I would give 0 stars if I could. This was by far the worst experience ever. And to think I chose them because I found such good reviews online. That goes to show you don't believe everything you read. Initially the first time I called to set up the button for my mom the man was so nice on the phone until he actually got my credit card and was quick to rush me off the phone. After receiving the product I called back to get the wireless one and asked the lady to send it to my address opposed to my mom as she lives an hour away. Turns out she sent the second device to my mom's house and since she was in the hospital for over a month I didn't receive the package for a very long time. After finally receiving the second package I called back to let them know abouy the delay (that wasnt my fault) and that I unfortunately didn't need it anymore as my mom was not doing well and was told I can return both for a full refund with the same return sticker. I returned them and they kept half of my money. Half! I started a chat and they were nit empathetic at all. Cold. So I sent an email and after 3 days not hearing from someone I finally called. I spoke to a cancellation department manager named Barbara who would only give me $30 more instead of the full 120 they still owed me due to "the reason I canceled".... Really? My mom dying is not a good enough reason for a full refund ?Mind you this is a product we never called to activate, never was able to set up and use and they still want to charge me over $100. My mother is now dead so I have no need for this product and they still want to keep $100 of my money for something that their representative sent to the wrong address. This is inhumane. These people don't care about their clients about the people, they only care about the money. I had to write this to warn consumers to take your business elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and fakeness. I would definitely say try another service provider because this was the worst.

I had one unfortunate test I was in another state in Utah and I though I would try make sure it works alright because I was still a new a customer of yours and I've got your attendant and I described that this was just strictly a test and that everything was alright and I was just testing it. But lo and behold you people want to head and alerted all the other people on my list and the ambulance showed up at my house in California and while I was in Utah and that cause stirred up a lot of concern with my family members that are on the phone. And I can understand why that happened because I explained very clearly I thought that this is just a test and that I was alright and why you people when they head and alerted and so here the ambulance showed up to my house in California and no no Sir. And my family members straighten it out. I don't know why that happened because the person at the other end was able to answer my questions when I talked.

Well the person I gave it to did not activated until just recently and had a bad fall without it and went in the hospital but they charge me for all those months that she didn't turn it on because she got it December and did not turn it on until partway through March so I got charged for all those months even though it wasn't on because she had just left it in the box after her fall I went over and turned it on and made her used it but I still don't know if it works.

It would be nice if it held the charge longer than three days. I was working this is at the kitchen sink and it hit the sink and it went off so they knew it worked they were very nice whoever called. Customer service calls back right away.

I don't know if there's anything on this I dislike about it. Everything about it is fine to get comfortable to wear it's secure and hangs on to me I mean if I put my mobile device in its container and put it on my belt it stays there very securely. I don't have to worry about a thing the button that I wear on my around my neck Is extremely comfortable it's small enough that it doesn't disturb anything. I like it a lot I have not worn the wrist device at all so I can't It's so easy to use and the people who responded to my test calls every month which I need to make yet today have been most gracious and cheerful contact people I like you guys a lot okay. tested it and first of March and it was very simple I just push the button and immediately the call went through and I got a live operator who was very easy they were come communicate with easy to understand and promptly completed the test.

Concerned about battery charge and how long it holds. There's no notification, you just have to notice it. The information that I received with our product is that that I had to my paper work had to be back in when they had the contract before it was activated but I never got any information from them as to when the contract has been received so can I figured it'd been long enough I went ahead and activated anyway.

I have accidentally used it twice but I accidentally pushing the button once while I was sleeping and once while I was I guess laughing and fooling around with my granddaughter and my daughter and I got a quick response. They've heard the phone ringing and the quick response, "Are you okay?" and everything and I was quite pleased with that. And then I also called once because I was having trouble charging it and they went through how to charge it and I've had no trouble since then.

I don't like the fact that it has to be charged for so long daily. I think that kind of defeats the purpose because my mother will charge it but then forget to put it back on.
