This product is VERY easy to use.very professional,good quality product.My mother passed away in February,but we always felt secure knowing we had an extra set of eyes watching her when we couldn't be there.We never had to use it ..but felt safe in knowing it was there. We inquired about this product around 2 years ago. My mother loved alone but was falling frequently. The operators with MG were very compassion and helpful in assisting us to find the appropriate products for her needs. It has been very useful. As we are preparing to move her into a larger home with us we plan on keeping MG as a backup when we aren't with her.

I picked it because of the value and the fact that we are able to talk to a person without doing a lot. The person that uses it takes showers and does everything with it on, so that's nice. It works. One time he accidentally pushed it and the company called every person on the list and got a hold of me. That was nice, it showed that the company was paying attention. It has been pretty good so far. One time I tried to called them and it took a long time for them to answer when I pushed the button, but that was kind of late at night. It's just very simple and easy to use. It has some sort of built in feature that if somebody continuously pushed the button and starts talk back to it. It was funny because, when our cat was pushing the button, it started saying "stop that."

I do have some problems with it if you'd like to hear those. Well I have the wristband and I wear it all the time in the shower or wherever. I do have questions on whether or not it would function if I'm a few blocks away, I live in an independent area but I go to another area for my dinner and I'm questioning whether or not if something happened it would work not far away I guess I feel it's about three blocks away. Well their customer support is good, its very convenient, its available, easy for me to press where I think the neck device is much more inconvenient from what I have noticed with people who do have the next device. When I first had to have my medical alert for probably six months and one evening just before I was going to bed, I had a fan in my dinning room along with the light and I wanted to turn the fan off and I do suffer from vertigo so I reached up and I knew I was going to fall and I fell backwards and the last thing I remember was cracking my head and I happen to be facing my wall clock, there's no way I could have pushed the medical alert.

Well I've did some research and I think the fact that there weren't monthly payments. I just paid once a year was helpful. I've never had to use it, every once in a while about once a month I accidentally hit the button I don't wear it around my neck because it's too heavy weighs about 4 ounces so I put it in my jeans pocket and sometimes I propped up against the cover but I never had to use it for an emergency but it's nice to know that I've got it. Every time I've accidentally pushed it I get answer right away from a very pleasant person. I think it's too heavy Not the just kind of thing that become a part of me, I would like it better if it didn't weigh so much and I could wear it around my neck. There are others services out there, that were less money and that seemed from their advertising to the same thing as Medical Guardian but I'm happy.

I had two previous falls where I broke my arm and hip. After that I knew I needed to be able to call someone to come help me if that happened again. When I saw their ad on television I called them. The gentleman that I talked to first was a very good salesman and I decided to give it a try to see if what he had said was true. So far, it has been. I wear either the pendant or the wrist band whenever my husband is not at home or out of town. I check it and stuff once a month to make sure everything is working right. The only thing is that I don't really get good reception from the device. I only have 1 out of 5 bars of signal and it bothers me a little. Still, every issue I've ever called them about, they've immediately taken care of it. I wish I had something that I could use with me when I'm out of the house. I know there are some services that you can take with you on the car or just anywhere. I mean, I have my cellphone in my car with me all the time but still.

I had heard about it and saw it advertised, so I got it. I use that one that can travel with me when I go visit family, they live fifty miles away. I always get excellent service from their customer service representative. The button always works well, it never fails me. It also charges easily. I just find it to be very comforting to have it when I travel and I'm by myself.

When I first got it they kept calling me and hassling me about the payments and stuff. I thought that it was all due at the end of the month but it turned out it was due at the beginning. All I would have had to do is say change it, but they didn't bother. I've hit it by mistake several times and they're very prompt at answering when I do that. Though I'm thinking about getting a different company that can actually cover me all the time. This one doesn't have a cellphone or something that can do that.

After my second stroke my daughter said we needed some help and I agreed. We contacted different services and this one seemed to be the best one. This one I can travel with, I don't have to be sitting at my house all the time. Since I like going camping and traveling out of town, we went with it. I have had 3 strokes since then and have used it for all of them. Someone has beent there immediately and emergency services will be out here within minutes. It's so handy.

I only had to use it once, I fell and broke my hip and I was in the middle of the night and I was home alone so thank god I had the button I pressed it and they I had to help right away. They are right there when I need them. One time I accidentally pressed the button by accident and immediately they came right away, that's what counts. It works it's great it is very good. After investigating and researching, their equipment and the way you pay the fees fit with what we needed. It was easy to set it up with the help I got from them over the phone. The necklace's string is short and he can take showers with it without a problem. It's sturdy. He has accidentally pushed the button several times and they're always really prompt to check on him. Have a daughter who's occupational therapist that works with patients and she talked to her co-worker where she works and doesn't seem to come up with the best one available. Anytime I tested there right there had my grandson here one day and he said the button on my wrist and they were very very cordial and I don't have very many problems with it. The only thing is that on my device that gives the date and the time I have never been able to figure out what it's all about with the wrong date and time, I think it's out of whack and I do not know how to set it.

Actually it was the care givers that we had who recommended it, that's what they use so that was what they recommended. My mom used it just once and it was just that, she was in early stage Alzheimer and she was seeing people in her house and so that is how she got help with, she pushed the button around her neck. We tested it of course she used it once she had not have another emergency after that.

My husband had a major stroke, I called the couple times and I didn't get a hold of anyone right away, I was nervous. Well I like the fact of the lock box where you could put your keys and that allows for medical people and the emergency systems if you needed to come in, because most of the time when you need someone it possibly because you've fallen or might be in the bathtub and can't get out to answer the door so you need the help but at same time the lock box with the keys makes it very convenient so I like that very much and I would recommend this to others.

