It took us a while to set it up. They taught me how to use it and were very cooperative. I don't like the cord it's ugly but that's not a problem.

The button did not work in my mom's home. Customer service told me that it could be because of aluminum siding or a metal roof. If this is the case, why is that information not apparent on their website or documentation. I could find nothing about that.

Medical Guardian automatically deducted money from my account without having authorization for a second year of service. When I contacted them, they said return the device. I sent a he device back and they only refunded a portion. I've called multiple times and talked to multiple people with no results and without a full refund.

Yet the tracking said they did. I feel as if they scam the elderly. I would give them a negative star if they had it

Billing after cancelling service. Not updating recordd with new address, and sending bills only after they are past due. Sending more equipment after cancelling service to wrong address. Bad communication. Very shady practices.
