I'm a care giver and I bought it for me and my husband, I feel secure that I can be outside In the garden, in the house or in a local area and I'll be cover by your service. I always have it on me for safety reasons. My husband have a tendency for falling and with this device I feel safe in the case I need something. I do every month the test of the button and they call me back within minutes. When I first purchased it I didn't understand how it really works but after I talked with my neighbor everything was more clear for me.

I decided to purchase it because I have emphysema and therefore I don't know where I might have an attacked or an emergency. With this device I can carry it everywhere and I know if I have an emergency I'll be able to have a medical team to my service. So far, I haven't had to use it, I just plug it in when I'm at home and if I'm going out I take it with me. I think the company is really good, every time that I call them they always have someone on the ball ready for to talk to me and answer me about whatever I want to ask.

I bought Medical Guardian a couple of years ago; I went online and investigated and looked at the futures of the services available and I felt that Medical Guardian was the best option for my family. I purchased it for my mother and my aunt. Till today we haven't had to used it neither my mother nor my aunt, but, once my mother press the button by accident because she had the lanyard a little long and she leaned against the sink and that set it off the alarm immediately they have answered very quickly and have been very professional.

I picked this device because it has a reasonable cost with good apparatus. I like the fact that if you need it the device will call 911 immediately for help me out if I need it. So far we haven't had to use it but the customer service had been incredible with us, we had a problem with the plastic band, we called them and they take care of everything; later on we received via mail properly what we need.

We got it for my husband's father because it seemed easy to use and we both thought it was reasonably priced. He has used it whenever he falls or if he needs to be transferred to the hospital. As far as I know, it has worked 100% of the time. We have found it to be very reliable. Whenever it gets activated we get a call and, if they can't reach us, they will just dispatch an ambulance.

I purchased it because it was not as expensive as the other devices that have a wide range. I like the idea that this device works all over the United States and Alaska. if I need help in any moment, is small and you can take it in your pocket. With the GPS service they can find me immediately. I've never had to used it but a couple of times it goes off by accident and they called me very quick to see What was going on.

I got it for my parents it was in the right price and it suited all the needs that we had. I just bought it when I saw it on the TV, I was guide by my gut, is the one that make me feel more confident. We choose this product for the distance that is able to cover, because I bought for my mother, she goes every day to pick up the mail and throughout the garbage and it's quite a distance from her house, so, I like the feature that was really utmost. She likes to wear the bracelet because the necklace for her is too long. So far we haven't had to use it, but, when we tasted it we've got a quick response. I checked them out and thought they'd be the best one for me. I like that I can take the unit out with me when I go on a trip. I know I'll be covered everywhere. I didn't think I would like the necklace better but it doesn't bother me at all. I've never set it off by accident or had to use it for anything, but I really have peace of mind because I have it. When I renewed my service I asked to get a new necklace. The person I talked to said she would send it out within 2 weeks but I never got it.

We heard an ad on the radio about them and decided to get it. It has some nice extra features in it, it tells you the room temperature and the time and it doesn't take up a lot of room. We've never had to use it, but my uncle did push the button twice by accident and they responded right away. Fortunately it wasn't an emergency but it was reassuring to know that they would respond so quickly if it was. They are always friendly and overall they have good customer service.

We looked into several different companies and felt like this one was the best one. I have the thing that goes around my neck and the bracelet. I wear either one of them every day. So far I've been very pleased, they've been very good to me. I have not had to use it for an emergency, I've just called in to have it checked from time to time. About a year ago I did some research and go it. They just seemed like the best compared to the others, especially when it came to the price and the contract. I live alone and walk my dog by myself. I could be out somewhere and fall or get into an accident, so I have it on me all the time. I'm 72 years old. About 5 months ago I fell in the shower while my daughter was out at work. I was on the bathroom for 2 hours until I was somehow able to get up and out of there. That's why I got it, just in case anything happens to me. It's a good thing to have if I'm home alone. That way, if I don't have anybody that can help me get up or if I'm hurt, I can call someone.

I did a little bit of research on the internet because I needed to get something quickly. Somebody called me from Medical Guardian after I made an inquiry, so I just decided to go with them for my husband. He is kind of disabled and he falls a lot, so I put the necklace on him. That way if he has a problem while I'm away he can call them and get help. It's all easy and quick. If I have a question I can just call them and they will be able to answer it.

I read comments on it and I like what they had to say about Medical Guardian. They seemed to be the best out of them so I picked it. I've never had to use it, I just wear it. I like that I have the bracelet and that I can wear it to bed at night instead of having to use the thing around my neck. I've pushed the button against my chest a couple of times by accident. They've come on the line and asked me if I was alright and if I needed help. They even make sure that there's no one else that might need help. They are just very courteous and sincere. They are there for you.

We had another service before this and we had trouble with the system. It would go down a lot for whatever reason so we switched over. We've been quite happy with this so far. We've got the buttons for inside the house, one for when we're out of the house, and one that we keep in the car. We haven't had to use it but we check it. We actually did that a couple of days ago. They've always been there when we do that and are very pleasant. Things turn out well every time. We don't have trouble communicating with them. It also costs about the same as the other one we had. We're happy with it.

