My sister picked it out, she got it for me when I was in the hospital because I live alone. I never had to push it, I accidentally did it when I was trying to open the box and they answered me right away, I told him it was an accident and that I was fine and they asked my name and was I sure I was okay and I said yes, they do check on you, they are very polite. I wear it 24/7 except when I go in the shower I'm very comfortable with it.

Price and also review of other competitors on the internet, it appeared that and I it's been a while since we've made that decision, we felt that you would be a good choice for us. I didn't use it, my mom was using it. I know when we did have to get in touch with you to test the system or when she moved in with us everybody was very responsive and at one point we need to replace a wrist band and they were very prompt with taking care of that as well. It works and the response time is you know generally within forty five seconds to a minute, It works well for us.

My daughter got it for me and I like it because when I go somewhere I can take it with me. I used it when I got back home and called it and they called the ambulance. So I like it because I live alone and the medical guy helped me. I feel more secure. they answer almost right away when I call. When I get sick I go stay with my daughter and I take my medical guardian because she lives out of town and I take it with me and I just let them know the address that I'm staying at. Well I think that they charged me every three months it's it's kind of expensive but I still like it.

Because I'm a really busy person and I thought that I needed something and when I talked to the person they sounded like maybe this would be the right thing for me. I haven't had to use it, thank goodness, they keep calling and checking on me. I think that if they are trying to find out if you're still in the system that is wonderful. I think they are very good.

I'm 81 years old and have severe spinal stenosis, so it's important for me to have this because I live alone in my studio. Before getting it, I fell and couldn't get up. I was lucky that time in that my niece and her husband were home, so they were able to help me. After that I just knew I should have something like it. I was going to get a different company, but they called me first and I went with it. I don't really wear the necklace, but I have it nearby when I'm home. When I'm sitting down I put it on the end of the couch or just sit next to it.

When we've called to test it they've always responded, they're available an answer any questions. Well it allows my husband to be able to go out in his backyard workshop and still I have comfort in knowing if he needs help, I am retired nurse that I can be called first, I did let them know to make a note at before they dispatch, to call me first because we're always together and I can confirm if need.

An advertisement. No actually my mother has it and I don't think she's ever used it. All right it makes her feel secure that is what she said and it makes me feel secure as her daughter that she has, they're always available and they get right back to you and then if there is a problem they always fix it. I guess I saw it advertised and they are all pretty comparable. Well actually it's for my mother and she's ninety four years old and live next door, she slid out of bed so she had to use it, I think just two slides out of bed but we fixed it up so she won't slide out anymore. They are courteous, followed right away, they were very courteous. My mother has a necklace, just easy for her she doesn't like anything around her wrist it just right there to press if she needs, I guess its appropriate.

I just read reviews and it seemed to get good reviews. Well actually it's for my mother and she has it and she doesn't use it very often she's afraid she'll wake somebody up and bother them, they called her and they've been very good to answer when she has had questions, its seems to be working just fine and don't have any complains about it. I decided because of the service and the equipment. Yes my first time I used I was in Disney land and somehow I had press button on my chest and they were looking for me in the restaurant that I was in, so the GPS works fantastic I've had a bad couple occasions where it accidentally got dumped and and they've come after me and it's been very good service, feel very protected. It works I'd rather have not to worry about taking it and to remember to keep it charged but its pretty handy.

I don't know I researched this two or three years ago and I looked at all the different alternatives and medical guardians to get rating reviews, it's for my mother, my mother hasn't had to use the device yet but she's tested to make sure she knows how it works a couple of times and on those tests the response from medical guardian has been very good and was very fast. Sales staff is pretty knowledgeable about the product as well.

My care taker that is my daughter encouraged me for my safety. I have a friend who falls all the time, we are both 88 years old, I have used, I believe in the morning about 9:30 am at the gym every day except the day where I go to yoga class and I get home around 1:00pm and from then I have my device on, it's very good for my daughter to know that nothing happened to me and I'm careful but I realize that it could happen so that's why my daughter got it for me, every time I checked in with someone immediately help, I've only called once.

