I did some research online and I liked what I saw. I especially like the GPS on it. Customer service was easy to work with and they arranged for us to have another lock box to use at another location for the summer. We have used it for a number of months now and are very glad to have it.

I keep it by me at all times. The response time is great when I call. I don't like the lanyard, it is too thin and annoys my neck. I wish they would come up with something else you could put that on you or your jeans or something instead of the lanyard.

This company had the right equipment for me and they were very forthcoming with all their information. They have been knowledgeable and answer all my questions, they are there if I need help. The equipment is pretty simple but the bracelet is very cumbersome.

They staff in the medical guardian is always friendly and they always answer all our questions, medical guardian doesn't need to change or anything of the sorts. It works. We used to have another system and that system it had many problems, the biggest one was that they kept billing her yet they never once called her. Which is why we switched.

My daughter-in-law is the one who chose it. She wears it everyday and has accidentally pressed it more times than we ever had. They seem to answer us promptly when it accidentally goes off, same as if she were to push it properly.

I've accidentally set it off multiple times and they always come to my aid. I'm very grateful. Though I keep deactivating the voice feature so when I do press it accidentally I can't hear them. The service is excellent though especially when they send out help regardless.

I did a bit of research on Medical Guardian since I decided it was time to get some type of medical device. I've only do monthly checks, those are the only times I've have any experience with it. Sometimes the response aren't as quick enough. Sometimes it feels like it's more than 90 seconds. Though it truly operates properly. Though I do have a problem with your online inquiry that I can't submit it without responding about my families income which is frankly none of Medical Guardian's concern or business to know. I do like having it because it gives me a sense of security.

It allows you to take from your home to anywhere else like your driveway. It was very flexible to our needs. We know that if we ever pressed the button need help, somebody will immediately come. It gives us a real sense of security.

I chose Medical Guardian for it's economical price. I haven't had to use it, thank goodness. They have always been very good to me, there's just an ease about using it. It makes me feel safer than just having a telephone. I have this around my neck and I can use whenever and wherever I need it and that makes me feel safe.

It seemed to be what I wanted. I own both the necklace and wrist devices. They're always getting in the way but it seem to be no other way around it. I like the smaller ones, the ones that are more light weight. I would also like for someone to call me and explain more thoroughly everything.

It's the best remote access portable medical device out there. I haven't used it, but it's very comfortable and hassle free when speaking to them over the phone. I've never had any problems with it. I would like it if I could do non-emergency calls though.

I thought it would be a good idea to get something for my safety. Every day we use it in case we have any accidents like falling down. I don't like that in my watch, it's one day ahead. I just wish I could take it everywhere with me instead of just being limited to my home.

I saw an advertisement on the television and it was less expensive than the one I had before. I haven't used it, but I put it somewhere I can I can reach. I don't usually wear it with it. Everybody is very friendly and helpful which makes me feel better since I don't getting the feeling like I'm bothering somebody.

My parents are elderly and I'm not here all the time, so we needed to have some kind of support system and to have immediate contact. They haven't had to use it as of yet, but they've had it for two years now which we're very lucky. Medical Guardian calls them to check up and to see if they're alright that everything is working. We've research the best we could and we thought that Medical Guardian would be the best one. I've never had to use it only tests, thank goodness. The price range was good, very economical. My father wears it on his wrists whether it's on the shower or around the house. One thing I do wish they did is contact me to let me know whenever Medical Guardian is going off. I'd like to know if they're going to take him the hospital or not.

The deciding factor on getting Medical guardian was the economical price. I've used it several times to call the medics. They've stayed with me and they didn't abandon me until the Medic's come. I like that the wristband can tell me the time, date and temperature.

I've never had a particular reason to call. I found the and decided to go with medical guardian for the offer they have. My pendant is light weight and isn't too big, but perhaps a better chain would be better. I feel confident that if I should fall out alone, I know that somebody will be there to come get me.

It was for my mother. They were very considerate and understanding if she accidentally hit the button or it goes off. I like that it has detection so if she falls and isn't able to press the button, it would activate regardless. So that's what really like.