I'm quite pleased, I got my annual bill recently and I'm in the process of paying that now. Everything seems to be working very well. I have both the bracelet and the necklace device but I don't use the necklace device at all. The bracelet I wear all the time, twenty four hours a day. It has always worked. I haven't had to use it except for test purposes and one time when I accidentally activated it. That time the response came on right away but I didn't realize it was me that they were trying to talk to. Generally, when I test, they are also very prompt and answer adequately.

Some of the other ones I looked at didn't quite cover as much, so I kind of questioned whether I should get one or not. When I found they covered me all over the United States, I signed up. When I talked to them on the phone, they explained everything to me about how to use the device. It was all very simple, I just have to wear it, but they called back to make sure everything was ok. They checked in on me several times when I accidentally pushed the button and asked me if I was alright or if I needed help. They are very alert.

My ninety year old mother is living with me. Every time I leave the house, she wears the medical guardian attachment so that if she falls she can get a hold of someone. It sure is comfortable for me to be able to leave the house without worrying. The device is easy to wear and it recharges easily. It's very convenient for my mom. I researched a few companies and liked Medical Guardian the best. I have done the check to make sure it's functioning and it works the way it's supposed to work. To be honest I don't particularly like wearing the pendant or whatever we call it because it irritates my neck. I tend to use the watch article the most. The main thing that I needed was something that ensured my calls would be answered right away, and Medical Guardian could do that. I wear it around my neck at all times, including the base and everything that comes with it. I don't even notice that I have it on me. They're always prompt in answering my calls. I called them once when I fell and couldn't get up from the floor. They got someone to help me immediately. I was very happy about that. If I have to call them for any other reason, they always answer and are always very nice. It serves its purpose.

I saw it advertised and decided to call in and check it out. I got it for my mother in law because she's elderly. She likes the wristband that looks like a watch. It's pretty simple to use, the buttons are easy to see just like everything else on the panel. She feels very comfortable with it. I've been with Medical Guardian for 2 years now. My daughter was looking for the best service and my grandson helped her. Together they decided to get this as a gift. I like it but I only use it around my neck, I haven't tried the wrist piece. It works well when I push it. The only problem that I've had is with the light on it. I just saw a red light blinking and got worried about it. I just had a feeling that it shouldn't be there. My daughter came down and talked to someone very nice about it. They worked things out and fixed it. I have no complaints about it.

My son in law decided to get it. He's here with me but he's not home often, so it has been useful. I've had it for a couple of years now and I wear it everyday. I don't have to worry if I fall down, all I have to do is press the button if that happens. With it, I also don't need to keep my phone around all the time. I can go grocery shopping with it, get my stuff, my basket, take the things that I need, and load it up, without having to carry a lot of extra things with me. It's not like I go out much by myself, but there's always somebody with me when I do. I've never had a problem with it but I have ruined the wristband now...

I'm my husband's caregiver, he's 96 and I'm 94. I always have a terrible time getting him up and helping him get dressed. My daughter did some research on these companies for us. I looked at ratings and considered which one would have the quickest contact as far as initiating the system went. They were the quickest and also had the most reasonable price out there. In the end I picked it for my mother to have. She hasn't had to use it much, it's just a safety thing in case she falls and stuff like that. Other than the wristband breaking down I haven't had any problems with it at all. Even that was alright since we had insurance and it was covered. Everything has been good. When we have errors that set the alarm off, they get to us pretty fast. I've also run a few tests and those have gone well too. It seems to work well, the response is good and it's all simple to understand. With my mother's condition though I'm not sure it's going to be beneficial to us, she has memory deficiency problems.

I got it because the price was good and I liked that it was all US based. It's convenient, I have the portable one and the one that has a GPS feature. I wear it when I go out to walk the dog and stuff like that. I call them just to make sure that it's still working and they always respond really quickly. Oh, it's great to have if you live alone or have any pre-existing medical conditions. However, if you get too close to a counter top or to a buffet steam table, it becomes too sensitive & goes off. You don't know how many times they've contacted me or a cousin over a false alarm. It's only now, many months later, that I finally tumbled to how to "intercept" a false alarm signal. Don't get me wrong. I'm very glad it works. It's just too sensitive so if you're near any counter or steam table, y7ou have to wear it backwards. Also, I wish they made a "watch" version & I wish, like the competition, they made a waterproof button that attached to the shower wall or tub wall so it could be used therew, tioo.

Professional, prompt response. Would have given you a 5, but there was some difficulty getting back to the person who gave me information initially, when it was time to order. My name was spelled wrong, despite telling Customer Service about it. Also, a major problem in the literature that doesn't explain what shows up in the Caller ID window to identify it's Medical Guardian. I accidently pushed the button, and because I didn't recognize the number that was calling, the fire department showed up, along with an extremely nervous son. I wrote a letter about that, as well, suggesting something be put in the literature to let people know it's your company calling in case they hit the button by mistake, as I did. I didn't answer the phone because I thought it was a robo call. Customer Service could do a better job, but the responders were wonderful.None
