I like the security it gives you and the peace of mind it gives you and your children. My son travels all over the country and thought I needed it so I got it to make him happy and it makes me feel safe because I do live in the country and I don’t have any access to fast help if I have a serious problem. I get around pretty good for my age, 79 years old and I hope I never have to use it but I know it is available. The company called me back when I tested it, it was wonderful.

When we first ordered it, part of the activation was to call and test it. We did it and we got an immediate response. We told them it was a test and we felt really good about using it for the future because we got a quick response. I spoke with the really nice man that helped us and walked us through the whole process. Very nice, patient young man. We got everything through the main and I've had a couple people follow up with a phone call to make sure that everything was good.

It works. I had to make one call and emergency personnel arrived within minutes. They didn't have my new garage code, so they had to break a window; but the company is going to make good on it. We are not sure why the new code was not transmitted. That was corrected immediately after the mishap. Mistakes happen, and I was extremely pleased by their offer to help.

I am very happy with Medical Guardian, they are very fast and very polite. At first I had trouble with the necklace being too long and I tried to shorten it but I was not ale to and it makes false phone calls every time I bend down to wash my face. I gave them a hard time in the beginning and then a friend of mine came over and shortened it and I haven’t had any more problems and I’ve been very happy.

I trust Medical guardian. It gives me confidence that I will have a response in the event I have a fall or some other emergency. In at least two occasions with the past month, I have had falls where I punched the pendant and I had a response and the fire department here within about fifteen to twenty minutes. They helped me get to my feet. It is not an overstatement to say this pendant saved my life.

Recommended Medical guardian to a couple of people who are in the apartments I live in, we’re all retired people, because I like the security of having it because I am in a wheelchair and sometimes I fall and then I don’t have anybody to help. One time in particular, I feel down and spent almost six hour on the floor so having Medical Guardian is great because it works and someone comes on right away and wants to know if I need help. The only problem I have had it they were sending me things saying my machine was not working and they had to fox it right up.

The security helps a lot, knowing help id just a press of a button away. I feel secure having it on my wrist because I had problems with my equilibrium at times and the system makes me feel more secure in the house. It is convenient to use and it was no problem hooking it up or anything. I am really satisfied. The customer service representatives were caring people who wanted to make sure I was protected. They want 110 percent satisfaction.

They've always been very courteous and very prompt. The device has excellent quality. I haven't really have to use it but the few times that I accidentally call them, they responded well. I like that it works in the shower. It's tested quite often but I never had to use it. When I'm working at the sink I sometimes lean against it and that presses the button and they call to see if everything is alright and I just feel silly that I have to tell them I'm fine. Ot's just a stupid mistake but so far it's been great.

It's compact and it works anywhere outside in addition to working inside. It's basically a good unit. I had one unfortunate test I was in another state in Utah and I though I would try make sure it works alright because I was still a new a customer of yours and I've got your attendant and I described that this was just strictly a test and that everything was alright and I was just testing it. But lo and behold you people want to head and alerted all the other people on my list and the ambulance showed up at my house in California and while I was in Utah and that cause stirred up a lot of concern with my family members that are on the phone. And I can understand why that happened because I explained very clearly I thought that this is just a test and that I was alright and why you people when they head and alerted and so here the ambulance showed up to my house in California and no no Sir. And my family members straighten it out. I don't know why that happened because the person at the other end was able to answer my questions when I talked.

What I like about medical guardian is like I have the device that you could wear around your wrist and I've had other systems but like I felt that they were really bulky you know hanging around my neck so this one is really working for me and I'm keeping it on which is good because the other one I was constantly taking it off because it bothered me you know.

It is easy to deal with. You can either put the necklace around your neck or you can put the band on your arm. I like the choice of that. I use one or the other at all times. I accidentally hit the button on the necklace and it was just a matter of a few minutes before someone answered me and wanted to know if I needed help. I said no I accidentally hit the button and she said that's quite alright I'm glad you didn't need any help.

I have tested it a couple times. They have always been pleasant and tell me what to do. I have two bracelets and a necklace. The plastic bands that come with it are uncomfortable. My daughter found another band on Amazon that's more flexible and guardian works just fine with it. I love it. I don't go without it. It has given me more freedom. I would recommend it for anyone.

