I chose Medical Guardian after I compared it to a few different companies and my doctor also recommended to me. I do carry the device with me all the time, when I go away or when I'm at home. Just sometimes when I'm driving the GPS goes off and then come back after awhile. I'm pretty happy with the service I just wish the price can be lower and I'll keep it forever.

2 years ago I fell outside the door and cut my head pretty bad, so I had to call them. They showed up fast and the ambulance was here right away. Everyone's very knowledgeable and very helpful. It's comforting to know that I have it with me if I ever need it for something. It's kind of an insurance sort of thing, sometimes I wonder why I pay for it but when I need it I have it.

I read about it on a magazine and decided to get it. I'm perfectly happy with it and feel safe. I've used it once since I got it and they got here immediately. I have one that I wore around my neck, but I kept hitting that thing by accident and setting it off. I kept having to apologize when that happened until they sent me a bracelet to wear instead. Now I have that one and the one that I put on the table and take with me when I go out. I'll need another bracelet though, the one I had is worn out.

I had fallen and injured myself, so I knew I needed something like Medical Guardian, especially because I live alone. I had seen it advertised on TV so I just went and called them to see what they had to offer. Since the service and device sounded good, I wound up getting it. I'm thankful that in the first year I've had it I haven't had to use it. I know it is available in case I need it though. I test it monthly and there are always people there ready to help me. The price is a little higher than another service I had, but it's still good.

I bought Medical Guardian because they have a good reputation. I was born with a slow heart; I usually dropped down to 36 beats per minute, so, a few months ago I doped down to 55 and I pressed the button; They were here in a few minutes, they took me to the hospital and treated me really good. Everything that they publicized about their company is true. I'm glad that I have this service from Medical Guardian.

My husband picked it out for me. It had the better price and services than the other ones. I use it when my husband goes to work and I take it out when gets home. I have never had to use it but I feel really pleased and secure with the pendant around my neck. I chose Medical Guardian because it's a small device, handy, lightweight and it'll go everywhere I want to go. I have the bracelet and the necklace; They're both easy to wear and easy to carry; I'm always wearing them. So far, Luckily I haven't had to use it, I just tested it when they first gave it to me and once in a while every month for a double check that is still working properly.

I live between the mountain and for the location is very difficult to find a medical alert system that works here. I checked into several different ones and Medical Guardian is the only one that works properly. I've never had to use it. I will set it off once per month for verifying that is working properly; so far, they were answering on time every time that I tested. The only bad thing that I have to say about it is that they send many emails to my kids and they don't read it. They prefer text messages.

By far, Medical Guardian is the best option for me. I already fell a couple of times and they were always there. I had to take an ambulance and the service was excellent. I use it all the time, even when I'm taking a shower. I have to call them once per month to let them know that everything is fine and they have always been really friendly towards me. I have no problems with it and I'll recommend it to everybody.

I got the device for my mom because the pricing was fair and the button was easy to use. When we tested it they called us right away and checked to make sure we were ok. She had to use it once. She tried to get a hold of me but couldn't, so she pushed the button and they got a hold of her. She talked to them, they called me, and that was that. They didn't have to call the paramedics or anything since it wasn't an emergency. It works very well, it's good value. The only thing is that it needs a phone line to work so if something happened to that line, the device wouldn't work.

My sons bought it for me after I had a couple of falls. I really had no say in it, they just sent it to me. I like the device but it doesn't really work if I go out of the house. It doesn't really go far enough for me. I've had to use it a couple of times whenever I fell down and couldn't get back up. Most of the time, the operators would call my son and he'd come over and help me back up. They always answer through the main thing and try to help me. They're dependable.

I chose them because I could take it anywhere I went. I could either have the necklace around my neck or the watch on my arm and take it everywhere in the USA. The button is easy to charge, I can plug it into the car and charge it up there too with the little adapter. I test it monthly to make sure that it's working. I have the wristband and the little device that I keep on my table. Periodically I check it to make sure it works. Despite having a handicap I walk around the house with a cane, take my own baths, and I do a lot of things on my own. Having it gives me the confidence of doing those things knowing that, if I fall, somebody will come and help me up. I know it works because I have a younger son who accidentally triggered the device on my wrist when I was sitting down and it all worked. Having it gives me a sense of confidence when I go about daily activities.