Well the only time that I've been associated with is when my mother had fallen and I wasn't there but my sisters were there and they could not get her up and I said just push the button. Their response was very prompt and they notified everybody on the list that needed to be notified and the services we spotted so quickly. it just works and its simple. My son and daughter in law were visiting me after my husband passed away and I knew I'd be living alone so, it was their suggestion that I have something similar so I looked up on the internet and found the different brands and I think it was about a whole year that I got the first one and I think it was really good that I lost my dependent so I had to buy a new one, I did have a fall at my house and when I rang the bell they were here in less than five minutes. Basically the media, I searched around online and it seemed like the best product. Actually its not for me, its for my father but he hasn't had to use the service. Its easy to use, one button access. I really don't know and there's no specific item as I thought it would be, a good reliable company. I think I'd read something favorably by the customers and so we decided to go with it. We have not had to use it at all and we tested occasionally and it seems like it should work out pretty well, when I was gone one time my wife did use it but she didn't need any assistance, she'd fallen but have not been able to get back up and did not injure, they've been very helpful when we have had questions about it and they seem to be very polite and know what they're doing. it's been no problem with it and it has been satisfactory. I don't have any negative comments.

I had information about it I think I saw it online I don't remember for sure but I needed a company like that, so I chose it. I had surgery on my knee had me replacement and I have fallen a couple times I used a walker and I had an accident with it and I fell and so I use my medical alert and was able to secure our local fire department, a man came out and pick me up, they alerted the people that I needed help immediately and they were here. I think it's very good, I think they're a good company and they do what they say they will do. Its very positive.

I saw it advertised at the time I was needing and I called them, can't really remember it's been a while back. To be honest just looking around and I happen to see it for a good price and I got it. To be honest with you, luckily never had to use it for an emergency but it was used by mistake a couple times by my mother, she got confused and press it and you know then they called but it worked well they did it professionally and was handled well so you know I think it's a good product, I got the wrist band one.

The cost, the efficiency and other people's rating. My mother uses it and she has no problem with it so its convenient for her. I got it just because I thought it was an important service to have. I wear the little wrist strap but luckily I've never had to use it. It's good to know that I have it since I don't have any relatives that live close to me. With the people around me and Medical Guardian, I have a good network of people that can come and help me if I need it. They seem to be the best but I think all services of this type are expensive'

I knew I needed to have something that could help me in case I fell or had an emergency, so when I saw their ad I decided to go ahead and get it. I tried to use the bracelet first but that just fell apart. I've been using the necklace since and I really like it. I haven't had to use it, but I know it works well. That's because apparently I forgot to plug the thing into the outlet and they called me at night to make sure I was fine. They also called my sons to let them know what happened. Anytime I've needed them for anything, they've been there to help me and return my calls.

I researched about 10 different companies. They had the best ratings and I liked that their service center was in the United States and that the device had GPS in it. They also gave you the wristband and the pendant, so we signed up. We've never had an emergency where we needed to use it, but we have tested the button. It's very simple and easy to use. We did have an issue with the pendant once. It wasn't working but they sent us a new one within a day or too.

I'm not in good shape and, at the time we got it, my husband wasn't either. I wanted something that he could use even when we left the house, so I got Medical Guardian. My husband has passed since, but I still have it on me. I make sure that I have it in my purse all the time. I've only really had to use it once in January 14th, 2016. The people were on the phone helping me within seconds. They came out here immediately.

I'm pleased with the service they've offered me so far. The service is great and they answer any questions that I have. The response I've gotten from them has always been very quick. On October 13th of last year I had a very quick low blood sugar episode where I ended up falling on the floor and rolling around. I set the alarm off and they responded quickly. By the time the paramedics got here my blood sugar was at 23. They saved my life that time. Having it gives me a lot of freedom to go out that I wouldn't have otherwise.

I looked at the reviews of companies that were listed at the very top and compared them to each other. They covered everything that I wanted and I liked that they had the remote system that lets you travel with it. Since their rates were not as high as others and provided more, I just went with them. I've never had to use it, but when I've accidentally bumped it, they responded immediately. I was able to just cancel the alarm and everything was fine.