It's very easy to use. I have a nice necklace, it's pretty. So far I haven't had to use it but I accidentally set it off three or four times. They're always so nice about it when I call so I really like them. It's been accidentally tested several times and it works really good. They come on really quickly and ask if they can help me. The only objection I have is the cord around my neck is too long. It gets between me and the counter or the table and other things and it presses the button. I keep pushing the button when I'm doing the dishes and other things because I have a large belly. About a month ago, I fell out on our front porch and I pressed the button and they called my daughter and they called the paramedics and I went to the hospital and I was very thankful I had it. I've always gotten a response when I pushed the button accidentally and they were very good about calling my daughter when I set off the alarm.'

I spend a lot of time at home by myself and since I don't have a crystal ball to tell me what could possibly go wrong, I thought it best to err on the side of caution and get a medical alert system. I hope I never need to call for help, but I like the sense of security I feel knowing I could call for help if I needed it. This particular system is best for me because it has a long range. Whether I'm in the house or out in the yard, I'm covered.

Because of the GPS and the cell service I can go where I need to go and not have to worry. I can push the button in another state and still get a live operator and someone to get me help if I need it. I find that when I have talked to the folks at medical guardian everyone wants to make sure I'm doing well not just that I'm a client. I tested it last week. Within 10 seconds I had someone online with me.

It's a good device. I don't like caring the receiver on my belt all day. At first I had the device that notifies when you fall. The first day I had it I was on a ladder and my daughter showed up but I was fine. The second day I must have bumped it and they called it. The third day I don't know what set it off but an ambulance was in the yard. So I got rid of that because it was too sensitive.

It really surpassed my expectations. My mother had a medical alert system and she couldn't travel with it so I like the fact it travels with me if I go to the next town to see my niece and nephew. I had to use it the last several weeks because I had back surgery and the medicine they put me on was causing me to fall and when I fell I couldn't get back up. The people who got on with me were very calm and tried to calm me down and talked to me until the squad got here.

I wear it all the time during the day. No problems whatsoever. I tested it when I first got it. I hit it on the table and they called. I said sorry it was an accident and everything's fine. Anytime I've needed them they've alway been there. It is kind of hard to tell when I need to charge it. I keep it by the bed at night because it's uncomfortable to wear.

They seem to respond quickly. Two times I accidentally sent an alert due to falling asleep on the device that hangs around my neck, the alarm sounded and there was a quick response. Once I accidentally pushed the alarm button with my car door and there was a quick response. I changed so as to wear the wrist alarm to bed.I've had the system two years and my family is relieved that I have it.

I feel very comfortable with the medical device and I wear it most all the time because I'm here alone. I used it when I got locked out of my house and the company called my son and he came and got it open for me. So, that was a good experience. They've called me several times to check to make sure I was okay. I don't think it's too expensive and it certainly gives me peace of mind. I like that they have a code lock on the front door so if I have the house locked someone can still come and help me.

We did try another company and we were not satisfied at all. We switched to Medical Guardian and think their whole set up is wonderful. They are good about explaining everything and are easy to understand. The equpmpent is easy to use. The customer service is immediately there for you and they are so polite and nice. I really love that I can go anywhere in the United States with it. I am really pleased with it. I have already recommended it to friends and tell people about it when they ask what it is. I fell one morning and could not get up so I had to use it. The firemen were right there within about five minutes. I like that there is front door box where you can put your key so they don't have to break your door to get in.

I used it a year and a half ago when I fell outside my car. You just push the button and they call in usually less than thirty seconds. I told them I couldn't get up because half of me was in my car and the other half was laying on the pavement. Within probably two minutes the ambulance showed up and took me to the hospital. From the time I pushed the button to the time I was in the ambulance was probably fifteen minutes max. Medical Guardian has been a great company and to this point I have no complaints.

I feel more secure when I have it because I never know when I'm going to tripped over my own toes and fall or something like that. Then I know that I've got a way to contact someone if I happened to be home alone when I have an accident. When I have tested it they have responded very quickly. One time I woke up on the floor and I don't remember how I got there or how long I had been there. I just push the button and got someone to talk and they sent out help right away. I used it and didn't have to spend the night on a floor so that was the best thing. I accidentally fell on my living room floor and I couldn't get up and then I remembered the button and I pushed it and the ambulance came within a few minutes and took me to the hospital. I had broken my hip. I was very pleased to have something. I couldn't reach my phone or anything else because I couldn't move and nothing was within reach so Medical Guardian was very helpful.

