I'm pleased with the service they've offered me so far. The service is great and they answer any questions that I have. The response I've gotten from them has always been very quick. On October 13th of last year I had a very quick low blood sugar episode where I ended up falling on the floor and rolling around. I set the alarm off and they responded quickly. By the time the paramedics got here my blood sugar was at 23. They saved my life that time. Having it gives me a lot of freedom to go out that I wouldn't have otherwise.

I called them and I was just impressed with the gentleman that I spoke with. He explained everything to me really well and, since the price was really good too, I decided to just go with Medical Guardian. The button is very comfortable. The only time I press it is when I do the monthly check on it. They're always very polite, courteous, and helpful when they respond. I'm very happy with the company and the service.

I looked at the reviews of companies that were listed at the very top and compared them to each other. They covered everything that I wanted and I liked that they had the remote system that lets you travel with it. Since their rates were not as high as others and provided more, I just went with them. I've never had to use it, but when I've accidentally bumped it, they responded immediately. I was able to just cancel the alarm and everything was fine.

I wear it all the time. I haven't had any situation where I needed them to come out and get me. However, there was one time when I was coming up from the basement. It was very high, I tripped and fell off. They came on right away and talked with me to check if I needed help. Apparently the thing just knew when I fell and things worked out for me after that. They are very accommodating and I trust them.

They are much better than the other company I had. I haven't used it much lately but I have a tendency to fall and I'm usually unable to get back up on my own. Whenever that happens I push the button and ask them to call security in the place where I live so they can come for me. Their response time is good, I'm pretty happy with it. Of course, I would prefer if I didn't have to wait at all. I always get a phone ringing before somebody answers and after that I have to wait for them to contact someone else to help me. I wish I could just go straight to whoever can come for me. I like the way it works though. I'm pleased with it and I'll continue using it.

It's for my mother. I picked it because it was reasonably priced and we didn't need to hook it up to a telephone line for it to work. The one time she should've used it she forgot she had it on her wrist. I've never had a problem with it though, it seems to be doing pretty well so far. They've always been there for us when we test it. We haven't tried moving it around and testing it, so we'll do that next month.

Any time I've called them they take good care of her and solve the problem or issue. The only thing is that it is not loud enough. It's comfortable to know that my parents have it in case they need it.

I'm 93, almost 94 years old. After my husband died my children were after me so I would either move closer to them or get Medical Guardian. Since I didn't want to move, I got it. My son is the one that installed everything and pushed the button to test it. When he did, the ambulance responded right away and my next door neighbor came out. Usually I wear the device around my neck everyday when I get up from my bed, when I go to the front door to get the mail, or do that kind of thing. I feel secure having it in case I need it. I'm not really happy with the price though, it's a little high especially considering that I don't use it much.

I saw an advertising for them and realized that I needed it. My husband works and sometimes has to work double shift. Because of that I'm alone at home a lot, so I keep the device on me all day long. The button has given me no problem whatsoever. It works the way it's supposed to. They are very alert and always take care of me. I've made a couple of mistakes and called by accident, but I let them know that I'm ok and they're very nice about it.

I did a little research and looked at reviews before picking them for the person that uses it. She lives 75 miles away from me and, on a typical day, she wears the device around her neck. It seems to work when we do the occasional test run. The time she used it they informed me right away and updated me on things as the situation progressed. I called different places and felt that the gentleman from Medical Guardian that explained everything to me was very kind and courteous. When I called them back, they answered right away. After that I just had a really good gut feeling about it and chose it for my mother. She has tested it to make sure it's still working. We have not had to use it for an emergency. Actually, it has been years since we last pushed the button on purpose or by accident. Whenever we pushed it though we got an immediate response. I'm satisfied with the way the system works. The one thing I don't really like is that they said that emails would be sent out to the people in our emergency list if anything happened. That does us absolutely no good in an emergency situation. The situation was addressed though and even if its an accidental push they call the people and also send them emails.

I'm the neighbor of the person that uses Medical Guardian and whenever something happens they usually call me. So far he has used it 3 times already. They usually call him first when the alarm goes off but, since he is hard of hearing, they end up calling me. When he needs it, they sent out the paramedics and send him to the hospital. It definitely works, they respond right away and are very friendly and helpful. It doesn't cost much money, but it's definitely worth it.

I had an accident before getting it where I ended up unconscious on the floor and had nobody to help me until I woke up. That was the reason I got it. I've never had to use it, but I feel comfortable having it now. I think that everybody that is getting older should get one of these just in case. Most days there's no one around in the house with me. So, on a typical day, I put it on in the morning and keep it on me until I go to bed. I use the bracelet, because I just don't like wearing pendants or necklaces all the time. It's not comfortable for me. I haven't had to use it yet but I've tested it in various areas of the house and it works well everywhere. They always come through and whenever I call them for that, or if I have any questions, they are very kind and courteous. It's well worth whatever it costs. I trust them and I know it will work in case of a real emergency.

A niece that works with doctors recommended this one to me. They have given me good service so far. I call in once a month to check it. They answer within 4 or 5 minutes, which is a good policy. I just tell them it's a test and not an emergency and everything is fine. They are always very kind, polite, and caring. Right now it's there as a sort of a back up support in case I need it. I feel like it's a good unit and a good thing to have.

Even though my health is not that great, I know I can relay on it and I'll be safe. The necklace is always on me. One time my little dog jumped on me and pressed the button accidentally. I saw some ads and decided to go with them. I'm 86 years old and have MS, so I'm kind of crippled. I fell down once so I pressed my mechanism to get help. It took several seconds for them to respond, but when they finally came on they did what they needed to do. Things were ok in the end, though it felt like I was waiting for several minutes before they responded.

