We've seen several online reviews and we've also called a couple of different companies. Medical Guardian just felt like the better company to work with. I bought it for my mother in law, but she's never used it up to now. The staff is very responsive, easy to deal with and proactive as well. They do a good job in answering all of the questions that are consistent.

We research online and Medical Guardian had the most features that we thought would be needed for our use. I have it for security and I've never had to use it, but I do keep it charged. I use it everywhere like when I'm in the shower. It just has all the features I need like the built in GPS. I don't have to worry about falling and no one finding me. They'll be able to locate and resolve those kind of issues.

My daughter and sister did some research on various companies that do the same work. They decided that Medical Guardian was the best company to go with because of all the online reviews they saw. Luckily I haven't had to use it at all, but I have mistakenly hit the device. I received a call and they asked if I needed a medical help. I said no, that it was just an accident. They've always answered my calls.

I just needed to have it in order to protect myself because I live alone. My children made the choice of getting it for me after I got deathly sick. I take the wristband with me everywhere I go. I just feel secure having it with me. I used it recently in January when I became ill. I was about to faint but I managed to push the medical alert button. They were at my door within 5 minutes. I think it's a very worthwhile thing to have for elderly people that live alone.

The research I did and the demeanor of the person I talked too, I told them my needs. Medical Guardian has fulfilled those needs on behalf of my deaf aunt. We even named the GPS George, so I always tell her to never leave the house without George. I like that Medical Guardian never charges you for mistakes or for tests. It's very comfortable for my aunt and simple to use. I would recommend Medical Guardian to anyone I know since it does the job.

I was in the hospital and my daughter did some research on medical support which is why I have it. I haven't used it yet, but it's good to know that if I need it I have it because I've fallen in the bath rub before and I was there for thirty hours. When I activated it they walked me through it since I'm not very good with technology. I had no issues.

I decided that we needed one since I'm going to be living alone and I've had some medical problems and my family wanted me to have some kind of device. It seemed like provided many things. I like their program best so I chose it. I have had an incident where it was set off accidentally. I'm a senior citizen and I took a fall that scared the life out of me. I live alone and when I told my daughter, we decided to search for something. She told me that Medical Guardian has the best deal and they cover you wherever you go. She's a nurse so I trusted her expertise. I've had no trouble with it. I haven't used it. The only time I have is when I call once a month to check up, just to make sure it works. I never take it off, I wear it while in the shower as well. I'm very pleased with the service.

I read up on it and it sounded very interesting and very reliable. I knew that my mom wouldn't go out without me so I know that it sounded like the right product for her. When my mother moved in with me she never left the house unless I was with her, but now that she has medical guardian she does. The customer service is great. We would check every once in a while. After a bad incident on where she fell and broke her wrist, we can't seem to find the device. We're ordering a new one.

I was watching TV and I saw an advertisement from our local news and they were highly right recommending Medical Guardian. We haven't had to use it except for when the power went out for my mother and she was scared to death. Every time I have any questions, they always give me the answers I need. I've never used it, thank goodness. I wear it as a bracelet and I usually place it on my nightstand. It's very comfortable to know that it's there whenever I'm alone. I had fallen in the past which is why I've gotten it. I'm happy to know that if the power goes out that it alerts me right away. I'm amazed on how fast they can answer. I'm very happy with the service. I know that if I should fall like in the past that someone is going to come and help me.

I went online and research a lot of different medical products like Medical Guardian. One of the main reasons was that in case my mother falls she would be talking to people from the United States, it's not outsourced or anybody out of the country which was a big deal for us. I called them and the representatives were terrific and very friendly. She uses it on her wrists like bracelets. She hits the button once a month to test it out. Thank goodness she hasn't fallen, but if she does, no matter where she is I know she can get the help she needs.

The price is excellent and I liked that I also get a lock box for my keys so they didn't have to break into my house to get to me if I have a problem. Our son made the decision, he is the one that provided this device for us. There have been times when I've fallen down and needed help to become more stable. If I recall correctly, I think I just saw it on TV and thought to check them out. I called in, and got started. I had to use it twice in one night. I had an infection, which I didn't know I had. I became very weak and fell. I managed to crawl to it and I think I pushed the button, though I don't remember. They responded, of course, but I wasn't taken to the hospital. Later on that night the same thing happened, I called, they alerted my son, and I was taken to the hospital. They did what they said they would do.