I had done a lot of investigating and the other companies required a 3 years contract. That's exactly why we chose Medical Guardian, it is contract free with a good service and price. I just purchased the one that you have inside the home and I'm really happy with it. We have not had use it luckily. The only thing we do is just periodically check it to make sure it's working and we do a test of the button once in a while. The customer service has always been courteous and helpful. Once I called and asked a question and they helped me right away.

My daughter in law ordered it for me. I have fallen before and she wanted me to have it in case it happened again. The only time I ever used it was when I fell in the bedroom. I just lost my balance and fell. I couldn't get up and my daughter was not around, so I punched the button on my necklace and called them. The guy who set me up was absolutely wonderful, very nice, helpful, and sincere. When you order it, they give you a couple of options to wear. You get the necklace but you can also order a watch or some other alternative device. My father is the one that uses it and has pressed the button a couple of times. Whenever he needs them, the fire department comes out and they can use the lockbox to enter the house and help him. They always answer the phone and show up in a short amount of time, they're just very helpful.

My Mother wore the Medical Guardian one full year before she had to use it. The 1st few months she kept forgetting to put it on and told me it was dumb''' she told me I was wasting my money''' I was only gone for an hour and a 1/2 when she needed it. It worked beautifully. I went online and read reviews about Medical Guardian because I had a bad experience with another company. so, I was really precautious this time choosing the best option for my mother. I like the fact that Medical Guardian doesn't demand contracts and it is very easy to communicate between the customer and the company. My mother is really happy with it; she can charge it in the table beside her while she's watching her soap operas; It's really convenient for her. We haven't had to use it more than just a couple of times when we were just trying it and making sure that is working properly, and fortunately is working correctly.

I just compared between other brands and for the price and services I decided that Medical Guardian was a good option. We never had to use it but my sister had an accident and she has Medical Guardian too, she had to call three times for received any type of answer. I got it for my mom, I researched it before and the best ratings are for Medical Guardian, that's why I bought it. We use to used it really frequently when my dad was alive because he used to fell down really frequently and my mom wasn't able to pick him up, so, she would use Medical Guardian to send and alert and request for assistance. The service is excellent; they've always been there when my mom needed it. The only thing that I'm concern about is that the machine is located in the hallway and sometimes when we practice a test and my mom is in the living room, the central can't hear my mother speaking and is not that far. But, for the rest of all I'm pretty confident in the good service of Medical Guardian.

Medical Guardian has a reasonable prices and is a good product. I haven't had to use the device but have the button around my neck provides me a lot of security. I accidentally closed the trunk of my car on my index finger and was trapped. I pushed the button and received help within about 10 minutes (seemed like an hour) Very traumatic to be held captive by my car. Thanks SO Much. Also my wristband broke when dropped once. They sent a replacement within a few days. The cost is about the same as other companies, but service is excellent. Wear either necklace or wrist band 100% of the time. Peace of mind is worth EVERYTHING!

I looked it up on the internet and I compared medical guardian with the other brands and I choose this one. I've never had to use it; I just have one problem with the little piece of plastic that goes around my neck, it does irritate my skin and once when that thing fell off I called for request a new one or a reposition and they want to charge me for brand new one, I was irritated about that.

We liked the idea for my mother, with this service she can be covered if she's in the car, in the yard or inside the house, she won't be confined just inside the house as it was with our old company, my mother uses it during the day to move around and in that way I'm secure that if something happened or she needs help she'll get it immediately. I bought it for my mother, we bought it for the convenience. As a matter of fact we had an emergency when my mom was arriving home form a day shopping, she had pulled in the driveway with her car, got out, and she blacked out from a mini-stroke but in the process of going down she was able to hit the button and they sent rescue squad immediately to take care of her and transport her to the hospital without any problem. they've always been consistent and following through on the service so far.