I talked with a person that sold on and they had several other family members that were all with medical guardian and I took their suggestion. I have never had to use it. I have a necklace around my neck and they told me that if I wear it they will follow me all over the United States if I would take that battery with me. My sister picked it out, she got it for me when I was in the hospital because I live alone. I never had to push it, I accidentally did it when I was trying to open the box and they answered me right away, I told him it was an accident and that I was fine and they asked my name and was I sure I was okay and I said yes, they do check on you, they are very polite. I wear it 24/7 except when I go in the shower I'm very comfortable with it.

Price and also review of other competitors on the internet, it appeared that and I it's been a while since we've made that decision, we felt that you would be a good choice for us. I didn't use it, my mom was using it. I know when we did have to get in touch with you to test the system or when she moved in with us everybody was very responsive and at one point we need to replace a wrist band and they were very prompt with taking care of that as well. It works and the response time is you know generally within forty five seconds to a minute, It works well for us.

My daughter got it for me and I like it because when I go somewhere I can take it with me. I used it when I got back home and called it and they called the ambulance. So I like it because I live alone and the medical guy helped me. I feel more secure. they answer almost right away when I call. When I get sick I go stay with my daughter and I take my medical guardian because she lives out of town and I take it with me and I just let them know the address that I'm staying at. Well I think that they charged me every three months it's it's kind of expensive but I still like it.

I'm 81 years old and have severe spinal stenosis, so it's important for me to have this because I live alone in my studio. Before getting it, I fell and couldn't get up. I was lucky that time in that my niece and her husband were home, so they were able to help me. After that I just knew I should have something like it. I was going to get a different company, but they called me first and I went with it. I don't really wear the necklace, but I have it nearby when I'm home. When I'm sitting down I put it on the end of the couch or just sit next to it.

I guess I saw it advertised and they are all pretty comparable. Well actually it's for my mother and she's ninety four years old and live next door, she slid out of bed so she had to use it, I think just two slides out of bed but we fixed it up so she won't slide out anymore. I decided because of the service and the equipment. Yes my first time I used I was in Disney land and somehow I had press button on my chest and they were looking for me in the restaurant that I was in, so the GPS works fantastic I've had a bad couple occasions where it accidentally got dumped and and they've come after me and it's been very good service, feel very protected. I don't know I researched this two or three years ago and I looked at all the different alternatives and medical guardians to get rating reviews, it's for my mother, my mother hasn't had to use the device yet but she's tested to make sure she knows how it works a couple of times and on those tests the response from medical guardian has been very good and was very fast. Sales staff is pretty knowledgeable about the product as well.

My care taker that is my daughter encouraged me for my safety. I have a friend who falls all the time, we are both 88 years old, I have used, I believe in the morning about 9:30 am at the gym every day except the day where I go to yoga class and I get home around 1:00pm and from then I have my device on, it's very good for my daughter to know that nothing happened to me and I'm careful but I realize that it could happen so that's why my daughter got it for me, every time I checked in with someone immediately help, I've only called once.

Well the only time that I've been associated with is when my mother had fallen and I wasn't there but my sisters were there and they could not get her up and I said just push the button. My son and daughter in law were visiting me after my husband passed away and I knew I'd be living alone so, it was their suggestion that I have something similar so I looked up on the internet and found the different brands and I think it was about a whole year that I got the first one and I think it was really good that I lost my dependent so I had to buy a new one, I did have a fall at my house and when I rang the bell they were here in less than five minutes. I really don't know and there's no specific item as I thought it would be, a good reliable company. I think I'd read something favorably by the customers and so we decided to go with it. We have not had to use it at all and we tested occasionally and it seems like it should work out pretty well, when I was gone one time my wife did use it but she didn't need any assistance, she'd fallen but have not been able to get back up and did not injure, they've been very helpful when we have had questions about it and they seem to be very polite and know what they're doing. it's been no problem with it and it has been satisfactory. I had information about it I think I saw it online I don't remember for sure but I needed a company like that, so I chose it. I had surgery on my knee had me replacement and I have fallen a couple times I used a walker and I had an accident with it and I fell and so I use my medical alert and was able to secure our local fire department, a man came out and pick me up, they alerted the people that I needed help immediately and they were here. I think it's very good, I think they're a good company and they do what they say they will do. Its very positive.

I knew I needed to have something that could help me in case I fell or had an emergency, so when I saw their ad I decided to go ahead and get it. I tried to use the bracelet first but that just fell apart. I've been using the necklace since and I really like it. I haven't had to use it, but I know it works well. That's because apparently I forgot to plug the thing into the outlet and they called me at night to make sure I was fine. They also called my sons to let them know what happened. Anytime I've needed them for anything, they've been there to help me and return my calls.

I researched about 10 different companies. They had the best ratings and I liked that their service center was in the United States and that the device had GPS in it. They also gave you the wristband and the pendant, so we signed up. We've never had an emergency where we needed to use it, but we have tested the button. It's very simple and easy to use. I'm pleased with the service they've offered me so far. The service is great and they answer any questions that I have. The response I've gotten from them has always been very quick. On October 13th of last year I had a very quick low blood sugar episode where I ended up falling on the floor and rolling around. I set the alarm off and they responded quickly. By the time the paramedics got here my blood sugar was at 23. They saved my life that time. Having it gives me a lot of freedom to go out that I wouldn't have otherwise.

They covered everything that I wanted and I liked that they had the remote system that lets you travel with it. Since their rates were not as high as others and provided more, I just went with them. I was interested in them because of everything they covered. The price was also just right and fit within my budget, so I gave them a call to learn more about it. They explained everything to me and, since I was very satisfied, I decided to go ahead and sign up. It's a very good service. I'm always very pleased when I talk to them. They always speak to me very plainly and in ways that I can understand everything they say. They don't use high terms or anything of the sort.