The necklace can go everywhere with her. It's semi-water proof too, so she can even take a shower with it. It's very convenient. My mom happens to fall quite often. I picked them for my mother because of the price and because we would get notified if she fell. She wears it 24/7 but does take it off at night and puts it to charge by her bed side. If it's not charged I get notices about that, just in case there's something wrong. One night she set it off accidentally and all of a sudden we heard someone talking. They were calling us to let us know that the alarm had gone off so I just told them I'd call her myself since she's hard of hearing. I was very impressed with that, especially because they responded immediately.

I just happened to find them on the internet and called them. I talked to someone, ordered it for my mom, and it was delivered. She's 94 and lives on her own so I gave it to her in case she fell and needed help. The button itself is very easy to use, which is something important for my mom. Customer support was helpful in getting it all set up. No one came to the house but we just plugged everything in, did a test run with them, and it worked. It was all very easy to do and we didn't have any problems. We've had a good experience with them.

I saw it somewhere on the internet. When one of their representatives called and explained it to me, it just sounded like a good choice, so I got it. I've tested it a couple of times and it works very well. They have answered all my questions and are right there in case I need them. I think I picked them because of the advertisements. The service is available anywhere you go but you have to bring the transmitter out with you, otherwise it won't work. When I pushed the button accidentally the rescue team got here in no time at all. I was embarrassed but at least from that I learned that they respond quickly. I did fall last month, but my family was here so I didn't need to use it.

Since I live in my daughter's house, she got this set up for me. I usually have the pendant around my neck when I'm by myself. I've had it for 3 years now and so far I've only used it once. They were very prompt though and they got in touch with someone that helped me right away. I got attention within five minutes of pressing the button. My only problem was not with Medical Guardian but with the ambulance service that they sent. I got a bill from them for $300 because I wasn't taken to the hospital and was treated at home.

The statistics showed me what they offered and the twenty four seven coverage That no matter where you are, you're covered. We don't use it, but if my husband has any complications I know that all I have to do is push the button and we'll receive help. I always do monthly tests and it's reassuring how attentive they are. I had a need for the service so, when I saw an ad on TV, I decided to get it. I've used it twice. Once I fell and passed out. Apparently I pushed the button though I don't remember doing that. The second time I fell and couldn't get up, so I pushed it. On that occasion my son was around so he helped me up and we told them we didn't need the help. It was the accessibility of the button and the radius for my grandmother in which she would be able to press the button and police or fire department can respond. My grandmother used it when she got stuck in the bathtub and the fire department showed up and got her the help we needed. We initially got Medical Guardian after a horrid incident where she had no one to help her and had to be in intensive care because of it. We like it because somebody responds immediately. I test it a lot and there's always someone there ready to talk with me. It takes about a minute, but they always answer and I just tell them it's a test and that I have no major problems. I had to use it one time in 2016. They called an ambulance for me and, when I was able to respond, I talked to the lady on the phone. They took me to the hospital and that was that. The price is good. I believe they will be there for me whenever I need them.

I saw an advertisement for them on TV and decided to get it. I liked that it has the GPS box that you carry around. That gives the person that uses it the freedom to go places. I have accidentally set it off and their response time is great. Within a couple of seconds, they were on the phone with me and had 911 on the way. At the time I needed it for my wife. It was all pretty easy to install. With the device that you carry around your neck there's always a chance that you'll pin it against a cabin or something and send a false alarm. When I hit the button it went through the process and I got a call from them. They asked me if everything was alright and several other questions to make sure I was okay before they hung up. I'm 80 years old and I want to live alone, the only way I can actually do that is by having this with me. It's wonderful, very easy and simple to wear. I have it around my neck all the time and I don't even notice that it's there. They are very attentive and always respond when I check it to make sure that everything is working. I like the fact that the GPS bit goes with me wherever I am. If I leave the house, I always take the bit with me. Otherwise, I just keep it on its charger at home. I also like the lockbox that I put on my front door. That way, if I'm not able to get to the door, the EMS can get in to help me anyways. One of their customer support representatives tried to sell me something, which I didn't really like. After that though I talked to someone else that was very helpful.

I carry around the smaller device with me so I have access to it. I love that they called me a few days before they were going to charge me which I thought was nice of them. They sounded genuine on asking how I've been and how things are.
