I picked it for my mother based on online reviews. Customer service is always very responsive to any questions we have. It's always easy to get a hold of them and they answer quickly. The technology seems to be up to date, it doesn't fail or anything. We test it every month to check it and we've seen no problems. Having it makes us feel safe.
My son picked it for me. I haven't had any reason to use it yet, the only time I talked with customer service was to check the unit once. I'm a bit concerned about the button though. The wrist unit has come off a couple of times while I slept with it. The straps don't seem to hold on that well and if the band slides down your arm or moves a bit, that can evidently unhook the band.

Customer service has been fantastic. Whenever we've needed to talk with them they've been available. They've also been extremely helpful when we have questions. Everyone has been very dependable, we've even been notified when the battery of the device gets low. I feel very secure with my father having it since I know that somebody will be there for him if he needs it.
I didn't really get it myself. I had fallen and broken my hip, so while I was in rehab she went and got it all fixed up for me. I've had it for a little over year now and I haven't had to use it. I do think that price-wise it's a little high.
We investigated online and looked at reviews and ratings until we found what we wanted to get for my dad. Everything that I was told when I got it was very accurate. Every time we check to make sure that everything is connected and working, they respond and things work. Even when he lost the thing, they sent us another one immediately. My dad uses it whenever he's home alone. He feels very secure having it around his neck.

I had ordered another one that just wouldn't work where I lived and next thing I know, my daughter ordered Medical Guardian for me. Things have been fine since then. I like the fact that I can have both the necklace and the bracelet as options. I've accidentally set it off once and they were there immediately and called my daughter.
Recently I went through a divorce. Around that time a good friend of mine had a heart attack and that made me think about my own situation. I live alone and even though I'm in good health at my age, I thought I needed to have something to get help if anything happened. After a bit of research I found Medical Guardian and I decided to contact them and got it. I have not had to use it, but I wear it everyday and don't even notice that it's there. I drive a lot to go to work, so take it with me in case I ever need it. I also do my monthly checks and people are always nice. Anytime I had questions, they were always good about helping me and putting my worries at ease. I couldn't ask for anything more from them.
I got it as a gift from my daughter since I live on my own. The button is easy to use. I have the wrist band on me everyday. When summer time comes I may switch to the necklace since I don't want it to show too much. I tried calling them and it took quite a while before I could get through to someone. My daughter was the one that happened to read about it. She liked the sound of it and since I'm in Florida and I live on my own she wanted me to have it as safety. I'm 89 and I do a lot of walking, usually just a couple of miles, so I take it with me when I do that. I feel much safer walking with it, even if it's just inside my condo. Usually, I put it around my neck in case something happens, even while I'm in bed at night. I depend on it so much.
I just googled things and found them. I like the range it has, I can take it outside with me. The button is very comfortable and everything seems to be working great so far. We've called in to do some testing and every time everyone has been very quick to respond and very friendly.
I picked them out from the internet for my mother, that was it. She used it once when she was feeling ill and couldn't get to the phone. They were very responsive and called me. She also accidentally touched the button once and they were good about that. I think it does its job.
They were just the first ones I called. I have the necklace on all the time. I've used it once and it worked very well. They call me every once in a while to see how I'm doing. They've helped me reset the thing and are just a good bunch of people.
I heard good things about it, so I just got it for my mother. I know it works. A lot of times they will call her when she doesn't need it. Though there was one time she did need them and they were there for her.
The coverage they offered and the price were the main reasons I picked it. I've never had to use it, thank god. I've had no problems with them, though I'm still waiting to get a callback this month.

My daughter found it for me. She investigated everywhere and decided this one would be best for me. I haven't had to use it yet but when I called them to check in on the button everyone was very nice. I'm pleased to have it.
If I press the button, customer support comes right on and respond. The service is extraordinarily expensive.
We've had to use it twice. My husband has had a stroke and he fell in his in his bedroom and I could not hear him because I was at the other end of the house and so he pushed that he was able to reach his necklace and he pushed a button and I heard the intercom then which is in our living room say you know help is on the way and then I ran in there and he was on the floor but had he not had that to push I don't know how long he would lay there. They're just very dependable always there and I'm so happy that we did this and now my husband is in a nursing home and now I wear one of the necklaces that we were given so I don't know if the if I keep both necklaces it's still the same price if I would send one back is it less price or.

I decided on it because I could take it with me, I didn't have to have it just in the house. The necklace the one you put around your neck, that got of twisted and I couldn't untwist it so I had to cut the necklace part off and I that way I have to carry it around in my pocket. I can access them quickly, its easy to use.
It had the best benefits for the best price. I've never had to use it I mean we test it once a month and all but we never used it. Anytime we've ever had questions or called or any concerns are all they've answered all the questions and taking care of everything. I think its very efficient I mean it works every time you know and one time my mom some reason it had malfunctioned and like reported a call.
They answered right away when I accidentally bumped it. No I like it, I feel safe with it. I don't worry when I have it on because I know they will answer.

I do wish I could have something a little bit smaller that my dad could wear around his neck. It's just really big and bulky right now.

My son got it for me for my birthday. He made sure to pick a company that I would be comfortable with, even though he lives in another state. I wear the necklace and always put it on first thing in the morning. I feel secure and comfortable having them.
They were the simplest company to go with. Customer service has been responsive when I call them with questions. Typically I wear the button when no one's at home or if I'm going some place by myself. Though there are times when I'm not sure if the button is working.