I appreciate the sense of security. It's very easy to have around my neck here in the house. I only wear it in the house and it is nice because I don't have to worry about it once it's set up. The only thing I don't like is that I can't use it outside but I knew that going in so that's okay. I had a choice between two and I liked what they said about this one. It's comfortable around my neck, it's not too heavy. I don't push it accidentally and it's shaped so you don't bump it and if it goes off you really have to squeeze it and I like that. The only thing I wish is that it had a longer range, it is only effective here in the apartment and I wish I had something when I was out feeding the cats and dogs and working outside. Any time I do the monthly check, they answer right away. It serves its purpose for the amount of money I pay.

It's great quality and convenient. It is nice that it is portable but I do wish the speaker was attached to the pendant for walks instead of a separate thing you have to carry if you go somewhere. If you push the button, they are right there to talk to you and ask you what is wrong. They respond quickly to all questions and if I don't understand, they are right there to help me.

I think the device is fine. I like that it is sensitive and if you really needed it, you could barely touch it, and somebody is there. Sometimes you have to be careful. Even though I am not that old, sometimes I bump it and I get worried about doing that. I don't want to alert anybody. I've been really pleased with the feedback and that they check on me, even when it was the flu, they got right back to me.

Easy to work with in representing my mother. Answered questions regarding costs at end of service due to a bad experience with another company and MG has appropriate small restocking fee of device and honors the extended warranty we pay for on the device. The other company did not. MG device much easier to use for my mother than prior company''s device. Their packages were set up to not be charging her for a feature she didn''t need or want to use. Overall, they provide an excellent service with at a lower cost and are currently rated the best medical alert company available. I can see why.

I get good answers from them and they're always there and very polite. I like the fact that the base unit is small. I can take it with me wherever I need to go. I like that somebody would stay on the line if I needed them. I'm very happy with it. I investigated several other companies and they're about the same price, but Medical Guardian had better service.

At night when I have the charger in the bedroom, it's like ten feet away from me and the green light is so bright I have to be careful that I'm not looking that way when I'm sleeping. It flashes and it's quite bright. They were very helpful when we set it up and I haven't had to use it but they were very nice and very good when we called to find out about it before we decided to purchase it. It was because of the information that was give and the person that we spoke to that we decided to purchase it.

It's a very convenient device. The charging unit stopped charging and it was replaced but the replacement is okay. I tested it twice. I had some inconveniences with the person that I was speaking to at the time I was testing it. There needs to be a better explanation as to what to expect in terms of the call back. I was staying in a different room than the base unit so I actually missed the call and wasn't prepared in advance and knowing the sequence of the test. I called in when there was a red light on my base unit and it was showing it wasn't working to recharge. They said they would get a replacement overnight but the first one was actually the wrong part and then it was six days. It was a little excessive for delivery.

Everything has been positive so far. I have talked to several people and they've always been very nice and I could count on them. It seems to be a good device. I tested it this week and everything went fine. I was a little upset that my electrical outlet next to my bed didn't give it enough power so I have to keep it in my bathroom, but that is my fault not there's. I recommended it one of my friends.

I like having a security of my elderly parent having a way to contact someone is she should need help. We tested it and they answered very promptly and were very helpful and cordial. We stopped using the wrist button because she would accidently bump it on thing setting off a false alarm. Instead we use the necklace button and we haven't had any problems with it.

It's very easy to set up. I spoke with them yesterday about taking off a contact and adding one so it's very easy to update all your contacts and such. I didn't have to go through a whole lot of waiting. I tested it when I first received it and it came on right away so the response time was very high. t I feel very comfortable that if I needed that if I need to use it the response time be very quick.

They were very informative when I contacted them. When I tested it it was all done very quickly and they were very professional. I like that the one you wear around your neck is smaller than the other ones and that they also have a bracelet. They also have the thing that you put on the door for the E. M. T. so they can get into the house without breaking the door down which was a real big selling point for me.

She pushed her button and was immediately answered and the proper medical personnel dispatched to her house. Buttons are big and easy for my ninety two year old grandma to use and the person who answers when we test it is loud enough. They stay on the line and knew her by name. Their customer support is really good too. There was no sales pressure. There is no commitment. It is easy to set up and the device works with no problems. It's good for your money and they are trustworthy.

Would definitely recommended. I like that my grandmother is able to press it at any time and just get an emergency service or me or my aunt. When we tested it the operator was talking through the device like a phone. I didn't know much when I signed up but it was a really fast process and they made it easy for me. I trust the company and the technology. I really like and so does my grandmother.

The young man was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and gave me the price and just told me what I had to do and what to expect. I've had to use my system one time and they were johnny on the spot. I used it one time and I hit the wrong button and they called me back right away and checking on me. The customer service was absolutely great. I was very comfortable. I have automatic pay and having automatic pay every month really comes in handy.