I have to take care of my mother who is 93 years old. I'm in my seventies so it's a really good thing to have around. She usually has it around her neck and if we ever need it, all we have to do is grab the button and push it to get help. We've had to use it 3 times already. On one occasion my mother fell out of bed and hit her head so bad that it split and she started bleeding. They responded right away and asked us if we needed help. Billing Issues; RECEIPT of paper bill does NOT allow enough time for payment to be sent back & rec'd by due date!!!!!!!!! Paper statement preferred by & to Lacey's; payment sent back same day bill rec'd & then not getting posted as paid by due date. This has been an ongoing problem since sign up last year. Parents very upset when notice rec'd of payment overdue when they comply as soon as possible for them . They WILL NOT do transactions electronically and 10+ business days should be sufficient time from check put in mail to payment posted on account. Rep named Reggie has assured repeatedly that this will not be a continuing problem, but it has been!

The invoice generates automatically in their system on their due date, but there is a period of 20 days after that for them to pay their bill. My daughter got it for me. We talked about a few different options and she said that this was the one that I should get, so we got it. I wear it all the time around my neck and usually I don't even notice it's there. I only really take it off at night, but I keep it close by. I've been satisfied with it. The reviews I read about them were very compelling, so I thought I'd try it. I haven't used it yet, I just keep it around my neck. It's comfortable. At one point I thought I had lost my neck pendant, so I called them up and asked them to send me another one. A little after I figured out where I had left it, so I called them back and told them I had found it. They said that was alright, they would still send one my way and I just had to call them to activate it once it got to me. That way I would have an extra piece just in case.

We saw the advertisements for them when we were looking around and just decided to sign up. The equipment is very easy to manage and there's clear directions for how to use it. After I had a very mild stroke my children got worried about me. One of my sons looked into this and I decided to go with it. I've had it for some 3 years and so far things have been good. There hasn't been an occasion where I had to use it and I have had very little trouble since the stroke. I usually put the medallion down in my bra to keep it from bouncing around. That way it doesn't bother me at all. I think I've caused them more trouble than anything though. You see, I like washing my hair on the sink. So when I do that I bend over and the necklace gets pushed and sets the alarm off. I apologize whenever that happens, but the gentleman that responds always says that as long as I'm ok, it's alright. From the few times I've talked with them, they've been very nice and I'm completely satisfied with it.

I have cancer and other things that are going physically wrong with my body. Because of that, my wife thought that I needed something to be safe, even when she wasn't at home with me. We picked Medical Guardian out of 3 companies we looked at and things have been good. I was out one day during the summer when it was 103 degrees outside. For whatever reason, I felt myself passing out and pushed my button. Next thing I know, the EMTs were there with an ambulance and I was on my way to the hospital. Everything worked well and after that I knew they were on top of things. I trust them. It's almost like having a blanket when you're cold. You've got to make sure that you're fully covered, and I know what Medical Guardian can do just that.

As far as I could find, they were the only company that could provide me with a medical alert system that worked with cellular technology instead of being connected to a landline. We've used it several times for both of the senior citizens that live in my house. They've both fallen when we weren't around and had to use it to call for emergency services. They've responded quickly every time and they don't take too long to call for emergency services when needed. It does what I need it to do and it gives us peace of mind.

My husband fell a lot so, the moment he saw the advertisement for it he thought it was a good idea. The button is pretty great, he can just wear it around his neck. I've had to use it several times in the last 2 years since I had a surgery. It's a nuisance to wear, but it's very good when you need it. I've passed out a couple of times and fallen once, and they have been on the phone immediately every time. Within ten minutes or so, the paramedics are always out there to help me and take me to the hospital. Other services call you constantly and it can get annoying after a while, but Medical Guardian doesn't pester me a lot. I mean, they keep in touch and help me with any problems, but they don't bother me. The price is good too.

I did some market research on my own and decided to get this for my father. He used it probably a week after we first got it. He just pushed the button and they got him medical help. They always pick up the phone and even give us suggestions and options on how to use the product. The only thing is that there are a lot of adapters and things that you have to buy separately and it's very cumbersome. It's all just more stuff to add to what you already have.

They had all the features that I needed and I didn't need to stay in my house for it to work, I could take it with me everywhere, that's why I picked them. I used it once when I fell outside my home and broke my bones. They were able to get my neighbor and an ambulance out there to help me. It does take them a long time to respond when I press the button. I have to wait for them to answer and if I was in trouble that wouldn't be good. It's also a bit pricey but it's worth it.

I got to a point in my life where I needed to have some way to alert other people if I had any problems. That's why I got Medical Guardian. I wear it on my wrist and it works fine. I got it since it's mobile and they had the key holder where you can put the key for emergency services to use. The other company that I had basically said that, if I used the emergency alert, they person that came by would have to break the door down to help me. The thought of that was really terrifying to me since I live alone and I can't afford another expense like this one. I looked around on the internet and went with them because they were highly rated. So far I've had no problems. Anytime I've called they've been very nice and give me the answers that I ask for. Thankfully I haven't had to use it so far. I really just test it once a month to make sure it works and I've had no problems with it. The only thing is that I had to change the monitor's location so it could get a better signal, but I'm not sure they'll be able to hear me since it's not as close to my bedroom or bathroom.

I used to drive hundreds of miles to see my daughter and Medical Guardian could protect me all the way there. I no longer do that though. The person that I talked to convinced me of getting it. He gave me all the details and particular advantages of the system and it just seemed to be perfect compared to what I had seen before. The button is easy enough to carry and wear. It's also not so bulky or inconvenient. I haven't had to use it yet, but I keep pressing the button by mistake. They get in contact with me immediately though and they're always very prompt and helpful.
