortable to wear it's secure and hangs on to me I mean if I put my mobile device in its container and put it on my belt it stays there very securely. I don't have to worry about a thing the button that I wear on my around my neck Is extremely comfortable it's small enough that it doesn't disturb anything. I like it a lot I have not worn the wrist device at all so I can't It's so easy to use and the people who responded to my test calls every month which I need to make yet today have been most gracious and cheerful contact people I like you guys a lot okay. tested it and first of March and it was very simple I just push the button and immediately the call went through and I got a live operator who was very easy they were come communicate with easy to understand and promptly completed the test.

Even if I accidentally bumped it someone answered immediately. They suggest you test it once a month. If I forget to charge it my daughter gets alerted and she'll let me know. I have a habit of getting up in the middle of the night and I'll accidentally hit it and they'll call me right away. They recommend that you have 2 people nearby to help. I pushed the button and my friend came right away. They don't send EMTs right away they find out if you're alright and if someone can help you. They question you so there is no unnecessary calls to the EMTs. They are always there and they are always pleasant. The only thing is that it is large and I wish it could be a little smaller.

Enormously responsive. We've had to use it quite a lot. It keeps it so my dad doesn't have to be on the floor for a long period of time. We can get him up in 5 minutes. The people that I've dealt with are calm and they walked me through they could call 911 or I could go over and see if I could get him up. That's what I like best about it they're very helpful. One morning at 4am we got a call he had fallen. Medical guardian waited while we went out and checked on him and helped us call the paramedics. He wasn't on the floor more than 5-7 minutes. It worked like a charm. I've recommended it to 5 or 6 different people. Way worth the $400.

Right now I'm having a problem because it's not holding a charge for more than a day and a half and I meant to call and I just didn't do it today. I've leaned up against the counter and it's gone off and I didn't even realize it and they've been so kind and they answer immediately so I appreciate knowing there's somebody there should I need it. I have tested it and only once was the wait a few minutes. I live in an apartment building and on one of the floors it doesn't work and the minute I get back to the apartment I tested it and somebody called me immediately and asked if I was okay so that was wonderful. I could be someplace where someone's phone doesn't work and they can trace me.

I'm very pleased with all of it. My husband and I are snowbirds and I could use it both on the east coast and west coast winter homes so I have full coverage without having to change providers. So far I have been fortunate that I have not had any emergencies but I test it periodically and the answer of the alert is rapid. The people at Medical Guardian are extremely good and polite and very efficient. The process gives me a lot of confidence especially when I am in a situation where I'm in the house alone for extended periods of time. Another thing I like about Medical Guardian is the fact that you can actually wear the device in the shower because if there's one place you're likely to fall, it's in the shower so I feel like it's well constructed and designed. The service has been excellent and I've already recommended it to several people.

I've just called them and say I'm testing out the equipment and they've been very helpful. They forgot to send my lock box with the equipment originally so I called them and then it came just as they said it would. They said it'll be there by the thirteenth and it was there so I was very pleased with the. The only thing I don't like is that I have to carry the little speaker box with you all the time and you can't just speak into the device. When I did test it, it worked very well and works exactly like they said it would work. Medical Guardian did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner. They're very efficient from ordering it to delivering it, it's been just what I expected and they've got it well organized.

I like that they are responsive. We've had a couple of mistakes hitting the button and they come on quickly. I just like the service in general. The thing I don't like is the speaker and microphone is on the base unit. I know they have a pen option that has a speaker and mic on it, but it's too cumbersome and it seems like they could figure out something that would be a wrist watch that wouldn't be huge and yet would still have a micropnhone and a little speaker. The other day, they couldn't get ahold of my wife because she wasn't hearing them and they called me which I was glad they called me instead of 911 because we didn't want to carry that expense for nothing. The follow up seems good.

