Necklace is too heavy. I have never needed to use the system since I've got it. But wish the necklace was smaller and lighter weight. I find it annoying.

Because they auto billed my 2nd 6mo agreement on Apr 12th this year (1st 6-month period ended Mar 30th) and I cancelled it immediately upon receiving their invoice and they told me to return equipment which I did within 2 days. Still they refunded only 3/4 of their charges. (my spouse had passed away.) We never had occasion to use the service!

Don’t like the wrist band because it is too tight and doesn’t fit my wrist. The necklace is too big and bulky. Either way they probably both stay on the table. I never use it. I think it is a waste of time and it doesn’t cover me outside of the house. If I fell down at the mailbox it would do me no good.

Was rated In top ordered and then canceled as 5 days later the equipment was still not being mailed out. Was lied to by customer service person on Sat who told me equipment would be overnighted and would get today Tues then when called today had not even been processed

I have had problems with the device and called several days ago. They couldn't solve the problem and had someone call me back. That person said some tech would have to look into it to make it work. No one ever called.I called the other day but no one in the office due to holiday. I will try calling back again.

I don't like the fact that it has to be charged for so long daily. I think that kind of defeats the purpose because my mother will charge it but then forget to put it back on.

Hello Dorothy, thank you for review! We would highly recommend charging the device overnight and have it close to her bed if possible to ensure that she would be able to reach if during the night if she were to need it. When she gets up on in the morning, it will be fully charged.