They are much better than the other company I had. I haven't used it much lately but I have a tendency to fall and I'm usually unable to get back up on my own. Whenever that happens I push the button and ask them to call security in the place where I live so they can come for me. Their response time is good, I'm pretty happy with it. Of course, I would prefer if I didn't have to wait at all. I always get a phone ringing before somebody answers and after that I have to wait for them to contact someone else to help me. I wish I could just go straight to whoever can come for me. I like the way it works though. I'm pleased with it and I'll continue using it.

It's for my mother. I picked it because it was reasonably priced and we didn't need to hook it up to a telephone line for it to work. The one time she should've used it she forgot she had it on her wrist. I've never had a problem with it though, it seems to be doing pretty well so far. I'm 93, almost 94 years old. After my husband died my children were after me so I would either move closer to them or get Medical Guardian. Since I didn't want to move, I got it. My son is the one that installed everything and pushed the button to test it. When he did, the ambulance responded right away and my next door neighbor came out. Usually I wear the device around my neck everyday when I get up from my bed, when I go to the front door to get the mail, or do that kind of thing. I feel secure having it in case I need it. I'm not really happy with the price though, it's a little high especially considering that I don't use it much.

After that I just had a really good gut feeling about it and chose it for my mother. She has tested it to make sure it's still working. We have not had to use it for an emergency. Actually, it has been years since we last pushed the button on purpose or by accident. Whenever we pushed it though we got an immediate response. I'm satisfied with the way the system works. The one thing I don't really like is that they said that emails would be sent out to the people in our emergency list if anything happened. That does us absolutely no good in an emergency situation. The situation was addressed though and even if its an accidental push they call the people and also send them emails.

I'm the neighbor of the person that uses Medical Guardian and whenever something happens they usually call me. So far he has used it 3 times already. They usually call him first when the alarm goes off but, since he is hard of hearing, they end up calling me. When he needs it, they sent out the paramedics and send him to the hospital. It definitely works, they respond right away and are very friendly and helpful. It doesn't cost much money, but it's definitely worth it.

I had an accident before getting it where I ended up unconscious on the floor and had nobody to help me until I woke up. That was the reason I got it. I've never had to use it, but I feel comfortable having it now. I think that everybody that is getting older should get one of these just in case. I wouldn't want anyone to figure out they need it the same way I did.

On one occasion my husband was the one that used it to call them and got me an ambulance. They are there any time I need them. Most days there's no one around in the house with me. So, on a typical day, I put it on in the morning and keep it on me until I go to bed. I use the bracelet, because I just don't like wearing pendants or necklaces all the time. It's not comfortable for me. I haven't had to use it yet but I've tested it in various areas of the house and it works well everywhere. They always come through and whenever I call them for that, or if I have any questions, they are very kind and courteous. It's well worth whatever it costs. I trust them and I know it will work in case of a real emergency.

A niece that works with doctors recommended this one to me. They have given me good service so far. I call in once a month to check it. They answer within 4 or 5 minutes, which is a good policy. I just tell them it's a test and not an emergency and everything is fine. They are always very kind, polite, and caring. Right now it's there as a sort of a back up support in case I need it. I feel like it's a good unit and a good thing to have.

Even though my health is not that great, I know I can relay on it and I'll be safe. The necklace is always on me. One time my little dog jumped on me and pressed the button accidentally. I saw some ads and decided to go with them. I'm 86 years old and have MS, so I'm kind of crippled. I fell down once so I pressed my mechanism to get help. It took several seconds for them to respond, but when they finally came on they did what they needed to do. Things were ok in the end, though it felt like I was waiting for several minutes before they responded.

I have to take care of my mother who is 93 years old. I'm in my seventies so it's a really good thing to have around. She usually has it around her neck and if we ever need it, all we have to do is grab the button and push it to get help. We've had to use it 3 times already. On one occasion my mother fell out of bed and hit her head so bad that it split and she started bleeding. They responded right away and asked us if we needed help. Someone got here quickly and helped us. I'm glad we have it here, it gives us security.