I talked to this gentleman from Medical Guardian and I was very impressed. He knew his product and he convinced me that I would be safe with it. The price wasn't too bad so I decided to go with Medical Guardian and so far so good. I have done several tests on it to make sure it was working properly and they could find me regardless where I was. They were able to locate me. The person that answers my call was very friendly and knew what they were saying. I knew they were familiar with what was going on. It's not a large device, it's rather small. I can put it inside my clothing and it's not even very obvious. It's not heavy. It's very compact and I enjoy that.

I talked to the person on the phone and I liked the way they approached things. This one seemed to work out pretty well. The person I bought this for, fell and couldn't reach the alarm at the assisted living facility, but she was able to press the button on her wrist watch and they were able to work with assisted living and myself to make sure she was helped out. It worked out well. Once or twice I had to call to make sure we got the calling sequence corrected and the people I talked to were very helpful and were able to work through the problem we were having very quickly. And then they called me back to make sure I was happy with what happened.

The speed with which the emergency folks arrived. I was terribly embarrassed to greet them at my door, because unbeknownst to me I had accidentally triggered the alert on my wrist when there was nothing wrong. I apparently got into my shower right after I alerted Medical Guardian, so I did not hear their phone call or anything. All of a sudden the EMS people were pounding on my door and ringing the bell like crazy and I was trying to get clothes on to see who in the world was at my door. They certainly were prompt and extremely understanding of my error. All this is to say, fortunately I have never had to call upon Medical Guardian for a real emergency, but this false alarm was a very successful test!!

Medical Guardian is the best for us. It gave use true balance to our lives. We had tried a different company that rate better online, but the equipment was too big and heavy for my mother to wear all the time. It was so bulky so we sent it back and we tried Medical Guardian because it was the next option as far as trying to balance between cost and customer waiting. It worked out well. The most we ever had to do was test the system, but thankfully we never had to use it. I like that medical guardian lets me know when the battery gets low. They are always responsive and very courteous. It's been so convenient, but I had to separate the pieces which can get annoying for my mother.

I compared Medical Guardian with other companies. They thoroughly explained their services much better than others and they were very economical. I decided to give them a try and now I've been with Medical guardian for a few years. When my mother fell on the floor, we needed assistance and we were immediately connected through. Their staff was very friendly and comforting and stayed on the line with us. Any questions we may have they always answered. They get on the line as fast as possible which is very satisfactory. It's very easy to use for my mother who suffers from arthritis, she's able to push the large button with ease. I'm happy overall with my service and I plan on continuing it.

I saw their advertisement on TV and thought it looked like a simple plan to get just for protection. Before I had gotten it, I had fallen 3 times and was unable to get back up. I haven't fallen since I got it some months ago, I just wear it every day. I'm not saying there's something magical about the bracelet but it's a good protection to have. I've contacted them a couple of times to make sure the device is working and I haven't had any problems with that. The only thing is that the material that the bracelet is made out of emits an odor I don't really like. Especially considering that I wear it all day long.

I researched them on the computer and decided to get it. I wear it around my neck every single day. A few weeks ago I was in my shower and put my Medical Guardian necklace on the toilet tank along with my phone. I didn't realize that, when I got out of my shower, I hit my button without knowing. The phone where they usually call me was in my kitchen and I was all the way in my bedroom's bathroom. Apparently they were trying to call me but couldn't get a hold of me. So, they called one of my sons and couldn't get to him either. Then they called my other son who called me on the regular phone. He told me "Mom, the Medical Guardian is sending an ambulance to your house, they should be there any minute." I heard them coming down the road and tried to stop them. I told them I didn't call them, that I had no emergency, and they managed to stop the ambulance immediately. If something had really happened to me, they would've been there right away. Other than that I've also used it to test it and make sure it works and they respond right away.

