Easy to use, easy to get ahold of the company
I never actually needed help, but have accidentally pushed button a few times and someone responded immediately.
Had a problem with the charging of the device and was resolved quickly when I called

As a brick, this system is fine. Paperweight, maybe. As an emergency device. . . How would I know? They were available immediately when they wanted to sell me, but so far I cannot communicate with anyone about activating the "service". On Easter, I followed the directions and set up the base station then tried to test it by using the fobs. It rang and rang and rang and rang. Never answered. Then I called the euphemistically but deceptively named "customer service" number. NO reply. I waited two days and tried "customer service" again; after about 15 minutes on hold, I reached a person who identified herself as an answering service. I left a message, but. . . no response. I even took part in the chat function on the website, where a person who gave her name as "Felicia" and said she was a "Life Safety consultant" said she was sorry and would "get this over to a manager" if only I would give her my telephone number. No reply. What does a customer have to say or do to get a response from this company? More frightening, what if this effort to contact them was an emergency? I'd be long dead and very cold by now.

I found that Medical Guardian was less expensive than Life Alert. I think the customer service was knowledgeable, professional,helpful and very nice.
I like it because it keep me safe if I fall or injure myself. I know there's someone I can call to come and help me. I don't like, I don't dislike anything about it except that very easy to set off.
Its very easy to use. I tested it when I first got it but I haven't use it since.
Customer service has been great. I always thought that it the first time it didn't work properly we did some changes on there and tested it again and it worked great.
I like that they're very prompt when you pushed the button for them to help you. My granddaughter recently pushed it she didn't know, I just had it hanging on my walker and she pushed the button and the next thing I know they are calling wanting to know if I needed help so that was, that was pretty heart rendering to me as an elder.
I like everything except for the little rubber thing that they put the medical alert button in because sometimes that will stretch out. The other day it fell out and I couldn't see it and the alarm went off three times. They're just very good they're quick with their response and even though it went off three times no one was nasty they were all very nice people.
It was the highest rated and it met all of my requirements. The purchase was simple and the agent was very helpful and knowledgible
