I cannot accurately rate Medical Guardian because, thankfully, I haven't had to use it. Service when ordering and set up was fine. I do not loke my watch-type device...comfortable but big, black, bulky and very masculine. And the excess strap length keeps coming out of the "holding bands"! Wish there were another option!

Don’t like that it blinks and you can see it through your clothes and that I have to charge it every four days. They couldn’t help me hen I called to complain about it.

Make it smaller and lighter to wear it around you neck. They should have designed it more like a pendant for females. They answered right away and it works good.