I went online looking about because I live alone. After that one of the companies called me and it happened to be Medical Guardian, so I just went with it. I've mostly used it by accident when people hug me, bump into me, or if I just lean over. I have to tell them that I'm ok whenever that happens. One time I actually needed to use it and it worked perfectly. I had to send it back though. I'm retired now and paying $134 every 3 months for it was too much so I went with another plan where the call just goes straight to 911. That way I don't have a bill every month. I just can't afford it easily.

My children decided that I should have it and paid for it. They worried about me being alone all the time by myself. I'm 87 years old and I live alone. I have a lot of friends that come by and visit every once in a while. My kids also call to check on me all the time to make sure I'm ok but having this is really helpful. I've had it for 2 months so far. I've forgotten to call them on the first Sunday of every month like I'm supposed to, but I'm doing quite well with it. I wear the one that goes around my neck all the time. I take it off when I go to bed but I keep it right beside me in case I need to push the button. I definitely make sure to wear it and take the pack with me when I go out. I have COPD and have had a few seizures, so I'm always very alert when I wear it in case something happens. I also have a lock on the door that they can use to get in and get me if I need help. I don't have to worry about calling the neighbors or someone with a key to let them in. I've called them two times and there has always been somebody there for me. I believe they have even called my children when that happens. Sometimes they call me and ask me if I'm alright when I forget to call them. My daughter has also called me right after they do to ask me if I'm ok. I don't think their price is right though, I believe there is something cheaper out there. It's really expensive, I pay around $500 a month for it now. Still, it's a wonderful thing, especially for those who are older or that have something wrong with them. It gives me peace of mind more than anything. It just takes care of me and it's nice to know that if I fall down the steps all I have to do to get help is push the button.

I looked at all the different options that were offered within my price range and I came up with Medical Guardian. I'm a 76 year old widow and I like having it here with me. I know I can have someone here to help me if I needed that. For the full year it's $400 and some dollars, so it fits into my budget fairly easily. On a typical day I always keep the necklace around my neck. I've neglected testing it every once in a while since I always hesitate about using it or not. It works the way it's supposed to and it's very helpful. I had to use it once and they answered very quickly. The fire department is very close by from the mobile home park where I live so they were quick to come out too. They even called my neighbors and they came out. I'm happy with the service.

I'm 85 years old and my son found Medical Guardian for me. I checked it out and we both agreed to get it. In a typical day, I get up early in the morning to go to the health club. I carry the portable unit with me and keep it in my wallet. I have a large piece of property too, so when I'm in there I carry it with me too. I'm in very good health so I've been fortunate in that I haven't had to use it, but once in a great while I check it out just to make sure everything is working well. On a couple of occasions, I have noticed they responded faster than usual. I've always been well pleased with the person that answers my calls. If they can't answer my questions, they put me in touch with someone else that can. Usually though they seem to have all the answers that I need. I'm very pleased with the service. I feel like I'm getting my money's worth.

They had the best reviews and all the qualities we were looking for, so I got the service for my mom. It works both inside and outside the house. She wears the necklace every day just in case she needs it. If she's outside in the yard or if she's at church she feels safe knowing that she can call for help. The device is very user-friendly. If there's a false alarm, they will call her to know if she's alright. Customer service has always been very friendly. When we initially called to ask questions about billing and other things, everyone was very nice. The service that you get for their price is good. It gives us peace of mind.

I saw their commercial on TV and just decided to give it a try. The reason I got it was that, at the time, my dad was falling a lot. Unfortunately, he passed away later in that year, but I kept the service going for my mom. It's a very good service for the price you pay. The equipment is very simple to use. There's also a phone number you can call where customer service will answer any questions you have or help you out. There is always someone that can help you out. When you push the button there's always someone there to help you in case you need them. They stay with you and guide you to keep you from panicking. They don't hang up until help arrives. The couple of times my dad fell and used it, their responders came out quickly. They are people we can rely on for emergency situations and they comfort you in case something happens. It's a good thing if you have elderly parents but can't take care of them all the time. I'm grateful for them.
