During a routine monthly "test" of the transmitters, it took several MINUTES for the call center to connect and respond. Even once a connection was made, we were unable to effectively communicate with the representative.

It is very heavy and leaves a sore on my neck. The clip is not very secure. I cannot use it in the shower.. I have not had to call to use it so answering the following questions is hard.

The light on the base is much too bright and must be hidden behind a trunk. Also in your internet advertisement there is a smaller base, cheaper and more preferred.
