Mary, thank you for the review. Your Classic Guardian has a range of up to 1300 feet, one of the longest in the industry for a home based unit. Even if you are out of speaking range of the unit, if our operators are unable to hear you for any reason, we will assume an emergency is taking place and proceed accordingly. Alternatively, we also have mobile based units that may better meet your needs if you remain fairly active. Betty, thank you for the feedback. Generally speaking, false alarms can be minimized if you are wearing your neck pendant at chest length. Wearing it lower may sometimes cause it to swing around and lead to false alarms. Major advantage is the gps component. Was a disadvantage when billing. Was billed for an entire year without being apprised in conversation.

I've never had to use it, but I've talked to customer service twice and everything was okay. Just that they don't call you like once a month to make sure the device is working, but I guess if I was in trouble it would work.

I saw in advertising on channel, that's how come I chose it, but they lied to me about the price and I had to cancel it because I'm a senior citizen and I'm on a fixed income and I thought it was going to be around $40 a month instead they're charging me $121 a month, they're taking it automatically out on my account.
